Great prices, a lot of traffic, business must be good. Service and customer service seems to be about the work. I have had three of my vehicle worked on here. They dont do motor work but small work mad muffler repair or replacement you are good to go.

Bad experience. No attention to detail. Installed my new muffler and reinstalled my custom exhaust out of alignment on both sides. Hanger weld broke a week later. Did not stand behind his work and charged me for the reweld.

Please if you have an H3 Hummer 2006, with engine light on caused by catalytic converter failure go to L&M Mufflers.Below I will explain my engine light journey in short but seems long. I will leave out a lot of what we went through with the same problem .👇I started having problems with an engine light since last year. Sewell Cadillac of Dallas dealership where i purchased my vehicle where I had so much trust in to help me with my situation; their diagnosis kept telling me my catalytic converter had failed even after replacing it 2 times but not with them. 1st time the converter i bought may have been the wrong one . Second time i verified the part number with the dealership to make sure I had the correct converter replacement but still the light never went away.This year I went back to Sewell Cadillac of Dallas and kept asking them if there could be any other problem causing the engine light on since the catalytic converter was replaced 2 times last year and this yr in January .They told me unfortunately it has failed again it couldve been caused by the way my engine was running. I couldnt afford their pricing for parts and labor . The manager agreed with me that it was expensive with them but I was guaranteed of good service. *I thank him though for telling me to find muffler shops who may replace it cheaper.I went ahead and bought a cheaper converter of a Chevy Colorado compatible with my car and took it to L&M mufflers . My car was ready within 2-3 hrs the same day. Cesar told me if the engine light comes back on it will mean the rear converter is the bad one. I asked him if the front was bad and he said he could not tell. It is not possible to know which one goes bad unless you replace one and it does not fix the problem then you know its the other. I was very disappointed feeling it was going to come back on and yet we wasted lots of money fixing the same problem unsuccessfully. I wished I had not bought the replacement part but just went to him and diagnose he probably could have fixed the right one . He may have known the front one had no problem but because of business he also wants money, he went ahead and replaced knowing I was going to come back and pay more money. On the other hand I was happy that at least he had told me that my car had two converters which I didnt know. The dealership didnt even tell me that. Sewell Cadillac of Dallas actually wanted to replace at a very high price the same front one Cesar at L&M replaced.The engine light came back on after 3 days. Cesar told me it should be the rear one . I trusted him to replace the rear one at a very reasonable price way way lower than the dealership and online price I had again searched for thinking L&M charge foe ir may have been high. When I called for the price of the rear one at the dealership the man wasnt sure my car had a rear one then later he gave me a price higher than the front one of which Cesar at L&M had told me the rear one would be cheaper for part and labor replacement.I went ahead and have him replace the rear one. Again it was ready the same day in a few hours time unlike others close by who had told me it takes 8 hrs to replace the front one.The engine light never came back on since last week Monday.*I finally got my car passing inspection this Monday . 😊Anyone else with an H3 Hummer engine light caused by catalytic converter failure, please take your car to L&M if you can. I had lost hope. Many had advised me to sell it and buy a new vehicle but L&M solved my hopeless problem. ****God bless you Cesar.
