Vehicle - 03 p2 volvo 2.5lTService requested - Diag on a multiple Random Misfire.Result from Diagnostic - was told all coil packs were bad.Mind you FCP euro provided the current plugs and coils all volvo OE and installed properly before this issue (multiple Misfire) (erratic idle and poor fuel consumption came about.Once I had received the call I promptly discussed other probable causes as the coils and plugs were relatively new (8k at most).The technician proceeded to inform me that his $10kScanner told him it was the coils as the cams were in correlation with each other the vacuum system was without leaks and injectors were pulsing correctly.Fast forward after I obtained Vida on my laptop once I finished moving(this failure happened during transition from home to home) after a 5 min talk with a current Euro tech and the Data from Vida it was found that the signal from the ECM to plug one was null.However pulse from cylinder 4-5 were present.After that it was immediately obvious the ECM had overheated and the output diode for cylinder 1 was not giving signal.There is a excellent p2 chassis write up for this failure exactly.Now $500 later charged by this shop for time spent and cleaning the clips for the coils.What a joke this place is.... and very disrespectful.Shouldnt even be working on Euro vehicles.I simply was in a bind without my proper tools to do the job myself at the time due to moving.Bottom line shade tree arrogance doesnt make up for actual skill and knowledge when it comes to complex issues.

I bought a vehicle with a salvaged title from here and my loan amount was $6,000. Ive made every payment on time for over 14 months now and some how still owe over $5,000 on it. The last 2 payments of $200 went straight to interest and none towards the principal. This place is a joke. 32% interest rate on a salvaged vehicle.

I took my car in just for a quick evaluation before spending a lot of money to fix my air conditioning. Michael looked at it and said he would try to clean out hoses and see if trash may be in it. I actually told them to keep over night so I wouldnt be holding up his work on someone else. Well he had to order part. They looked several places for used and because my moms car was an older car they couldnt find one. But they ordered it on line and I got my hot car back in case of emergency and they called when it came in. Thanks to them I paid $284. for full fix. Sometimes they run into problems also just as we do in our jobs. The owner is super nice, emailed me copy of invoice where he ordered. I was very pleased with my outcome. Some places would have charged me 2or 3 times more. Great mechanics and staff . Check them out.

Took my vehicle to this place to replace a timing chain. Tried to tell me my engine was bad and that theyd replace it for 6000. Said hell no. Went and bought the tools my self and done the job my self. Car runs fantastic now. Not professional at all
