Great general construction supply place to get all the supplies you may need to do the job at ok prices n great employees

Called in to ask some questions and they are always rude, like they are doing you a big favor to look up products for you. They need to practice on there customer service.

Most of the guys at the desk or who answer the phone act like they’re doing you a favor to check their stock to see if they have what you need. Very unprofessional, unhelpful and disappointing to work with as a vendor.

I went to this store in lancaster pa: 737 flory mill rd, lancaster pa 17601, for the first time and one of their employees immediately assumed i was not a contractor. Showed him my Pa license and still he insisted in treating me as someone not of his taste (he does not like HISPANIC PEOPLE, i assumed).

Should be 0 stars... Im a contractor that ordered vinylmax windows on November 27 telling me it takes 8 weeks to make and deliver... I called today Jan 7th to check on the status thinking they would be in this week or next... Sooo They decided themselves not to order them for me until Dec 22nd, and they also ordered siminton windows instead of vinylmax that i ordered. And now they will do nothing to compensate. Told me I would have to wait another 8 weeks. Your mistake MAN UP AND MAKE UP FOR IT YOU SORRY COMPANY!!!!!

Had what we needed in a pinch and made returning what we didnt need quick and simple

We have been going here for about 35 years to buy building materials, the guys there are super helpful in the counter and outside in the yard, if they dont have in stock what we need they do their best to find it for you. Prices are very comparable also, - we recommend this this place to come and purchase whatever building materials you need.
