My closest friend as well as their father both swear by J&C and have done for a long time. I brought my own vehicle here for a quick second opinion on a diagnosis another mechanic had given, and J&C was able to squeeze me in despite their busy schedule. Both Jerry and Colin were understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable, and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision (in this particular case it was actually most practical for me to have the work done by the other mechanic, something they were understanding about and didnt give me a hard time about at all).Based upon all these factors, I am glad to recommend J&C Auto, and should the need arise I would not hesitate to go to them again.

Jerry and Colin are honest guys, and my husband Woody and I appreciate them more than we can say. We are on vacation, and our passenger side power window suddenly quit working. We took it to J and C on the recommendation of our campground host. They fixed the window quickly at a very fair price, much less than the Honda Dealer would have charged.

Excellent service! We were traveling to Florida and stopped in Lancaster, when our sewer hose for our RV broke. It was going to take a week to get it into an RV shop, but the Old Mill Stream campground owner recommended J&C Auto. Despite not being an RV garage, Jerry was able to get it fixed very quickly so we could get back on the road south! I highly recommend J&C Auto for efficient and experienced care for your vehicle!

Excellent place for any owner of any car. They have tons of great expertise in a lot of different vehicles and theyre prices are absolutely just perfect. They dont double charge the producta they order to install on your vehicle either. Pretty much all car garages do this. They dont whatsoever. They give decent prices for the product they install in your vehicle. I will be here for all of my car needs from now on. Great mechanics and great place!!!

I was visiting Lancaster and all of a sudden my newer car made a metal scraping sound at the front wheel. I thought it was a rock but was not going away. I googled garages nearby and wanted a local non corporate shop. I pulled in and asked the young man to look at my wheel as I could not risk driving back to Pittsburgh without it checked. He was kind, polite and honest. He quickly checked it out and discovered a stuck rock. In 10 minutes my anxiety was over. He took my car off the rack, washed his hands and tested it.Had I gone to unscrupulous people I might have been told I needed new brakes. Thank you so much!
