My father in law a 71 year old senior citizen drove his truck inside for a transmission service because he received a letter from the dealer stating he was due for a service. 2 hours latter he was told his transmission was not working and he had to pay $4800 for a replacement. And that there was only one transmission left in all united states. The costumer service ladys name is Jessica Des jar. We reported this incident to the better business bureau
The Quick Lane at the Lancaster auto mall is a good place for a quick oil service and general maintenance on any vehicle. I used to go there all the time when I still had my Ford Mustang, I took my Honda Civic in on Saturday and it was done in an hour. The ladies in office are knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get you in.
Quick service. Arrived at my oil change appointment & didnt have to wait more than an hour there. Ford tech person did oil change & additional work. No issues as usual. Thank you ford.
They get a lot of customers and they do a good job of getting cars through in a reasonable amount of time. Recommended.

The two ladys that helped me the past few days to get my repairs done were Great. The knowledge of the cars and the mechanic of it all was impressive. They worked with me on my schedule. They even will get you a ride to the mall for free. The mechanics do good work with the time given. Plus one of the cheapest place to get a Ford oil change and all round inspection.
If I can leave less stars I wouldTheyre telling me 2 hours for a tire rotation even with an appointment The lady at the front desk is completely rude You can tell customer service is not a big thing here Ive worked at tire stores before and it takes no longer than 15 20 minutes for tire rotationIf my warranty didnt force me to come here I would never give it the time or day .... Completely ridiculous Definitely not a satisfied customer
This place has the best customer service. Very patient and sincere. From 7am until 5pm different staff but the same quality of sincerity. Thanks to each of them. You are appreciated.

I have 2 vehicles to maintain and I always take them to Quick Lane! The front desk people are always friendly and courteous. They are fast and efficient and if I have an appointment I am in and out of there usually in less time than they estimate. Sometimes I just show up because I havent had time to make an appointment and they let me know when my car can be seen and how long it will take. There is a beautiful park right across the street or I can go shopping at the plaza right behind them. There location is perfect! Their staff is well trained and have always taken excellent care of my car. They have a spacious waiting area with plenty of seating and TV. I can highly recommend Quick Lane!

Bad experience with communication and delays.
The people at quick Lane are very friendly and do try to accommodate you. The service representative will always give you the best options to better help you. And will do their best to help you out with what is going on with your vehicle. I havent had a complaint since Ive been going there. Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the main dealership, but that story is for another servey.
This place is shady and looking to take advantage of people went in for an oil change after just changing my fuel filters and was told I need fuel filters, front and rear diff along with transfer case flushed, air filter (changed with my last oil change), power steering fluid, transmission flush and brake fluid exchange!!!!! my truck only has 65,000 miles definitely wont be back.

Quick Lane is not bad, as dealer service goes. Definitely faster than going through the regular service department in my reasonable number of experiences with them. Of course, any dealer service is far and away the most expensive way possible to maintain your car.Which is why it is really aggravating to see ol Mike Johnson yet again put nickles and dimes ahead of his customers. Seriously, oh we dont have a shuttle any more, but we can call you an Uber...and charge you for it? Cmon man, youre already bleeding me for double what any other garage would charge if they could get their hands on the special Ford diagnostic device that is needed for this particular problem, and you cant afford to give me a ride home while I wait out the delay?

I had all but given up on Quick Lane. But I am really happy with the changes at Quick Lane at AV Ford Lincoln. So happy to have Kerri back, great customer service and all around service experience. Also Ashley has been so helpful, a great addition.
Well Im sure they do a good job for some people, if you are a traveler passing through town and have a problem they really have no interest and doing anything to help you. Ive never been dismissed faster at a place where I was trying to spend money

This was the worst service I ever had. I had an oil change done on my truck. Thy said it would take about 1hr It turned out to be 2.5hrs. Then for it taking so long thy gave me a free car wash and that was even slow. It was a basic was and that took 1.5hrs. Wont vist quick lane again.

Do not take your vehicles to be serviced they say they check all fluids but they dont I went and had my oil changed and they did not check my transmission fluid within a weeks time my transmission blew and had to pay $3,500 to have it replaced and they did not help me for nothing in fact there were charging me $4,500 for a replacement transmission which I thought was unfair since theyre the ones that did not check my transmission fluid after I asked them to never again will I take my Ford vehicle there their service techs suck this is the 4th time theyve did something wrong to my vehicle and the last time.
Arrived there at 10 am left 6pm, was not a happy customer
