I stopped in today to look into crochet for the first time. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming and I was greeted by everyone I saw. Kim especially was helpful. She was there to show me what yard of need, what kind of hook, and even recommended YouTube tutorials. Absolutely fantastic here

Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping at this location anymore. I bought a large quantity of fabric two weeks ago but hadn’t used it yet and I saw that it went on sale. I went in to get a price match since Joann prides themselves on price matching and offering their customers to pay the best price. The cashier became rude and condescending once I said I wanted to price match my online purchase for the current price. I had my order # and the fabric was intact. She contacted the manager to ask how to do an online return/exchange in the system. I could hear the manager tell her (rudely as well) to tell me that I can’t make returns unless the purchase was within 7 days... which isn’t true. I think it’s inappropriate for managers to make up policy requirements to fit their convenience, especially with a giant sign hanging over the register that says within 90 days. You would think I’m trying to steal money from their wallets the way they act here. Since this wasn’t the first time I had a bad customer experience with them I decided to leave and go to the Reading location instead. They’re so much nicer and made everything seamless! Also, Reading’s store is much more stocked and organized.

We just bought a $299 Ot Light for 50% off. Also we picked up a few double cotton face masks for our grandchildren for 1$ each. They are having great sales now. Dont miss out.

We were there to see about getting foam and other supplies to make cushions for a breakfast nook my sister has in her kitchen. We had asked one sales lady about what we had to do and she just said that the foam had to measured and priced never said that we had to take it to the fabric department. Got to the register and the woman there said we had to take it to the fabric department. When we were there earlier there was no one around. The woman at the register said she just left that department. Need to get your facts straight or put up a sign in the foam section that it has to be taken to the fabric department for cutting and pricing. We left the store leaving the foam at the door. 😠😠

An okay store for the area with admittedly great sales and overall low prices. However, I try my best to avoid shopping here, especially recently. Before the pandemic I would prefer not to shop here because it is very unorganized, cluttered, and sometimes understaffed. Shopping there took way too long because some things were in places that didn’t make sense and it felt like every time I went in there the layout was different.Now, I never go here because the curbside pickup service is very slow. I understand that in-store customers take priority, but knowing that, I have arrived during times that aren’t busy such as right before open and close. But no matter what time I come, I’m always stuck waiting in my car for over 20. minutes (I’m also usually the only person there doing curbside so there’s no one else they’re tending to).Bottom line is I do not recommend the curbside pickup option at all. In store is slightly better but I would only go there if you’re truly in a pinch. Best to cash out a little more money (not much) at Michael’s to receive a more pleasant and customer-friendly experience.

There are plenty of fabric but empty shelves of yarn even during pre-covid times. Flannel has a great selection of patterns and cheap cheap but it does not hold up in the wash.

This stores layout is different than any other Joanns I have been in, so I felt a little lost at first. I love craft stores so I looked everywhere at least a couple of times! I will be back! I did buy some jewelry items and some scrapbook stickers. Oh! The staff was very nice as well!!!

The fabric was a lite over priced for my taste (with there being online fabrics for much much cheaper), they had a huge variety of holiday patterns and types of fabrics. Another plus was they did have some arts and crafts items I purchased for my kids that were on sale and were a huge hit! I probably wont come back again.

Wonderful quarantine experience:I was so happy to find that they did curb side pick up. I pulled up, gave them a ring, and out they came with my products. They made sure everything was sanitary and were extremely polite about everything. The inside of the store is amazing as well, and I hope for them to re-open soon!

Sometimes its hard to find what youre looking for in the store but overall they have a lot of good quality items and a lot of things in stock.

I tagged along with my wife and daughter. They were looking for a particular type and color yarn for projects theyre working on. My daughter found hers right away. My wife had to order hers, it was delivered to the store on their next supply truck a couple of days later. Friendly, professional staff.

They do not just sell fabric. They have beads, markers, jewelry beads, etc. It is always worth a look to see what they have if you are looking for art supplies in general. The cashiers are typically very helpful, but once in a while there is one who is no help at all. Every purchase I’ve made has always been a good one and my projects end up successful when I buy their products!

I was so very fortunate to be able to stock up on beautiful very decorative ribbon at a 76% off savings!! Starting to work on wreaths for Christmas and was able to stock up on the 5 major colors I use at a super great savings! Store was smaller seeking and cluttered, but it seemed to be stocked well and the customer there were getting what they needed and finding what they went in for. We went in for buttons and found way more then we were looking for. The options were almost to good. The help there was good and the employees seemed happy to help and full of the correct knowledge to do so. Plenty of parking out front.

If you ever want to find some amazing fabrics and anything relating to creating beautiful masterpieces, this is the place for you. They have a wide variety of fabrics and materials to choose from. When you enter the place, it is very organized and the whole store is basically fabrics, sewing kits, and other art supplies you can find. The prices of these fabrics are so reasonable that you can just purchase every single one that you are looking for. This is place is also located by the mall so it is not far to travel if youre coming from this direction or near it. I totally recommend this place for all the artsy people out there and the fashion people as well looking to create their own designer pieces.

OK place to buy fabric, notion etc. They could use a better coupon plan. Its amazing, they have really good coupons, HOWEVER, you may not use them on sale items CONVENIENTLY almost everything is on sale the day of the coupon deals. I hate when stores do this.

1st time here. It was just ok. Definitely will miss A.C Moore. A tad pricey. Went in to look for Deco Mesh not a very huge selection.

I havent been to this particular store but I do know the name. To best explain how or what they have is really no different than AC Moores. So if you love crafts and you are creative then you will love this store!

I do not ever recall purchasing material so an expert I am not. That said the selection and pricing were amazing. The only reason for the 3 stars....waiting to get home to watch the Eagles I stated...This service is a generation old. It took FOREVER. I think that I was the only one present that did not think that a conversation about my life was required pre-purchase. Additionally, as opposed to most retail locations they had plenty of staff with one checkout line open and 7 customers waiting in line to checkout. If you are not in a hurry consider this review a 5. As an FYI, for under $10 I have a green screen!

People are pleasant if you can find em. Deals are phenomenal as long as you have the coupons and know a couponer to tell you when theyre comin up. Otherwise I walked through the store for a long time trying to figure out how it was arranged.

Its a joann fabrics. Theyve got all the usual sewing stuff, a fair selection of acrylic yarns, and some cute miscellaneous things. However every time I go in there I end up waiting forever to check out or to get my fabric cut or to find help. Definitely can use more than 1 person at checkout on a Saturday!

My wife wanted information on the new singer heavy duty #4452 sewing machine. To get someone to help was a chore, it wasnt even busy. The saleswoman did not smile and gave a paucity of information on the product. She did not help or ask about sewing accessories like needles, bobbins, or pin cases. It was like twisting someones arm to get any needed informationThe hang-dog look was not appreciated..eric bernhardt
