Weve used Sparkletts water delivery service for years, and receive friendly, accurate and reliable service month after month. Id recommend them to friends and neighbors in a heartbeat. Wish every business were this dependable.

Can’t follow simple notes left on the empty bottles outside! If it says leave no water, just collect the empty ones! How difficult is that??? This company doesn’t let you talk directly to the branch or the driver, which is basically like playing telephone with the telephone operator and the branch. Have you played telephone? No one gets it right at the end. Stop pushing me to pay for extra bottles that I didn’t order!!!Update to last month: Called them to have them leave permanent instructions so I would only have 2 bottles max at all times, they kept leaving extra water and trying to bill me so I finally cancelled service today. It’s not worth the stress of calling in every 2 weeks to tell them they got it wrong, it has been 2 months to get this right. Stay away from this branch in Antelope Valley! I had service in Sun Valley at work and in my old home in Highland Park, Los Angeles without any issues over there. It feels like I’m dealing with incompetent teenagers working in retail over here.

If I cld give a zero I would. I am no longer customer, there service and customer service is whack and unprofessional. These people are committing FRAUD AND THEY ARE FRAUDULENTThey delivered water and cooler, w the promise of setting it up for me.. that was a lie, thy jus left entire cooler/water outside on my front porch, then I cld not gt it set up and it was not working so I I literally cancelled same day and thy came bck and picked up products the same day!They hve been in-voicing me statements and charging my card for the last 3 months for goods and services I dnt even use or have! Saying the reason thy charging me is late fees! I then ask what late fee if services were cancelled and picked bck up the same day? How is there a late fee.. why? They jus mad bcuz I cancelled... bcuz in what land or universe do late fees apply if product was given bck in like 2 hours of them dropping it off? Frauds....And are thy are fully aware.. Ive contacted thm ovr 5 times trying to take care of situation.. asking for a supervisor everytime I called one of there reps played games and was rude and thy each jus left me on hold.. nvr connected me to ayone who cld take care of my complaint..I would nvr recommend them to ayone!Save your time and money and go to someone esle.

We have been customers for almost 5 years and are very happy with the service. You can order not only the bottles of water but they also offer other beverages for delivery and cases of water. The driver is very prompt on delivery day. The website is easy to use and you can choose to skip a delivery or order extra stuff. I highly recommend!

Grew up on Sparkletts, so did my children. Have always enjoyed the service. We have a bottom load cooler that is very convenient.

The convenience of having bottled water delivered to your house at a similar cost of buying cases of bottled water, plus the refreshing cool taste is worth every penny! Super easy to change the bottle with the “bottom” loader cooler and instant hot with no rental fee for the dispenser is awesome too.I highly recommend Sparkletts delivery!

Everything about our Sparkletts service is great. Our delivery guy, Steve, is a really nice guy, always a pleasure to see him. The water tastes so much better than the water we get from L. A. County water. Highly recommended!

I have had Sparkletts for over a year now and everything has been great, he would replace my waters every 2 weeks. Recently they charged my card without my consent, I called the 800 number and they advised that the manager at my local office had done that. If you have Sparkletts make sure you do not have your credit card on file. Today I left 4 bottles out there and the Sparkletts man dropped off 1, when I’m on a replacement plan. I’m extremely disappointed and will discontinue my service.

The water is delicious! The delivery man and customer service are so friendly. I signed up with Costco and got the less expensive rate!!!

Very bad service because water is delayed from delivering and when my dad asked to get a new filter dispenser they gave us a broken one where hot water is not working. Also they dont deliver on time.

Nice staff, deliver, was late 20 min due to traffic, construction, check in they received and help to unload, was done pretty quick ..

Worse water company ever! Horrible business ethics. Inconsiderate to clients. Once a company becomes a certain size they stop caring like they used to. I urge you all to explore other options.

This location is not operated consistently. Many times I tried to reach someone in the office and there was no one to help me.

The worst water company out there. No customer service, call and get put on hold for 15 minutes before they hang up on you. All complaints will fall on deaf ears. Delivery driver Kevin is rude and unprofessional.
