On the road..needed a brake check..they handled it. No charge. Nationwide data base on my car is great. Been a customer for 18 yrs.

I have a modified car. I get that. But, I showed the tech how to turn on and off the car specifically saying that you must have the brake on to shut off the car. I came out to my gears mashed up so I had to put the clutch in with the car off to get it out. This means the tech instead of calling me stalled out my car. He also ruined my push to start button. The guy at the counter tried arguing with me that he couldn’t shut the car off despite the fact they hadn’t tried to call me. They also didn’t do the rear alignment because they “couldn’t adjust it” despite the fact I have adjustable rear upper control arms. Bravo guys.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I wanted a brake system diagnosis and they called and said they didn’t know how to get my tire off. Needless to say I just went and got my car. They were laughing and smiling when I came in. Completely unprofessional maybe even high I don’t know. I highly don’t recommend.

Terrible customer service, receptionist is very rude. Went in for a service and she tried to say I wasn’t on the schedule and then management called and also wasn’t accommodating at all . Tried to tell me I didn’t have an appointment when I clearly did I even showed screen shots and confirmation and refused to service my car . Would not do business with Firestone again !!!

I needed my car to have an oil change and a part replaced. Other shops were trying to charge me 700+ dollars. Firestone charged me 330 dollars for the repairs and the oil change. On top of that they were able to accept my extended warranty so I only had to pay $130.

The orange st location is absolutely awful and uncomfortable to go to. I dont feel welcomed in the slightest when I go there. 90% of the guys are pretty rude too.. Do not recommend...like at all.

Rating is based on the work they performed on my vehicle, if i would have rated it based on customer service they would have gotten BARELY a 1 star... I needed more work to do on my vehicle and he didnt even offer to possibly set up an appointment in the future...needless to say I will take my future business to somewhere else.

My husband and I got a screw in our brand new car tire and we found firestone auto care ( we use at home too) they were closing soon but squeezed us in so we can drive back home safe. Great service ! friendly staff. Definatly recommend.

I have gotten vehicles serviced at Firestone for 5 years or so now. This one is by far the best location that I have been too. My Subaru has been serviced there several time and I have never been disappointed in the work or customer service.

I have always been a fan of the work your company has done until today. My husband took his mustang in April for an oil change and today we took it back in because of an oil leak. To be told that the oil filter was crushed and thats why it was leaking. We have not had any mechanical work done to the car. Absolutely NO ONE has touched underneath the car until we took the car in April for an oil change. And today there was no acknowledgement of it being done at the facility. We were also charged to clean and decrease as well as another oil change. Which full synthetic was used rather than 50/50 as the previous time. We are not financially struggling so the cost was not an issue but the lack of knowledge as to how it couldve happened was disappointing. Also the fact that the person we dealt with had an attitude with each interaction as if we were putting him out of his way was unwarranted and unnecessary. We will not be returning to this facility and I will be sure to let others know as well.

If you go to this location for anything ask for SHAWN!! He is the only one there that will give you exceptional service and hes honest. Shawn will treat you with respect and doesnt just see you as a dollar sign. Its hard enough finding a place to get your car serviced, but when someone can find the solution thats best for you without hurting your pockets then my advice is to stick with them. If Shawn would ever leave this location then my business would go with him. Great location, just be careful who you talk to.

Ok i am writing this for my father in law so last week or so he came in for 4 tires ok all 4 now you all deal manly in tires ok now after he got his tires done he drove on the highway he said to me it felt like the suv was going to fall apart so I had him look at the wheel and mind you I am at work at this time i told him to see if their are any wheel weights on the inside of the wheel he said no took it to another place to balance them all out like I know for a fact it is hard to say o I forgot to balance the wheels thats what the customer is also paying for not just to have tires put on and that is it they need to be balanced if i could give negative stars i would place dont take your vehicle their what so ever I hope this helps you out

Terrible service, yet I cant even say that because they refused to help me. Went there 2 weeks in a row and they did everything in their power not to help me.Guys tried to say they were busy, but I saw 3 grown capable men behind the counter with their arms crossed looking at me like I took a dump in there coffee. (They had 1 hispanic guy working, while they chatted it up)All I did was ask for an inspection, never again. Learn some respect.

After Firestone Complete Auto Care downtown told my wife our car needed $800 for tie rods and an alignment, we took the car to M&T Universal tech on President and Harrisburg Pike. This was after buying tires at Tire Rack and having Firestone Complete Auto Care install the tires. Turns out, the car needed a $300 wheel bearing. Dont let yourself be taken advantage of! Glad to know there are some quality shops out there!

$54 to replace a headlight bulb seems steep, given that I just paid $20 to have this done a couple of months ago, but I guess its nice that they could take care of us immediately

Jonathan, my technician, and Michael, the store manager exceeded my expectations. I have complete confidence that the repair was done correctly. I will not take my vehicle to any other Firestone (or another repair shop for that matter) as long as Michael is the manager, leading a fantastic team of technicians.

I was in town visiting on a Sunday and had a flat tire. Sean really went out of his way to help. They got me in and out. Ive been around garages and mechanics all my life. They did a great job at a great price. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!!!

I had the same atrocious customer service experience as Bonnie with the exact same individual, Michael. I was very displeased with the service performed on my car. He got loud and yelled at me. When I told him not to yell he hung up the phone on me. I will never return to this service center.Obviously nothing has been done to improve customer services or to improve customer relations. I will not support any business that treats their customers with so much ill contempt. If you do a bad job or service, own it, don’t lash out at the customer for not being pleased with subpar results.5/25/2019 FOLLOWUP:Firestone made good on this issue, exceeding my expectations. They are always so helpful here. Over the years they have had plenty of opportunities to rip me off and never did. If they couldnt do what I needed, they sent me to a place that could without charging me. I have always felt comfortable here and will never go anywhere else, unless I have too!

Atrocious Customers Service. Stay away from Firestone unless you enjoy being treated shamefully. Overpriced service, and youll only receive a smile if youre purchasing new tires, shocks, brakes, etc... Basically, if your spending hundreds or thousands of dollars then theyll be your best friend. If youre going there to utilizes any of your Free Services, such as your Lifetime Alignment, Free Tire Balance and Rotations, youll will be spoken to like a piece of trash, and they will do everything in there power to avoid working on your vehicle. Just Horrible, Awful, and Despicable Behavior. It is truly unbelievable that a valued customer would be treated any less than with the utmost of respect, but this is definitely not the case with this company. Friendly service. I got a boot replaced there & it went bad after being replaced. Firestone re-replaced it at no charge and stood behind their work. The LIfetime Alignment is worth buying rather than paying for alignment every time you go somewhere else.

This shop does pretty good work. They do tend to rush things a little but they generally do a pretty good job. The techs are helpful and easy to talk to.

Made an appointment for 4pm for oil/filter change. Dropped off the car at 3 and left. Before leaving I was told they would call me when its done. Got wrapped up in cleaning and didnt realize how late it was. 6:30. No calls on my phone (plugged in and connected to a Bluetooth speaker). I did not give them permission to keep my car overnight and I need it for work tomorrow. I get that things get busy, but had they at least called me and let come get the car and reschedule a new appointment, I wouldnt be leaving a negative review.EDIT: Manager called me that morning inquiring about this review and me not getting a phone call. He told me to come get the car. He didnt charge for me the oil change. Ive upped my review to 3 stars because of them making amends.

My rating is because they have not updated their schedule on Google maps, Went to see someone for my car and when I get there they tell me theyre closed, I will change my rating once this is corrected, and the rating will go down if not.

Bought some truck tires here, price was lower than most in the area. Tires were there next day and mounted the day they arrived. The service was friendly, the tech made the point to ask me if I was satisfied with the mount and balance job when I picked up the wheels.

Disappointed to say the least. I went in with a simple problem. My car made a frictional noise when turning. The advice I was given was to replace the sway bar links ( apart of the suspension). However, when I got in my car the sound was still very apparent. So I payed for an incorrect service and I still need to actually have my car fixed.

I took my car for new 4 tires car didnt have no dents came out with 2 dents one bumper and the other on side of the car probaly when they put on lifth thats first thin, Second i came out with 4 brand new tires cost me 512.00 dollars on my way home 1 of them went flat, find out when they isntall them the valve was broke .I will not recomend if u want u car came out with new dents dont go, and the only good thing they replace tired and i get free oil change but i never take my car back there

One of the worst c.service ever...I went there early in the morning saturday. (am7:00) and the first thing the guy at the counter tells me we could be too busy! It could take all day like I felt that he wannit it me to be outta there before I even tell em what was wrong with my car..so the only response I got was we may call u back like around 5:00 pm because we get really busy why dont you come back on Monday and we may take a look at your car ARE YOU SERIOUS! !!!TWO DAYS!!!..not only that ;previously I took my car there for an oil change then after it was done i find out there was oil all over my driveway! Then I find that they didnt put the oil filter properly .if I could give this place less than zero stars I would.

Horrible service! I went in for a oil change, alignment, and new tires. spent over a great deal of my hard earned money and was not pleased with their service.

I usually get my oil change from here but thats as far as what Ill do. This shop is what you would call wallet flushers. As in they are dishonest when it comes to labor fees and try to take advantage of unknowing customers. I am well-versed and knowledgeable with car stuff so I called Firestone to check how much they charge to replace spark plugs on my BMW. The guy I spoke to gave me an estimate of $550. So I asked him how is it that they came up with that price? They responded about what type of work they needed to do and labor cost. Then I let HIM know that I know much more than he thinks I know about cars. I told HIM what needs to be done, how much time is needed and how much parts cost. I told him I will give you the parts you charging me extra $100 and labor? it takes no more than 45 minutes to replace 6 plugs. Then he had long pause and was stammering and just said oh we have to charge a minimum 2-hour labor because its our company policy. LOL Really? Sit down. Later I went to a Indie shop and bought the parts for $100 and gave the guy $150 to get them done in 40 minutes. He was even laughing when I told him how much Firestone quoted me.Few months ago, they checked a warning sign on my dash and said its due to low battery. They said they wud have to charge my battery which is about $100+. I went to Pep Boys and they checked my battery and said my battery is 50% charged, which is good! So I always thought it was a battery problem until few months later I decided to read my manual. All that dash light was for is Low Engine Coolant, so I was driving my car with low engine coolant for 7 months.... but I did my oil change and they did not refill my coolant? Thats a basic checkpoint for any service. I dont understand these guys...

Ill start with this, I am a car and truck mechanic. I bought a life time alignment for a reason so I can extend the life of my tires as long as possible because tires are not cheap. So on to the story... I had the catalytic converter replaced on my car. Completed by a dealership as it was under warranty and they had to drop the sub frame which causes the alignment to go out so I brought it to firestone since I have the lifetime alignments after i picied it up from the dealership. They said they aligned it but the steering wheel is still off not by a little but by a good noticeable amount more than when I brought it in. The service advisor told me that their policy is that they cant move the sub frame. This is not true, I worked for Firestone and this exact one in fact, and it is a full service shop and firestone corporate policy advises otherwise. I will not go go back to this location nor will I be recommending it to people I know.

Called talked to Tim... Not happy he was arguing with me about tires on phone clearly does NOT want my business..... Sad since I supposedly get a discount through work.... This is not OK and another reason why I choose not to deal w these guys Firestone in general. Use anyone else like discount tire direct no issues there!!!!

Great service, but expensive and unreasonable. They always overcharge and tell you 100 things are wrong with your car when in reality its one. For example, I got an inspection done here and they said it would cost $800 in repairs for them to pass it. I called a mechanic friend of mine and he said it should be no more that $400 and even thats pushing it. I called them back and passed that info along and they admitted 2/4 things they mentioned previously werent even part of the inspection! If I ask for an inspection, I want an inspection. They practically tried to rob me. I understand they have to make money, but that was extremely dishonest.

Had my truck taken there they tried to tell me my truck needed a transfer case and it would cost around $3000.00 to replace it so I had my truck taken to cottman transmission turns out it was not my transfer case but a bad wheel hub bearing cost was $650.00 needless to say I will never go to Firestone again
