I took my car there at the end of November due to my brakes going out. They held my car for 3 weeks without ever calling me to give an update. I had to call and every single time I did I got the same response...we are still looking at itHow long does it take to check what the problem is. I drove by several times to see my car in the same spot without ever being moved. Finally, today they told me they arent comfortable doing the brake job. Youre a BRAKE REPAIR SHOP!! So, you held my car for 3 weeks then told me youre not doing it? Even when I dropped my car off I had to wait while one mechanic talked on the phone about dinner when he gets home. He saw me standing there and didnt end his personal call. That has happened before. I wasnt happy the first time I took my car there but was in a pinch and they were the only ones close by. This shop is rude and unprofessional.

Fair fast and honest couldnt get my car started another shop wanted to charge me 2600 for problem and I had it towed to AAAA auto repair and he fixed the issue and installed new battery and I was on my way for 100.00 this guy is a God send he could have lied but he said he had to be honest

The air condition of my E320 was not functioning. Someone recommended me to AAAA Auto Repair. I was surprised to see the cost of fixing it was almost 1/5 the cost quoted by other repair shops. I will highly recommend, AAAA for auto repair.

Took my coworker to pick up his vehicle and the mechanic was out running errands on his gas. Not too mentioned it took eleven day to fix it after the second time for the same problem . Now you have to wonder if he had my vehicle as his own personal car...

Yes never go to this place again I took my 2003 Ford Windstar there For a smog check He charge me $50. Came back a few months later with my Chrysler 300 he wanted to charge me $200 for a small check never heard such stay away from this guy bad business he came out with a code reader before he even put it on a machine and told me $200 Went right down the street and they done it for $40 this guy is a rip off don’t take your car there and don’t buy a car from there 👎🏻

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! we bought a 2008 Jetta from them they assured us that it was in good condition but it has had nothing but problems since we got it. Worst purchase we ever made. We first took it there to fix it but they seemed like they didnt know what they were doing one of the mechanics even said he doesnt know how to fix German cars. So my best advice is stay away from this place whether to buy a car or repair it go somewhere else.

This shop is one of the last of the Mohicans.! Translation: Integrity, Honesty, Quality at a fair price!. When was the last time you walked out of a auto repair shop feeling like you actual got done what you drove into do, then drove out without wondering, (within your worst case scenerio), if it was actually done or that it was done correctly, without comprimise to sub standard off shore parts being used in the process, that the final invoice actually reflects what the written estimate total or below, all work completed timely or a phone call to update to additional cost and why its delayed, with a written note on invoice to Warrenty period on parts and labor?Apologies for the run on sentence but the excitement of finding real group of mechanics that actually have adopted a customer service program possessing a respectful mannerful tell it like it is attitude without the pushy upsell. Need I say more!
