Dont do a Return or an Exchange, I was treated like I was a criminal. Then when Im trying to speak with the manager about a coupon, the customer she was helping decided to get in the conversation and then the manager tells that lady Thank You, I appreciate it. This is the first time the manager was RUDE. But alot of the girls that work here are Rude almost all the time.

Every time i go in Nacy is super helpful with out badgering me. (Just enough space) She always has a smile on an super friendly. And her hair is so unique and captivating.

The sales lady, whose name I never asked for was very helpful, even numbering each product I bought in the Isa Knox set to ensure I used them in the proper order. She wasnt pushy at all, and just so sweet and kind, it makes me definitely want to return to buy my products here.

Very rude employees

Ive had too much trouble with my beauty card being up to date. They kept saying it was expired and it took a call to corporate headquarters to get itfixed. The card is supposed to be good for a year (Jan), and its expired again. . .

I love all of the ethnic hair care products that they carry. The one in Ridgecrest could learn from them.

The employee was very nice and the store was opened up promptly at 9 a.m. she help me decide what I needed for my clippers and gave me a little bit of advice on my purchase what a sweetheart and she it was also bilingual which was very helpful

Refreshing this store is wider than most of the Sallys and really well organized.

Store #729 had poor customer service skill we went like at 630 pm the girls kept walking around avoiding helping us didnt greet us.there was a pregnant girl in there that was fixing hair dyes . I was going to ask her a question she avoid me and walked away, its not like we were dressed inappropriate or said anything offensive they were super rude I shop at sallys often but this was a disappointing worse experience ever corporate should hire new people!
