Well stocked commercial restaurant in business supply store. Plenty of knowledgeable helpful associates. This location was clean and well stocked.

Greeted right when I got in there. Walked with me and help load my cart and find everything I needed. Very large building with wide aisle space. well organized and very clean.

I ordered two items containing glass bulbs. Rather than pack the items in a carton, they simply taped the two boxes together and placed a shipping label on it with no protection whatsoever. They refused to provide a refund for the damaged product full of broken glass.Update: Businesss response indicates they take great care when packing orders. Take a look at the attached photo (note the label on the item shipped without a box and broken glass), and judge for yourself.

They will put you on hold till you give up. I call get immediately put on hold without any time to even reply.

I just wanted to say thank you to The Restaurant Store for their fast delivery. This past Sunday afternoon we realized that we were running low on coffee. We ordered a case of Ellis, William Penn coffee and it was delivered the very next day. Thats service!

My wife and I went in for one thing ( piping tips for cake decorating) and walk out with so much more. I didnt realize the vast selection of different product and materials would be so incredible. Im so quick to walk away from something I really need if the price isnt right. I have never seen better prices anywhere. In most cases even call Amazon and everybody knows you could find anything on Amazon. I cant wait to go back to The Restaurant Store!!!!

During this time of Covid, they do have a sign at the entrance saying, No Mask, No Entrance -- if you need a mask, see one of our associates. I went to the Restaurant Store because a friend told me I could get drink syrups there for coffees and teas. I was very pleased with their selection and found their prices reasonable. I was able to purchase my two favorite flavors. The store is like a huge warehouse and they sell anything you might expect to find in a restaurant. The sales associates were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return to The Restaurant Store again.

We own a bakery business and have been buying supplies from The Restaurant Store for years. I enjoy my fifteen minutes every week in this store. The selection is amazing and the service is great. In a world where mediocrity is normal, actually being asked how are you doing by someone who is genuinely interested is refreshing. While everyone is great, Michael and Megan are the best to work with simply because they have both gone out of their way on more than one occasion to make sure I had what I needed. Even on what is clearly a bad day for them, they are a joy to work with.

I went in for a # 10 of sauce and I was there for a hour and had to tell myself to leave I was like kid in a candy store and I dont think you will find a more helpful staff then there they know where everything is and they take your stuff to your car and help you load it

The restaurant store is extremely inconsistent. Every time I go there for meal prep containers they have the opposite of what I need and then make it seem like it’s my businesses fault that they’re not stocked up. Many restaurants come here for consistent items and for them not to have it is extremely inconvenient and I’m going to make sure all of my friends and business owners know not to rely on this company for any of their supply needs. Also the staff that was there today particularly were extremely unhelpful and made a joke out of them not being equipped to handle my needs.

We ordered a two level table and it just arrived. All good except there are no holes in the poles to attach the lower shelf. Contacted customer service and their remedy was a credit of 15% but as to it not having the second shelf...…..sorry. Couldnt ship four new leg posts? Terrible! Never use them again and warning all, beware.

Awesome place! They have literally every utensil or pan you could be looking for. They also sell seasonings, napkins, plates, cups, etc. They have everything you could think of for restaurant supplies! Makes me wish I had a restaurant to run just to buy supplies here! They have cleaning item, garbage cans, mop buckets, and cleaning soaps. It would be a great place to buy what you need for catering a wedding too. Matching serving dishes, and decorative stands for food.

First time I ever went. Very excited. The have almost anything you would need for restaurant supplies and most party supplies as well!

Im the family baker so I love this store. I wished I did enough to warrant a membership, but their non-member pricing is still better than Amazon or other stores. (Seriously, I literally delete things from my cart while I shop.) As a bonus, the staff is always helpful and friendly, especially when I get lost looking at everything.

I havent been there in years and was in awe of the new store. It seems bigger and more organized. Its, once again, my adult toy store 😊

I like to shop at the Restaurant Store in Pa. Everyone has a smile and is very helpful but last week they didnt let me in the store because I hadnt have a mask I said I cant wear one because of health they asked for me health certificate you cantask for anyone health certificate that a HIPPAA law ( I migraine headaches) they said I can order on line and order and curb that not right that being RACIST so I got a mask and went in NO ONE HAD A SMILE AND THERE WAS NO SERVICE. need 2 open church not judge those who dont wear mask in your web site it says open to general public... in GOD we trust

Zero stars for this company. We ordered a table top from this store which arrived not completely finished. We immediately emailed customer service and received a response from Ashley Annunziata stating that they contacted the manufacturer. That was May 7, 2020. We emailed Ashley two more times with no response. We have disputed the charge with our credit card.

They havent had the cake boxes Ive needed on my last 2 visits there. However, the staff was friendly and helpful which saved me today.

Needed a few items for an upcoming holiday meal at work. Employees there are friendly and very accommodating, helping me to locate what I was looking for. A few of the items were high up on the shelves and I needed assistance getting them and they were more than happy to help me. Great place to buy supplies. The people are great! Super nice. I walk in and I am greeted. They are quick to wait on you. They help you load you vehicle. The 1st time I went in there, I thought, man I need make sure my customers have this same awesome experience. And their prices, they beat Sams club last time I checked.

Store has everything

Have some of the worst experiences when they’ve made an error. They never offer to actually fix the issue, leaving us without the equipment that we need for service. I’ve had this issue 2 times before.Today our manager drove up to pick up the part we ordered weeks ago (after confirming the piece was available for pick up) just to be told they had the wrong part in stock and they “may” have it in by the end of the week- which leaves us unable to use our oven for the entire week🤦‍♀️ And they offered nothing to help us actually resolve it.
