Fantastic place. Super nice!! Checked my tire for a leak, because I saw a screw in my tire. It must have only been the head of a screw, because it was gone. They put the tire under water and still found nothing. They didnt charge me for anything. Awesome!!

I tried 3 different shops before finding one that could help me quickly.These guys did amazing, they got my tire repaired in maybe 30 min total only because they were teaching a guy.The guy at the front desk was good at explaining and they put my tire back on, put my spare where it goes and off I went!Overall amazing!

I can say their customer service is excellent. They explained everything to you and they are willing to work with you. They try to put you at ease and they want you to ask questions. They will help you understand what you need & to find ways to help you cut expensive. I feel very good about the quality of their work.

These guys are very nice and not out for your money. I had my tire checked by someone else and they told me to get a tire... long story short I bought a car with brand new tires on it and the drivers side outer wall was split and couldn’t be replaced, took the tire to Tire choice and they wanted to double check that the tire actually needed replaced instead of taking my money. I greatly appreciate that!

If I could rate this zero stars, I absolutely would. I was scheduled for an oil change and they checked my fluid and put air in my tires. All was well, or so I thought. I parked my car at home and did not touch my car until 2 days later. Discovered my rear drivers side tire was completely flat. I called them almost immediately and explained what happened to an employee (Ryan). Was told around 12:30 that he would personally come to my house, which is right down the road, and take the tire back to the shop to repair it as long as it was cleared with the manager. So I waited and heard nothing for 2 hours. I called back and was told he got too busy to do it at the time and would call me by the end of their business day. Never got a call back. So I called and spoke to a manager who had no knowledge of the situation and I was basically told that anything he told me would be on his time and not associated with the company. Was then told that the employee I had spoken to the day before was supposed to be working this morning but wasnt there and the manager couldnt get ahold of him. So I was told the company doesnt do house calls and doesnt associate with any tow company so any towing would be completely on my dime. Was also told that there was no way of telling what happened to my tire after it left the shop.. basically telling me they werent responsible for my flat.. Manager said he would continue to try to get ahold of Ryan and I would get a call as soon as he did. Between 9:30am and 4:30pm, I had my tire replaced with my spare so I could drive it to Discount Tire off Memorial Drive in Lancaster where I made an appointment to get it fixed. THIS mechanic was absolutely amazing and discovered that my valve stem EXTENDER had been cracked. He replaced it with a regular stem cover, checked ALL my tires and charged me absolutely nothing! Be careful going to this place. They DO NOT do their jobs properly and they WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY FLAT! Thank you so much for jerking me around for damn nearly 2 days. (And mind you I went in for an oil change and came out with an unrelated issue) And thank you Discount Tire for actually fixing my tire and doing your jobs! I will be leaving an amazing review for them. Beware this place! 😡

ZERO STARS Worst experience ever. Went in for and oil change and a tire rotation and on the way home van was all over the place heard a loud pop. Got home safe had a family who was in the automotive world for 30 years look at it and as soon as he got it on the jack the tire fell off. The shop did NOT tighten the nuts and two broke off because of this. We called that shop and they refused to help us nor take responsibility even though we Only live three miles away. We have called so many people and no one will help us, we just get told to wait 48 hours for a call back or get a voicemail. Due to this we need a new tire and we are supposed to leave for a family vacation in two days. This is the worst and scariest experience we have had with a shop.

They are a great place . Bryan is a very good mechanic.

Came to the Tire Choice to get 4 new tires, realignment, and an oil change. Josh (I think is the manager) was well informed on promotions and helped me get the best deal. There was a slight problem that Josh quickly rectified, using a customer-first approach. Even though there was a minor inconvenience to me, Josh definitely was understanding and was able to accommodate. I did a lot of business with the Tire Choice in the last two weeks, but thanks to Josh, I will keep coming back.

They have a sign out front that says 19.99 oil change. I walk in and say I’ll take the oil change special. He says we’re not doing that anymore!! It’s 34.99 now WOW ok I’m here just do it and my fog light is out on the left side can you take care of that. He says sure, I’ll put the bulb in. Total comes to 52.70. I get home the fog light is still burnt out!!! 😠 Stay away from the bait and switch!!

We took our Jeep here a bit ago and could not be happier with the service we received. We were on a road trip and needed to get our Jeep fixed correctly and quickly. The staff was amazing and Josh was very helpful in making sure everything was done with the highest quality and within the time frame we had available. Would highly recommend this location!

Second time going in there and just as great of service as the first. Extremely professional and prompt. I brought my pickup in and they had it diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours. But let me come back and pick it up at my schedule conscience. Pricing was very competitive too!

My family and I have been taking our cars to Monro for years, and they havent let us down yet. The current management under Josh is especially great with regards to customer service-- my most recent repairs were completed far sooner than I could have imagined, everything was explained to me in detail, and they made sure to take my needs as a commuter into consideration when it came to recommendations. They were patient and understanding with regards to my schedule, especially when my bank began making matters more complicated than necessary. I absolutely encourage anyone to go there for their auto service needs.

I have taken many of vehicles here, to include my grandmas. The customer service by Josh and his team is bar none. Monroe always does a superior job on my oil changes. Everyone is super friendly and makes u feel valued as a customer. They always get me in quickly and always run on time. I highly recommend them!

I brought my vehicle in for some exhaust system repairs. It turned out that it was going to take an extra day for them to get one of the components needed to complete the repair, so I asked for a competitive quote on some suspension work that I was planing on having done at another repair facility. They beat the quote that the other repair facility had provided by $300. Unfortunately, the delivery of the missing exhaust component took an extra day, so without being asked to do so, they took another $300 off of the final bill. I can’t say enough about Kedrick, Nick and Domenic. They’re great guys - very professional and very service oriented. It’s very hard to find people who are willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers when things don’t go as planned, but these guys definitely did that. I would highly recommend them.

Had my car brakes go out while driving yesterday. I called Monro, they got me in right away, and had everything fixed the next day! So happy with the service! Everyone in the office was super nice. I was also very impressed that they took the time to explain (even drawing pictures) to show me what exactly went wrong. 10/10 would recommend!

Just recently took my truck in there to get some work done to it. Josh was the mechanic that i dealt with and he was friendly and easy to deal with. He got all the work done on my truck very quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I would definately recommend to take your vehicle here for any type if service you may need because it will be done right.

I have been getting my cars fixed at this Monro since I started driving. They are always so good about getting you in and getting your car fixed quickly and for a good price. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Being a young women its easy for some places to try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge, but they’ve always been honest with me. And they are so nice, going in is always a great experience!

I brought my 93 GMC truck here over the weekend to have an exhaust leak looked at and to have the radiator flushed/filled. During their initial inspection they found some other issues that needed to be taken care of. There was a broken motor mount, leaking power steering line, rear transmission seal, and leaking axel seals. I never seen any leaks on my garage floor so I had no idea there were any issues. I dont drive the truck a lot. They quoted me a price that was fair and was able to get the work done in one day. They even stayed a little past closing time to finish it up. Ive had work done here in the past and will continue to have work done here. These guys are top notch!

Ive been going to monro for a while and every single time I go I know I can fully trust their judgement with anything that comes up and they never try to push extra services on me, which is always a relief. Got my oil changed in the car there and they found an issue with a lower ball joint on my car. The labor cost was not bad, but they wanted to use OEM parts only which cost 2 to 3 times the amount of aftermarket. I chose to get my own part and had it installed at another very reputable garage.

Purchased a car from a Friend Muffler needed fixed. 5 min on the lift they called me back to look at the cars frame. The frame was detached from the car. They did a free estimate, spoke with my husband and gave us options. Josh and Eric were very concerned about our families safety and advised us not to drive the car. HONEST ! KNOWLEDGABLE! CARING ! Will not go anyplace else !

I went in for a oil change and they brought me in and showed me things going on with my vehicle. Explained everything very well. I would recommend this place to get your vehicle fixed or just normal routine work done. Erik, Josh and Caleb are really friendly and care about the customers.

I bought 4 new tires and had them installed on Friday. I noticed the tire inflation warning light was on and returned to have it checked. Two of the tires were over inflated. The TMS system could not be reset by Monro. I was directed to go to Discount Tire to get a problem created by Monro fixed. $200 later my sensors are working. I will never return to Monro. Who’s idea of customer service sending a customer to the competition!

The guys in there are friendly and do a good job. They were honest in dealing with me and let me know repairs they thought were needed were less. Saved me some money from the dealer for sure.

Well where to start... I could not say enough about the staff and management (Manager:Josh) at Monroe Lancaster!! They have helped me out when I was in a (and still are) very rough monetary position. I am in the middle of to surgery, one on my lower spine oh, lower neck, and sinuses. I have been out of work for almost a year I shut down my small business to take care of myself I am a local contractor. I went to her Monroe which was referred to me by a friend that manages Advanced Auto in Lancaster!! They more than took care of me oh, they treated me like a close family member!! I would pay membership to be able to go to this Monroe if there was such a thing!! We all know we pay memberships for great clubs communities in privileges, but there is no membership-fee..!! I hope this helps someone choose a local honest friendly and caring business to deal with, God bless..!!

Only mechanics I go to, very knowledgeable and always friendly. Ive had an emergency with a flat tire and they got me swapped out with a brand new one in no time at all. Came in 15 mins before they closed and got me a much over due oil change. I wont recommend any other shop besides this one.

Barely any one there to work. Slow. And cant weld a simple muffler due to it is a customer part.

I always knew this was a great group of guys. But when I waited for my oil change to be done there was a lady letting her kids completely tear the place up. Apparently her phone was more important but the staff just went with it treated everyone so nice and cleaned up the mess when she left.

I am from out of town and was passing through when my brakes started acting up. I was worked in quickly and they did a great job!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with my tire not holding air. I drove up to Monro with no appointment. My vehicle was pulled in and put on a rack. They found a drywall screw in my tire. I was worried about being able to pay for a new tire, but the manager Josh told me they could repair it for me instead. A half hour later, I was on my way. I appreciate the honesty and service.

I got a tire from Walmart and it went flat the next day. They told me it was because of the rim. I took it to Monroe and they took a look at the tire and found a razor. Had it patched in and out in 20 minutes. Great service and it was fast. Employees were very nice and explained everything. Couldn’t get better than this.

Sketchy experience at Monro. I live pretty close to this shop so I decided to give them a chance at what I thought to be a minor problem which was a blower motor in the dash stuck on even when the car was off. I had done some minor research and thought it was the blower resistor. I priced the part at about $15 - $75 at the highest end.I walked into the shop and explained the issue and that I thought it was the blower resistor. The tattooed clerk told me, no it isnt the resistor.... Sure Im not a mechanic so call me. Couple hours goes by and he does call. Tells me, yes it is the resistor. Also says I need a blower motor and quotes me $760 for the repairs. I thought that sounded insane because of the parts cost. I double checked and the blower itself cost up to $180. So total parts combined at the highest value would be $250. I didnt bother calling him back and went to pick up the car. Got to the counter and told the guy I was here for the car. He seemed surprised and actually left the lot before getting the vehicle. Had to ask a 2nd employee for the car. They pulled it around. Come to find the problem with the motor was now fixed. It was most likely fixed by someone unplugging the resistor and plugging it back in. I dont know if he knew the issue had resolved just from the reset, but the way I look at it they were trying to get $760 out of me for nothing. Be cautious of this place and do your research.

Super friendly, super helfpful, no BS kinda place with welders that know their metal and their machines. I stopped in after Buckey Toyota refused to fix my noisy heat shield and Josh whipped it up on the rack, dropped a few expert welds on it and had me good as new in 15 min. I will bring all of my business to these guys. Thanks Josh.

Went in to get brakes fixed, when I left the car had transmission issues and a radio that did not work. None of these problems existed before they worked on my car. Took the car back and they fixed the radio, but they could not figure out the issue with the transmission. Had to take the car to another location to solve the transmission issue.

I dont see why all the nasty comments. I went in for an Alignment They did great and was done fast specially for being a Sunday. They earned another customer.
