We thought the starter on my Jeep needed to be replaced so we purchased a new one and dropped it and the car off like we were told. The man called said he thought it was the battery and that was it. Never heard anything else until he said to come pick it up. We got there and it was just the battery but they charged us $245 for a battery, diagnostic, and labor. I felt like they should of called confirming it was the battery and asked us if we wanted to have it replaced or not. I feel like we were robbed when I could of purchased my own battery and installed it for way cheaper. Definitely feel like their was a lack of communication on their end and won’t be returning.

Went there and received an alignment and was done wonderfully. Somehow my vehicle now makes a horrible noise from the front end that it wasn’t making when I took it there. They did however take the time to attempt to fix the problem but ultimately could not identify it. Now have to take to another mechanic to have this issue fixed.

Stopped in to get alignment and assuming I would need to drop my car off but they knocked it out in 40 minutes total time!Thanks fellas

I had a serious tire mishap on a Friday afternoon a little before 5pm. The next morning, I attempted to go to the tire places I knew of, but they were all closed due to COVID-19. I came across T&C Automotive on Google and I am so glad I did. They had mounted a new tire on my rim and had it back on the car in no time. They were very courteous and efficient. I will definitely be returning for assistance in the future.

I’m not sure how anyone got the idea that as a whole they are professional. Shops I used to go to in Rock Hill and Charlotte would not only call with updates and news, but would also tell you of upcoming potential problems and how to avoid them and fixes for now to correct said issues. I was needing my car to be looked at and make sure the issue everyone thought was happening was the real issue. Well now if I choose to even keep my car I’ll need to spend 1500 on just a engine. I might look younger than I am, but I know where I will not be spending money ever again.

Had a noise coming from my passenger wheel one of the mechanics put it on the lift and noticed it was just the plastic wheel well protection. did not charge me anything. i’m now going to have a wheel alinement done ... they mad a customer for life .... trust is very important

Very horrible experience we drop it off Thursday morning like he told me never call me I keep calling them tell me I was next many tell me again the next day at lunch time car still sitting in the same place until maybe a few more days for he can even look at it very poor service

I sent my 17 year old son to get an alignment after installing a leveling kit while out of town. These crooks told him his tie rod was bad and would have to fix it and charge an extra $125. Luckily he didnt do it. We jacked it up and everything was fine. Took it to another garage the next day and it was aligned with no trouble. Cant stand when people try to take advantage of young people.

Good place to get your car worked on

On the 6th of May I came in with zero problems. I wanted a tune up for preventive care. That same day I left with my car stalling, and a check engine light on. I went back on the 9th expressing my concerns. I was sent home with a guarantee for a part on Tuesday, and a temporary fix for my check engine. I came back today because my check engine light came back on. I had autozone check the engine. Multiple cylinder fails were detected. Duck tape was located on the hose that was damaged by them, and my car was still stalling. These people are bad for business, and shady. You think youre paying less by coming here, but you end up paying more in the long run. Now I have to consult someone else to figure out what was done wrong with my car. P.S. please get a detailed description of what is done to your vehicle. So in the case you do have to go to a second mechanic theyll know what to check. Im a single woman, and Im 21 yrs old. They prey on the unknowing, and vulnerable. Look out, and trust your gut. I didnt...

HORRIBLE!!!! If I could go lower than a star I would! Went had a tire put on a rim and they broke the valve that goes in the sensor. They acted like it wasnt a big deal til I called and found out how much it was to replace it. Called back to the shop and spoke with their so called manager Tom and he assured me that his boys couldnt have done that and hung up on me! Not only that he when I called back he hung up on me 2 more time and also hung up on my husband! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! They will mess your car up and wont own up to the damage nor will the be grown up about it. They act like a bunch of children hanging up on their customers!
