Scotts Marathon has great customer service and they do a great job. I have been going to Scotts Marathon for years to get my oil changed. Just recently I got my brakes replaced on my Dodge Ram. They did a great job at a great price.

I truly cant say better things about Scotts. I always feel well taken care of, prices are great, and I trust them 110%. They truly care about their customers. I drive over 40 minutes to take my car here but its SO worth it. They have the best service! I will always recommend this place!!

Honest and knowledgeable staff. A different shop told me I needed some censor and other items, Scotts just changed my oil and it was fixed.

Scott has been taking care of my cars for 30+ years. He always does a great job and I never feel cheated when I pay my bill because I know he has throughly checked my car.Ill never forget one day driving home from Columbus and smoke started pouring [ out of my hood, my dash and basically everywhere it could. I got it to limp into Scotts head garage and his whole staff came running out to see what had happened. I thought I killed it! But a couple days later I left safe and sound!

Very friendly place and the best auto electrical guy around.. They fixed an electrical problem that 2 other shops gave up on. . Awesome work at a very good price. I wont be taking my cars anywhere else from here out.

Do not go here. When I brought my truck back for my appointment the mechanic/staff acted as if I did not have one nor had any idea what I needed done and he was very rude. How they can go from being the nicest people on earth one day and the complete opposite 2 days later I do not know but I will take my money elsewhere.

I took my moms car here to find out what the tapping noise in the dash was. Jim came right out with a big smile and got right to work. He told us the problem and even informed us of a recall on the cars ignition switch and how to get it fixed and paid for by the manufacture. He was so nice and helpful. My mom says shes been taking her cars there for 20 years and she will not go anywhere else!! With my mother being 81 years young, it means the world to me to know that while I live 3 hours away, she has a dependable honest mechanic to keep her safe on the road!! If Im in need of a mechanic when Im in Lancaster I will go here.

Hands down the best place to take your car in town. The honest staff wont sell you snake oil, and in auto repair, thats huge.

Scott, who is a very nice guy helped me out and set my appointment up. I dropped the tuck of the next morning and handed my truck over. Greg, the mechanic/technician was very rude and short with me. He had no idea what he was talking about regarding my issue. I had to correct him on a few issues as he was ignorant on the topic. Ultimately he refused to do the work I asked him to do. Im pretty he was just too lazy to perform the work as he seemed frustrated with having to perform the task in the first place.What the shop didnt know is that I recently started a regional deliver service and was scouting shops in the area for a large fleet maintenance contract (37 trucks to be exact). After meeting with Scott the day before, and having just a generally good vibe about him, I had almost made my mind up on picking Scotts Auto repair. Well thanks to the absolutely incompetent and rude Greg, Ill be taking my fleet contract somewhere else.
