SCAM! Stay far, far, away. They promise you the world and once they have your money you are STUCK! I ordered cabinets i paid for and was promised cabinets by early March (2019) and it is now Sept. 20th and I still have not received all the cabinets. Customer service will lie to you about delivery dates because they dont control when their products come in from China. First they old me March, then June, then July, and now they are saying September which I doubt is honest. The products I have received came in damaged (pictures below). They refused to replace these cabinet faces. Youll spend hours on the phone just hoping to get answers which are mostly lies. No matter what the savings look like, I promise you it is not worth it. Stay far away.

Debbie was absolutely great! She answered every question we had, was pleasant throughout and even patient with our kids. She offered several great suggestions that we hadn’t even considered. Can’t wait to move forward with our new kitchen project!

So my boyfriend Greg and I ordered cabinets through this place in November and we are still missing cabinet doors. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. TIM THE SALESMAN WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND THEN DROP YOU LIKE A HOT POTATO. I REPEAT TIM THE SALESMAN TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE A FUNCTIONING KITCHEN IN A WEEK AND IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS. The customer service center is completely useless and said theyd send us what weve been waiting for and they sent the completely wrong doors. Just dont go here, dont do it

This was the worst nightmare that after 3mo were still living in. The ETA was never met, we got nothing but lies and delays to our questions, and once we were finally let out of our agreement (after 10 weeks into a 4-6 week ETA), it took 2 additional weeks to get our $15k refunded. And that only happened once we filed complaints with the BBB and PA Attorney Generals Office for Consumer Affairs.To summarize....read All of the reviews where SWCC cant hide or delete them (like they can on Facebook). Go to places like Yelp and even the BBB (though they have an A+ rating for some BS reason) and read the experiences that other have been through. There are other places that will deliver quality designs, quality product, on time, and at a far better price than this s-show of an outfit.

I wish I could get negative stars. This was a nightmare experience from start to cancellation. Franklin took forever to finally call us back to set an appointment to do our design. He came across as the man who knew what he was doing in our design phase (turns out the design was riddled with bad choices he suggested). After we ordered everything, getting back in touch with him to get status updates was near impossible. We were very much given the run around by Franklin and pretty much everyone else at the company. After 10 weeks of waiting, and having them blame everything else and give excuse after excuse, we finally got them to admit they they did not have the cabinets and they were still in China (or wherever else they order from). We finally cancelled the order when they admitted they could not deliver, and even that took us filing a complaint with the BBB and the PA Attorney General for us to get our refund.Before doing business with this company, I would make sure to read all of their reviews here and on yelp as well as the complaints on BBB. Then I would go with another company who cares about you as customer, not just your signature and checkbook.

Buy those cabinets on 12/26/2017 and the orden was shipping incomplete and missing doors and handled and a lot of stuffs. Orden was completed delivery on 04/10/2018.

Worst company ever we buy from them on January 2018 and we still waiting for parts (doors from the cabinets) and when you call them to customer service they never answer the phone.😠

Way over priced, wouldnt recommend
