I would have loved to give a better rating because i do love the vehicle we purchased. I tried to call them to discuss this before posting this review but they dont seem to relay messages or return phone calls. When I do reach someone they cut me off and transfer me until i reach a voicemail that no one responds to.This Vehicle was advertised and sold a a one lease owner yet only came with one key they would not provide another one at request, instead gave us a number to a Key Guy and told we could purchase on our own. Fine. Did this.. shortly after purchase we notice a knocking noise and tried to take it back for them to look over it. We had a trip planned and they could not accommodate a loaner car that would be equivalent to what we had so they suggested it was probably not serious and we could go on our trip and bring it back the following week. We did this drove it full of family to and from Philadelphia and then upon diagnosis at their local facility we were informed the one tire was missing lug nuts which you have to have a special tool to remove which means it was sold missing them....i could keep going but i think i have said enough....I am thankful this was found before something bad happened.

Please dont waste your time applying at this dealership if you have poor credit. They advertise that they work with any credit situation but that could not be farther from the truth. The salesman, Paul Davis, was a nightmare to deal with for my husband and I when we applied for a vehicle loan. He never called to update us on our loan application and would ignore our voice messages. He is so incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I am incredibly busy with two small children, my job, and managing a household. I did not have time to waste to keep calling and then getting snubbed. I was very patient and kind with him, despite his ridiculous and uncalled for behavior. NEVER, EVER, in our lives have we received such poor customer service. We are absolutely appalled and disgusted by the way we were treated. My husband and I applied to a few other dealerships and were instantly called back and kept up-to-date on the application. The salespeople were incredibly professional. friendly, respectful, and eager to help get us into a great and reliable vehicle. They did not ignore or judge us due to our poor credit scores. My husband and I have excellent paying jobs, but unfortunately our credit scores took a hit due to some high medical bills and job layoff in the past. We are fortunately getting back on our feet, paying off our debt, and saving up to purchase a home. We were approved from two other dealerships with professional, ethical, hard-working, and caring sales people. Paul Davis should be ASHAMED of himself!!! We were interested in a Cadillac that AutoOne has for sale for $10,000. We were considering taking money out of our savings and paying cash for the vehicle and not deal with any payments, but he does not deserve the sale and commission!!! Had he handled the situation in a professional manner, he would have made a great commission from the sale. Totally his loss. People like him are worth a dime a dozen. We highly recommend CarMax in Lancaster (Ask for Mary or Luanne) and Kelly Buick GMC in Emmaus, PA (Ask for Peter)!!! Carmax approved us for a $19,000 Nissan Murano with only $1,400.00 down!!! :) Such a shame that we did not find these dealerships sooner instead of wasting our precious time with this inconsiderate jerk. He is an absolute DISGRACE!!! I could say so much more about the experience, but I have wasted enough of my time. I never write reviews but I felt that it is only fair to warn others and save them the time and headache of an awful experience. As I said, I would not apply here if you have poor credit. Dont waste the hard inquiry. The car buying experience with CarMax has been absolutely AMAZING!!! So quick, easy, and convenient!!! You can complete all of the paperwork online and pick up the vehicle curbside if you wish. So incredibly simple!!! You can also test-drive the vehicle for 24 hours. If you decide to purchase, you can return the vehicle within 30 days if you decide its not for you. Now seriously, how awesome is that!? Oh and another thing, if you find better financing within three days of purchase, you can change the financing. Their prices are also very fair and no haggling. I have attached a copy of the email that I received with the financing terms from CarMax. Please go to CARMAX or Kelly Buick GMC where they treat you with respect!!!! AutoOne is not even worth the one-star (Well, at least on Pauls end)!! Paul is an AWFUL representation for this business.

WELL WORTH A VISITPurchased a 2015 GMC Sierra SLT, The longer I have it the more I like it. This actually the first time I’ve written a review.Started my purchase online with Marc was referred to Mike as a salesman, no high pressure sales, honest answers, a fair trade in value for my truck with 265,000 miles on it. Two weeks in I noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working call the dealership and their response was, bring it in we will take care of it.

We went to see this one car and tried to turn it on and the battery was dead. Went the next day and they were just ordering a new battery for it and so then we went to our mechanic to see if everything was fine and the water pump needed replaced. The workers didn’t care to give us any help and didn’t seem to care for their cars. If you do think of buying here... please.. check with your mechanic first.

Great experience from start to finish! I bought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from AutoOne this time last year. I had been searching online for a while and they had a few models on the lot for me to choose from. Pricing was right and I walked away feeling like I got a great deal! It was my first time financing a car and the process was quick and easy. Purchased a Zurich extended warranty and it already covered some small issues. Service department was quick and efficient. Bought a 2013 VW Passat TDI.. The dealership put gas in the vehicle instead of diesel.. No one apologized to me for their absolute incompetence.. But, On social media they wanna Again apologize.. And the vehicle came with a 1 month or I think 2k mile warranty.. Now, Theyre SO confident in this cars engine theyre offering a 1yr 14k mile warranty.. Lmao.. BUYER BEWARE.. The gas made it into the engine and fuel filter.. Theyre gonna comment saying all the work they did to fix the issue.. Why would you offer such a hefty warrant now? I totally got my money back..

Do not buy a car here at all. I would give 0 stars if possible.They will ripe you off. They will sell you a lemon. We purchased a ford escape and the very next morning the warning lights came on and took it back and they said sent me to the sevice department to fix the problem. The service department said the problem is electrical and not under warranty and they are not going to fix it, and I only bought the car the day before. I have been back and forth with the dealer and service department were the dealer says fix the problem and the service department just tells you that not under the warranty. This car have not run will since the first day and they are still refusing to fix the car or give a fair trade. If something is not done soon I will be suing them for selling a lemon. All the reviews on here are faked. They ask you to write a review before you leave the day of buying the car. So there might be a lot of people having the same problem we are having but forgot about the review they put up but I am not forgetting it.

I brought a car from there and my experience was terrible. The car had some things wrong with it. Which they fixed, but it took them 18 flipping days to do it. The whole time there was no communication unless I took it upon myself to call. When I could call id get no actual update other then where the car was to get fixed, but not what was actually wrong with it. Also the sales person is apparently the only one who can deal with you to even just answer questions. Also lets not mention the lies. Told me they just got the car in but i remember the car being on the lot a month or month amd half ago before when I was looking, and during the time waiting to get it the sales person said that it was getting exhaust work at red run and they were waiting on a part, so I called down to red run and they said no the car is done. I waited 2 more days after that phone car to get my car. The sake person said they would reach out to me to see how I liked the car in a few weeks but I got no calls and its been over a month. Worse car buying interaction I ever had. Never again!!! So sad that the owner/ or management doesnt check up on things.

Horrible customer service. Paid for a tag and 2 months later have not received it. When I call they tell me its the DMV that is backed up but the dmv said they sent it a month ago. Auto one told us if we get pulled over for the expired tag just tell the police officer the situation he will understand. Also the car didnt pass inspection and we had to get a new tire the first week.

Walked in with pre-approved financing, walked out without a vehicle because they flat out misrepresented the truth. I can not recommend this business. If a zero was an option, I would select it.

Honestly, I was disappointed with my experience here. I had made an appointment to test drive a car two-three days before I had arrived. I was aware that the car I had requested to drive was coming from an auction and it may not available to drive if it was not inspected before I got there. Upon arriving, many employees in the facility were not wearing masks and neither were some other customers. The person I was supposed to be working with was not available, nor did I even know who I was talking to as no one introduced themselves. I was told the car I asked about was available but had not been cleaned nor inspected yet, but I was still able to test drive it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I test drove it and was immediately scared. There was a grease/slimy black substance on the steering wheel and sides of the doors. The tire pressure light was on when I started to drive the car and noticed that the car also did not drive straight. On my way back to dealership during the test drive, the car’s check engine light came on. While I was aware this car had not been inspected yet, I was severely disappointed with this entire experience.

I went in after going to two previous dealerships to trade in my car for a used SUV . And because I didnt have a down payment he didnt wanna talk to me or see what he could offer me but 2 other dealerships offered me good deals even though I didnt have a down payment .not going back here

They show respect to the customer and they care about what youre telling them. The General Manager Kenny let me use a 2015 loaner SUV while my car I just purchased had a few bugs fixed. No charge and the loaner was awesome! The finance manager was efficient and friendly and the owner is even walking around and interacting with the customers and staff. The manager and assistant in the service dept. were polite and courteous while my cars bugs were being attended to. I recommend this establishment to anyone who has been shopping for a used car in the Lancaster area. This group cares and has integrity.Thanks

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a non-branded dealership and, without a doubt, had a fantastic experience buying the car from Auto One. I bought a Suburban 2016 from them which I found through online search. I worked with Kenny and Mike and they displayed great professionalism. They went over the various extras with me like extended warranty etc. but no pressure at all to buy. They showed complete value for my time and had every thing in order for me to be able to spend minimum time at the dealer ship given the current situation due to COVID-19. Very friendly, cooperative and understanding. When I arrived after a 5 hour drive, the car was sanitized and ready to go. I wish we had more dealer ships like them who genuinely strive for exceptional customer service. Will definitely recommend them.

I am not in the immediate area, but Paul Davis worked with me to coordinate everything so it was easy when I got there. Of course offered the extras like extended warranty, etc, but no high pressure to take anything I didnt want. Gave me a fair credit for my trade-in even though it was essentially at end-of-life. A pleasure to do business with all around and worth the 90 minute drive for me to get there.

Called and asked about a 2016 Sonata that we saw online. They were super straight forward and clear cut regarding information and the total price (w/taxes, tags, etc.). Mike met us at the dealership and had the car ready to go for us to test drive. He was very friendly and helpful and the process took less than an hour from when we arrived to when we drove away in our 2016 Sonata. Bought a vehicle at the end of June, had to resign paperwork as the total they tried to submit to the bank was almost $1000 more than it should have been. Yesterday the vehicle left me sitting in the middle of the road, here to find out that theres hardly any oil in it even though they supposedly changed the oil before I bought the vehicle. As this problem was being fixed I find out I was lied to about the vehicle as i was told when i signed the papers i couldnt have the car as it had yet to be through the service department but was told today that it was through the service department on the 14th of June. Side mirror of the vehicle isnt working, but it worked when I test drove it. Now there is a giant gap between the mirror casing and the car door and I can see a poor attempt to try to paint over it with paint. Putting two and two together the mirror was damaged sometime between when I test drove the vehicle and when I finally had the vehicle (about a week).

When I purchased my vehicle at Auto One, I was promised free inspection and emissions as well as two free oil changes for the lifetime of my vehicle and because of a change in ownership, this was taken away from me, however, was never explained to me until it came time for them to collect payment and I was not expecting to have to pay! I think it is ridiculous that they will not honor something that is in my contract from when I purchased the vehicle here, if you arent going to honor this then that should be fully explained!!! No worries though, I have zero intention of ever bringing my vehicle back to this service center and definitely do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here for that matter. Treating your loyal customers right is the easiest thing to do, but apparently this does not matter to them!

Worst car everNot only I was sold a car with a faulty transmission, Josh denied any problems with it .I purchase the vehicle and with in 10 days the engine light came on .It was diagnosed with a transmission code, when I took it to back, they erased the code and told me that its nothing wrong with it, just needs a tune up..CONSUMER BY AWARE, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE .

They were very cordial, however, the next day when going through all my paperwork, I didnt have the car sticker. Might not be bad except it said I had navigation system which I now find out car doesnt have one! That is why, I think, I didnt get the sticker that was on the car!

Not very impressed with their service center. I’ve only bought one car but i know many people who have bought cars from them and the speed of getting work is done is very slow. Cars are good as well as warranty options hit do not expect the fastest or best quality out of their repair jobs.
