The ladies are very helpful and they didnt rush. She listened to what I had to say offered tissues when needed and they made the short amount of time I have to find a dress perfect. I love my dress thank you so much.

So friendly and helpful.They took their time it was so relaxing and fun as our daughter tried on several dresses and then came back to the very first one she tried on. They added thinks to the dress to give it a pop of color and then added the top hat with the veil and flowers. They really have a knack for knowing just what looks great together. Love them.

I made an appointment to try on dresses my consultant was absolutely amazing she listened to what I was looking for. I was looking for a dress for my wedding that I can wear later as a nice dress to go out in. I tried on several wedding dresses then tried on a couple of bridesmaid dresses and found one that I fell in love with. And the color matches my theme colors. With my wedding being in 10 weeks I found my perfect dress. I love it. This place is a great place to go to for weddings or any other special occasion. Thanks so much for a great experience. Poorly ran, pushy and rude old ladies. The only good thing that came from here is my dream dress. The experience was awful. After trying on my first dress I just wanted to cry. I didn’t expect to leave with a dress.My first disappointment was during my first appointment to try on dresses was when they started putting dresses for me to try on in the dressing room that I did not choose. One specifically, they were very pushy about me trying. I absolutely did not want to. I told them that while it was still hanging up. While in the dressing room, after trying on 2 or 3, they said ok now try this one. I again said no, I did not want to try it and told you this. Very disappointing.They don’t explain things thoroughly, some of us have never been married so how do we know how it’s supposed to go! After ordering my dress and doing the fitting appointments, I was told several times WHEN I can put my train up at MY wedding. Ellen told me “now once you get into the reception you’ll leave it down, do your toasts then go straight to the restroom and pin it up”. ITS NOT YOUR WEDDING. They were just way too pushy and over stepping boundaries. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My Niece and best friend went to perfect weddings for my Nieces senior prom dress last year. My niece picked out a dress got one had one fitting and then Covid shut everything down and cancelled all proms. They refused to refund because she had already had a fitting. Then they proceeded to cancel any further fittings. My best friend tried over and over again to arrange a time to pick up dress even though unfinished since it wasnt refundable. The shop repeatedly said they were closed due to Covid. And now to top everything off when she went to the store to pickup dress she was told they had already sold it to someone else because she abandoned it. They say they tried calling her cell # my friend has no cell only her home phone which they had on file and her address. I will be contacting BBB and others this is not right. My niece spent her own hard earned money to buy a beautiful dress for her prom and with everything else this year the class of 2020 had to deal with now she learns her dress was just sold and shes out over $400.

This place has the rudest staff I have ever experienced in my life. Old, classless, nasty old women. I have no idea how this place has customers.

I cannot recommend this place and this staff enough! I stopped at perfect weddings first on my day of dress shopping and was treated so well from the get go! Immediately upon arrival my consultant was amazing, offered me the modesty covers, didn’t give me a max dress try on limit or time limit and tended to my every need. The next store I went to (a major bridal store) I waited over 20 minutes before even being greeted, was not offered any modesty covers, only allowed me to try on 3 gowns, got nasty with me when I wasn’t liking the dresses, tried to push me into buying something I didn’t like and rushed me out when they realized I wasn’t leaving with a dress. I immediately called Perfect Weddings which was 30 minutes from closing and told them I wanted to try the dress I had liked back on, they stayed late that day, helped me put the dress back on and listened to my every request for alterations. Every visit back for alteration checks, they fixed or did any single thing I asked for, stayed late or made schedule changes for me to work with my work schedule and most importantly made me feel so good! I not only cried when I left because they made my dream dress but because I genuinely will miss the sweet women who work there! Miss Ellen is the sweetest, most humble, hardworking, friendly and fun person to be around! She is everything you could ask for and more! The seamstress was a god send, she saw my vision and created it without any question. She specially came in on her day off to see me in my dress which made me feel and know that her priority was making sure my day and my dress was perfect! The woman who was my bridal consultant the day of has a heart of gold! She listened to my crazy requests, made me feel comfortable and heard! All staff members at perfect weddings played a huge role into making my experience and dress perfect! Please please please make this store your very first stop, I’m sure you’ll make it your only! Thank you all so much! I will forever recommend you!

My daughter made a appointment to come in and look for her a wedding gown and her 6 ur old daughter a flower girl dress. Not 1 time during the phone conversation did they say that her daughter wouldnt be aloud in the store. The day of the appointment she and her little girl went and they were approached at the door and told that they couldnt enter because they dont allow children. I would have thought that they would have told her that when making the appointment over the phone.

This is by far the best experience at any bridal boutique Ive been to.
