Great place! Everyone was very knowledgeable and helped. I found my dress here during the height of the pandemic and they were amazing to make it special even with limited people. I had my first fitting and again I was amazed by the knowledge and professionalism. Cant wait to get married in November with my dress from InWhite

This place is beautiful! What a selection of gowns go choose from, they make you feel like a true princess, and try their best to make your vision come true! I would recommend this place to anyone who is truely looking for their perfect gown!

Very disappointed to have had an appointment yesterday here for a friend. The receptionist was less than friendly and the consultant did nothing to make this time exciting or special for our friend/the bride. With 20 minutes left in the appointment the bride asked if maybe there was a certain style to which she replied, I dont know, I dont think so. She abruptly ended the appointment at this time concluding, this is the last dress. It was a shame overall.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at In White, despite all the challenges from covid. My dress was beautiful and the seamstress was so patient with me as I asked for last minute adjustments to make sure it fit perfectly. I highly recommend shopping here for your dress!

I cant recommend In White enough. This was the first bridal shop I went to and the consultants were amazing and so helpful and fun. They made the experience so special and enjoyable - especially compared to the other salon I went to later in the day. Hope pulled both dresses I had in mind and others I didnt even think to look at. The dress I ended up coming back that same day to buy was one I never would have tried on otherwise and Im so glad she thought to pull it for me! If youre looking for a great group of consultants who will go above and beyond to find you your perfect dress (and youll want to be their friends afterwards), In White is where its at. This store deserves 0 stars. As a MOH and future bride myself, I would not recommend this store to any of my friends or family. Poor customer service, rushed “appointment” times, and employees that do not take time to listen to customer concerns or try to make their customers feel validated. We left with a wrinkled gown and a bride who felt anything but special. There are plenty of other shops in the local area I would be more than happy to give my business to.

5 stars! No, 10 stars! I will be recommending this boutique to all future brides. They have a huge selection of dresses, sorted by price point which I loved. The staff is all very warm and inviting. Alteration prices are very clear and reasonable. Because of Covid I had to postpone my wedding twice and they let me store my huge ball gown for 7 months no problem. We had to pivot yet again and come up with a very last minute ceremony due to Covid and they bent over backwards to finish my alterations and steam it for me in the span of a few days. This place is it.

I had the most wonderful experience at In White today. Rachel was the absolute best consultant! I went in with an idea of what I wanted and she exceeded all of my expectations when it came to picking dresses for me to try. She really listened to my preferences and was great when my indecisiveness got the best of me at times! I highly suggest making in white a priority stop when searching for a wedding gown!

I just bought my dress there and it was the best dress shopping experience I’ve had during my dress hunt. My guests and I had an area to ourselves with no crowding, and our one-on-one consultant was amazing. I recommend everyone starting their dress search here before going anywhere else.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at In White! The staff is very friendly and my consultant, Meg, was amazing! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I absolutely love my dress. The reason for four stars is that while the alterations department did a fabulous job, I wish I had known about the inflated cost of alterations before I set up the appointment. They did a wonderful job but I could have had my dress altered for a fraction of the cost.

Very small selection of bridesmaids dresses based on my color choices. The girl showed us back to the dressing rooms and left, didnt stay to help with pinning or zippers. Only came back twice to take away the dresses that were tried on. Not very impressed with selection or service so we left. Would not recommend.

In White was the perfect wedding dress shopping experience. This was the 4th place I went to and as soon as I walked in I knew I liked it the best! They were very attentive and helped me find the perfect dress! The alterations were flawless as well! The store is adorable and the employees treat you like family. You definitely need to shop at In White!

I recently got engaged and In White was the first place I went to try on dresses. I had planned to wear my moms but due to an unfortunate mishap with her gown, I had to look elsewhere. I was planning on making my wedding dress with my mom but when I went to In White, I found THE dress. I felt so comfortable the second I walked in because the girls working their were roughly my age and so I knew they would really understand the latest trends and styles!At first, my mom and I put a bunch of tags on ones we wanted to see me in and let me tell you, it was a wide variety! Rachel was assisting me in getting into the dresses and put me in a giant tulle ball gown first. As beautiful as it was, I didnt like the lace or the tulle. The next two I tried on were put in my favorites because of their simplicity. I tried on another lace dress (which was what my Pinterest board was scattered with) and i absolutely hated. From that point, Rachel pulled the lace ones from my dressing room and brought in simple satin ones for me to try on.It was at this point that I tried on the most amazing dress (dont want to give anything away until my big day) and knew it was the one. I didnt want to take it off but I did so I could re try on my three favorites from the night.I would highly recommend anyone go here if they are looking for a relaxed and exciting experience! I have been told many times that you should go to a bunch of places and try on hundreds dresses but you will 100% know when you find your dress and I am so happy that I got that experience at In White. Thank you Rachel for all of your help!

I had a lovely experience here! The girls that I worked with were so kind and positive, and the display of dresses was so beautifully organized. The pricing was fair too, and in each pricing section there were such nice gowns to choose from. I unfortunately did not buy my gown here because I moved during the process so Lancaster would be a far drive for me, but I would have bought my dress here if I lived closer! Definitely stop by this shop you will be happy you did!

This was the first stop of 3 on my dress shopping day! Everyone was very welcoming . I arrived 30 minutes late to my appointment felt horrible but they didn’t seem angry at all. You give them your price range and pick dresses the store is rather small but you have a lot of space to sit with your friends and family and a huge dressing room. I did fall in love with one dress but ended up going with one at the final store we went too. I would totally go back to this store maybe for Bridesmaid dresss.

Definitely one of the best dress buying experiences! I came here with the bride and other bridesmaids to shop for our bridesmaids dresses. They were super accommodating with the group (they offer special nights for brides and their maids) and helped coordinate our orders in time for the wedding. I opted to get alterations here as well and it was well worth my commute to the shop from MD. I would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at In White, from start to finish. When I went for my initial appointment to look at bridal gowns, the consultant was friendly and relaxed. I found a dress I fell in love with and purchased it. Before my first fitting, I called a few times with silly questions. Everyone always answered my questions without judgement.After my dress came in, I had my fittings with Teresa, one of the seamstresses, who is amazing. She not only did a wonderful job with the alterations, she was kind, friendly, funny, and personable. She made me feel comfortable in my own skin, and willingly went the extra mile to make my dress perfect. Thank you so much, Teresa! I would definitely recommend In White, and specifically Teresa, to anyone looking for bridal gowns.

In White is such a beautiful salon with a wonderful selection of dresses! In my search for a dress, I found a lot of gown shops to have a cheap feel to them, but In White is such a classy store, and all the dresses seemed to be so well made. The staff was so accommodating, even with an indecisive bride like myself! I will be recommending them to brides in the future.

Stay away from In White.I purchased a bridesmaids dress from In White for $180 and it arrived with a stain on the front of the gown one week before the wedding in which Im to be the Maid of Honor.Initially, In White was kind enough to ship my dress to me for a small fee since I couldnt make the trip back to Lancaster before the wedding. The packaged arrived on Friday, July 19th and, after bringing the box inside my home, I headed out to another wedding that I was attending. When I returned and opened the package for the very first time on Monday, July 22nd, I found a stain on the front of my gown.I contacted In White immediately upon finding the stain and provided a picture. They apologized and explained that they inspect gowns when they arrive so they dont know how this happened. They then said that the only thing they can do it try to remove the stain at their store. We agreed that I would drive out and bring the dress to them to work on.Because of this situation, I was going to be required to take additional time off from work and drive over 80 miles round-trip to bring the dress back to them. Therefore, I requested a partial refund to cover the additional costs that would come out of my pocket due to their mistake.Shari, who I believe is the owner of In White, responded that they would not be extending any type of refund to me. According to her, this gown was inspected not once, but TWICE, and no stain was seen. Shari continued with:Even though the gown was in your possession for 3 days before you wrote to us informing us of the stain, we are willing to help you remove the stain...So, not only did In White send this gown to me with a stain on it, they had the audacity to accuse me of creating the stain myself in the time the gown sat in my house, unopened, in the original plastic packaging that they sent it in. Then, to top it off, they implied that they were doing me a favor by helping remove the stain at all.Unbelievable.In the end, I have decided to take the gown elsewhere to (hopefully) have this stain removed at an additional cost because I just cant imagine having to set foot in their store again.Youve been warned. If you must order through In White, or if you have already placed an order, I urge you to inspect every inch of your gown the MOMENT you get your hands on it and document everything. Otherwise, In White will accuse you of being a liar to avoid being held responsible for their own mistakes.

After trying on several dresses, my daughter chose one. We arranged a follow-up visit to try the dress on for my husband. Upon arriving for the appointment, the doors were locked, and we were asked which dress we were here for by the same sales lady from last week.....in other words, sales ladies were not prepared.! When we reminded them of the one dress, the ladies looked at each other and laughed responding: Oh, we sold that one off the rack yesterday.It lacks all common courtesy, and business sense, to not call your potential client to inform them that their dress is not available to try on. We will be returning to Renaissance in York for excellent service, a well dressed sales staff and their demonstrated eagerness to please their clients and make the sale!

I had booked an appointment at this location for me and my bridesmaids in hope to find their dresses. When we arrived the consultant was helping another bridal party which was perfectly fine since we were a little early for our appointment. She was very nice and said she would be with us after she got finished with that group ok thats fine. Then it got worse a young lady came in without an appointment looking for a prom dress. When the consultant came over about 10-15 minutes after my appointment time by this time we already started trying on things because we were on a time schedule ourselves. All she asked was if I had any questions and that was the last time she helped us. The young lady that came in without an appointment had the consultants attention. suggestions from her my sister and I were trying to figure out what colors some of the dresses came in to see if we should even try them on. I will never use this bridal shop for anything else nor will I suggest it to anyone. There is much better places out their ladies. If you want a great experience please do not go here.

Came here to look for gowns for my daughters wedding the staff was wonderful and this selections of dresses were good. Make an appointment and they give you all their undivided attention. Something to note there is street parking or you may need to park in a parking garage around the corner.

Rep didnt appear too interested in helping us. She was kind of stand offish. We will try another place

Went with 3 of my bridesmaids to try on dresses. We were about 10-15 mins late but called to let them know and they were very understanding. Started off good but we picked dresses which really only came in sizes 8,10,12 and probably had two dresses in bigger size which was not what we wanted. But that wasn’t a big deal because one out of three could try on. the “consultant” placed them in a room and then disappeared for basically the rest of the time. I (the bride) had to help the bridesmaid get dressed and do the clips. I have never been to a boutique that the bride helps with putting the bridesmaids in the gown. The “consultant” came to the room once and asked if we had any dresses to put back. Never asked if we had questions or needed help. My mom asked what seemed to be the manager about bigger sizes and it seemed that was a big disturbance to her and we were annoying. Very short answers. The most they talked was when we were leaving. Overall we had to be the consultants and when asking questions we received attitude. Posted this on yelp as well and got a response of “we did what we could on a busy Saturday” there was probably 3 other people in the boutique. Went to two other boutiques and had amazing time ! Don’t waste your time here for bridesmaids dresses. Reviews seem good for bride dresses but not bridesmaids.

The staff was very accommodating, all of the dresses are beautiful and I found the perfect dress!! The bridesmaid dresses are also very pretty. I would definitely recommend going to In White if you want to find the perfect dress :)

Beautiful gowns. However, I felt rushed and slightly looked down upon because we didnt have a massive budget. Was put in gowns I didnt want to try on but because they were within my budget, they tried to sell them to me. I felt as if they were trying to make a sale rather than help me find my dream dress.

Wanting a stress free experience I went to in white thinking I would receive great service. I purchased my gown plus all the dresses needed for my wedding (Bridesmaids, Flower Girls etc). Time after time they messed up. Ordering wrong sizes, colors, given wrong pricing it was ridiculous. Stupid careless mistakes making my already stressful planning even more stressful. After being understanding for way too long I finally had it. Frustrated I wrote an email about how awful this whole thing has been and wanted to meet with the owner. She agreed to meet me. When I got there she had my dress waiting at the front door with no intention of speaking with me. She made sure I came in before the boutique opened so I wouldn’t cause a scene and tossed me out like trash crying in front of everyone downtown. It was pathetic on my part but she smiled and looked empowered by what she was doing to me. I would never recommend them or the high horses they sit on. They look down on those who don’t have much. Treat them as if they don’t matter as much as those who are spending thousands! What they do not realize is they are in the center of downtown Lancaster now.

All of the women were wonderful. I came in a little bit of a hot mess and the owner was incredibly welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend In White.

I had a great experience shopping for a wedding dress at In White! They have one of the best selections I found with lots dresses with beautiful lace detail (which was what I was looking for!). I worked with Maly who was very pleasant to work with! She made the experience feel very relaxed and didnt make you feel under pressure to quickly find the perfect dress. I am very indecisive so I tried on lots of dresses and even went back a second time! However, both appointments Maly was very helpful and had lots of patience with me as she gave me her undivided attention and helped me try on an array of dresses! Finally I have my dress ordered and I couldnt be more excited about it! I defiantly would recommend their bridal boutique, great selection, great staff!

I feel fantastic in my dress from In White! I highly recommend Shari, Maly and all of the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful! Maria (seamstress) did a fantastic job on my rush order alterations. I had an unusual circumstance because I already had a dress from a shop in Elizabethtown. The alterations were terrible and I only got the dress back two weeks before my wedding. I called In White, explained my situation and they were so accommodating! Shari and Maly worked quickly to provide me with many beautiful dress options. I gave my original dress shop three tries to make it right, but the dress still fit poorly. So, with only 9 days until the wedding, I went back to In White and got a new dress. They were able to squeeze me in right away for a fitting with Maria. They had all alterations completed in a week! I was so impressed and relieved. My only regret is that I didn’t come to In White first!

Shopping for a gown was probably the part of wedding planning that I felt the most stressed about. I am a street size 14 and was really worried about feeling comfortable and feeling beautiful while trying on gowns. When I began my appointment with In White, they brought my aunt, my mom, and myself to an area that was just for us- no other brides. The consultant, Maly, gave us her undivided attention and asked questions to help figure out what style I liked and how I wanted to look. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, and Maly was patient and never rushed us. I didn’t end up purchasing a gown during my first visit and there was no pressure from staff. I returned a week or so later (without an appointment) to try on one that had been on my mind, and they were super accommodating to me just coming in for that one dress. They measured me and provided information about alterations right up front so I would know around how much to expect when the time came and could budget appropriately. I ordered my dress in December 2014, and received it July 2015. They stored the dress until I began my fittings at the end of September. Each time, alterations would explain what they were doing and answer any questions we had. Each time, I felt like my time was valued, I felt like they were going to take care of me, and I felt like they wanted to do their best for me. I would recommend In White to ANY bride! Sheri and Maly are fabulous!
