This is probably my new favorite place to get my car fixed! Had a last minute break down, took it the same day and in less than 24 hours, it was done! They said they had to order the water pump and probably I had to wait until Thursday but actually managed to get it done the next day. Amazing service, efficient and fast! I appreciate you guys! Love the folks at CNM theyre friendly and knowledgeable and always provide me with timely repairs on my vehicles. Parts often available the same day. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends and have.

Went in for an oil change and double check of the fluids for my car.They were very thorough, even found out that I had two light bulb.

These guys are awesome. Im a lady and i feel like thier services are honest ( so yup thats right no second guessing if they are taking your money for a ride.)

I am so happy with CNM. Our car was towed in at 1130am. We needed break pads and roters. Car finished by 3pm. Great price..great service. They even add your towing payment onto the bill. Thank you Around the Clock Towing.

Great service and great prices

Let me just start off by saying this business came highly recommended however I regret intensely ever taking my vehicle there. Not only did I get my exhaust fully reconstructed and it’s constantly falling off the hanger I also had valve cover valve cover cover gasket coils and spark plugs are placed upon picking up my vehicle thick intense white smoke came out of the exhaust they reassured me that this was just ever they had used to clean the oil off the engine and it would burn away shortly however I did not I’d like to state that my car never did this before Have taken it back several times and their statement to me “ there is a possibility that this could just be a coincidence“ when I asked them if this could’ve happened during the valve cover and valve cover gasket work I had done. They continue to tell me that it was an internal engine issue and then it would cost thousands of dollars to fix I’ve spent $4000 at the shop in less than a year and my car is far worse than it ever was the first time me bringing it in please beware I’ve been in tears all day because I don’t have means to fix an issue that cost thousands of dollars that my car didn’t have when taking it to this business

Im very happy with the work these guys do this is my second visit to have my car worked on I told my brother about this place suggested he go there in stead of always going to the dealership he is also pleased with the service and time it took for the repairs 👍

They are very honest and caring people. If you are tired of being taken advantage of at other auto repair shops, or your local new car dealer, then this is the place that you need to go to. Absolutely the best and fairest repair shop around. Those four who gave a poor rating are competition plants- have to be. The entire staff is polite, very knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to squeeze me in when I had a family emergency and needed to drive 3000 miles. Without brakes that would have been deadly. Thanks to Christina who graciously answers the phone and takes care of business.

We’ve been going to CNM Auto for a few years now and will never go anywhere else. We have a Saab and it can be difficult and expensive to find someone who can repair it. Chris and his team are always efficient, extremely helpful, and explain everything to us. You can’t beat their prices and service. They always go above and beyond.

Chris and company (Frances answers; Miguel is right-hand man) are the best. Honest. Expert. Just good people. Do yourself a favor and take your business to them. They have never let me down and they always extend themselves to accommodate me. If you can find a good auto mechanic and/or a good lawyer, as they say, you are way ahead of the game.

It’s great to see that there is still a mechanic’s shop that does things the old school way. Honestly and with honest work being performed and at an extremely fair price. I’ve had the pleasure of taking both my cars here and thus far Chris and team have done right by me. I’m very careful on who I take my car to as I’m a former mechanic myself and usually repair my own cars. But CNM has sold me and they have a new faithful customer. I was on vacation with my family in Lancaster, PA and I got into a car accident. I was able to drive away from the accident, but the alignment felt off and I wanted to have the car checked out so I know it would be safe to drive my family back home to NY. A while back I had my car looked at, while fixing it they ran into some rust and broke a part in my car during the repair (which is understandable, you must get to things within the car) but they did not notify me, charged me without explaining and were unable to produce the rusted or broken part they replaced as proof for the reason for the extra work / parts charges. It seemed as though I was annoying them with my questions when asking for the explanation of what exactly happened.

Great service at a fair price.

I went to CNM auto a couple years ago and was unhappy with my experience. I decided to give them one more try when a friend of mine suggested them. After 2 days I received a call from a not-so-happy receptionist stating my car was ready and completely fixed ( I was having issues with the power steering while parked or in tight spaces) An hour later I received a call from the same unhappy receptionist stating my car was ready, they replaced the power steering pump like I was told the problem was, I was being charged but that the power steering was not fixed. Upon my arrival I was told additional work of $600 would need to be done, my car was driven to Willow St to run errands, I now had transmission issues which they looked at / charged me to look at that I was not told about, and that they did not test drive my car because it had to get used to my driving so they couldnt confirm whether it was fixed or not. The experience was horrible, the workers were not friendly, my car drives worse now then it did before and I spend almost $300 dollars with no resolution. It was a waste of my time and money.

Had to pay twice for a service that could have been done once, but the ppl are really nice.

I took my car to their shop because it was leaking, almost $300 later I got it and the funny thing is its leaking gas way worse than it used to so theyre clueless, do yourself a favor and dont take it there, other than them being semi nice, I dont recommend them at all
