I actually love this Home Depot very much, but I’m handicapped. They do not maintain their carts very well. they’re either battery dead or in such poor shape that they don’t barely move. Most people like me our carts can’t handle the amount of stuff that we buy. You need to step it up guys.

Even after talking to corporate headquarters and store managers throughout the Antelope Valley they continue to under order swamp coolers and swamp cooler parts they are already out of stock and were not even all the way through summer yet this happens every single year at the cost of lives especially the elderly that needs these parts so they can be cool and not have heat exhaustion this is not a good idea to do something like this to people during covid-19 seem to mind them one bit as long as their bottom line is good meanwhile a lot of people died at you would think they would actually adjust the purchase schedules and allow there to be enough product to at least get to the end of summer.

Please have someone overhaul and re-organize electrical. Use plywood instead of 2x4s as this will stop parts from tipping and falling between shelves where they cant be reached. It has become exceedingly difficult to find parts and inventory quantities are frequently off to the point that there are none but the system reports there are enough that you wont get restocked. And please stop people from stocking items where they dont go. If you are out of something, leave an empty spot where it should be. Maybe use a placeholder that says the item that goes here will return soon. Itd be better to find none of an item than it is to find so many items out of place.Please fix this.

The worst pro service Ive had to date. Typically you ask them to assist you by using a forklift to make the loading process faster. I had to wait a bit more than a hour to got my material taken aside. It would of been much faster if I hauled and loaded my own material.

Ordered my appliances on June 9th and had to reschedule my delivery twice due to closing my house late, but I gave them ample don’t ahead to reschedule. My appliances were due to come to the house yesterday morning between 10-2 pm and I got an email saying it was coming. My appliances did not come by 3:30 pm so I gave them a call and they said it was on some sort of back order. We’ve been in this house some days with a newborn and no appliances, and now we’re expected to wait an additional week for a refrigerator, washer and dryer. We had to figure out how to store our groceries so that they wouldn’t spoil.If I’m able to find these appliances somewhere else in canceling my order because this is outrageous on Home Depot’s behalf. No one has contacted me yet to set up a new delivery date. Will bf seeking a refund for all my appliances that I paid cash for!

I wanted to write a review giving special thanks for Melyssa Cardaropoli and Luna. I just moved into a place and I had no blinds at my house. I had 6 windows with very weird dimensions, so I had to buy 11 blinds. The first time I went, Luna was very sweet and attentive. She helped cut the first 10 I purchased. Unfortunately, the blinds were stiff and they broke the brackets. So I returned them and got new blinds. The second person who helped me was Melyssa Cardaropoli. She was a bit spunky, but she was incredibly hard working. She not only helped cut the 11 blinds I had, but she also fought for me to get a discount that was promoted in the store, but not showing up in my receipt. That was appreciated.I do have to say an incident that happened that creeped me out. When I left the store September 1st after 9pm, I was walking out and there was an employee next to either the assistant manager or manager who was walking very close behind me without saying a word. I told her dont worry, I bought these blinds and she asked for a receipt. I showed her the receipt that was in my hand as I was walking out. My issue with this was she was following me, not saying a word and she was incredibly close behind me. I expected for her to confront me instead of following me. This is poor training on home depots part to not properly confront someone they are accusing of shop lifting.

The staff in building materials was extremely helpful. I was purchasing 6 bags of 90lb concrete mix and the gentleman who worked there, helped us load them onto the cart! He even taught my son how to properly lift, so he doesnt injure his back! The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with!

They have a great return policy as they always are accepting of returns. However, some not all of their employees appear to avoid customers needing product advice. One employee in tool dept informed me he would return in one minute and never did. In general you have to chase these Depot workers down when needing product clarification/advice.

The lady at the self pay cashiers had really bad attitude I ask for the military discount I have my old Id since I havent been at the VA for the longest time, she acted like I needed to show her my dd214. Needless to say I was really disappointed in the way she acted I been going to the same home depot for over five years and never had an issue like this.

Did not like the way the cashier treated me in regards to my military ID being expired due to the pandemic...my husband is a retired veteran and we were told by Edwards Afb Id card office that we were given a year extension because, office hours were minimal. She was looking at me like I lying and also relayed that her was retired veteran as well and she has not heard that. Were all in a pandemic and that is what we were told. Dont you think that if I had been able get a new ID CARD.... I would have done so by now. Now that we are opening up more, I will definitely be trying to make an appointment. Maybe, your employees should have more compassion for the human race during this difficult time. Thats why the world is in such a bad way. Or was it because, I am a black woman and she like I was lying. I have NO REASON TO LIE ABOUT ANYTHING LIKE THAT. My husband and I have been married 30 years and we have been affected by the pandemic just like everyone else. We are very responsible citizens of this country. Maybe your employees should have been worried about the Spanish people that were talking pieces out of a box down the aisle. We have been loyal customers for 26 years. Thank you for your time.

Nice business to lose yourself in for hours, so much to browse and shop. Nice staff, clean well kept establishment, and home Depot, like Lowes, now offers a 10% discount to military personnel and veterans. Please take it upon yourself to find out if this discount is available at your local home Depot, and also check the rules.

Fierce competition between Home Depot and Lowes keeps both retail Giants in line. My experience, HD has the edge, knowledgeable staff, and just staff availability, to me gives the Depot the extra star. But its a close race, and that makes the consumer win every time!

FYI whoever is in charge of your soil placement inside the outdoor garden center needs to get their act together on the way they stack! Ive seen multi dozens of bags broken open by the end of the day youre going to lose at least two quarts or more per bag the way that theyre not taped back up immediately and put to the side youre losing thousands of dollars! Secondly, most of your employees that are working in the garden center cant even answer half the questions I asked them so why do you have them posted there at all it does not make any common sense to me that youre running a multi-million dollar organization or should I say corporation and you dont even have qualified personnel in the departments where you need them. The only department in your store that I have found accurate with your employees that are knowledgeable is your wood department other than that Ill give your paint department in A. If my opinion truly matters you need to start spending time training your employees properly. My point is as follows half the time Im in your store I have to research things myself more than half the time some employees will send me to an aisle where the product isnt even displayed there. Overall sorry to be upfront and honest!!! I have two choices in the antelope valley the home Depot or Lowes.

Yeah not to too bad. Sometimes the parking lot is a mess, the spots are short and its hard to park. Sometimes people hang about in the lot? The store is always clean. The people are helpful and if you get the right one its good cuz they know whats up with stuff and where to find things. Even if they dont have it they can usually order it for you.

I was looking for this material and it felt like the first two people I asked just tried getting rid of me as fast as they could. The third person was really helpful and got me what I needed. Had to return an item I bought, the line for customers service was reaching outside of the door and into the parking. There were at least 5 stations with only one enjoy actively helping a customer. At ones point I saw at least 8 employees standing around the customer stations and no one would man another station. I ended up waiting for about an hour to return an 1 item.Totally customers anti-service.

APPLIANCES— DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE FROM HOME DEPOT!!! Buy from AMAZON!!!The manager at the Lancaster/20th St. West store, Kelly in appliances is rude and treats customers like a dog. Patrick the assistant store manager pretends to be helpful but the only words that come out of his mouth is there’s nothing I can do it’s between you and LG because 48 hours have passed. Home Depot only have 48 hours of return/warranty regardless of date of installation from their own people!! A NEW LG washer broke in less than 48 hours after installation. I called Home Depot to report and now they say they have no record of my call and that I canceled the service call. Even though I have proof on a text msg with LG, that I did not cancel the service call, Patrick refuses to allow me to show it to him. Home Depot refuses to replace it, even though LG WASHER has a recall. Even though Home Depot knows there are issues with the installers, they will tell you that it is your problem between you and LG. Home Depot says they do not sell the appliances. Appliances that are not physically in the store, you are not buying from Home Depot you are buying from the company who makes them. Home Depot does not care about their customers.TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE INSTALLERS DID NOT TIGHTEN THE GAS LINE TO MY LG DRYER AND GAS WAS LEAKING IN MY HOUSE FOR 3 DAYS BEFORE I NOTICED THE SMELL!! Plus they bent the pipe that comes out of my wall for the dryer vent and did not fix that either. Home Depot didn’t care. Not even an apology and still will not do what’s right!! A $1000.00 Washer broke and is now grinding on 2nd mini load and I’m stuck with it. The installers refused to install the washer because they said I needed new hot/cold valves...I didn’t, but had to put out the $$$ or they would not install.We have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot but no more!! If you value your money and the hard work it took to make that money, BUY FROM AMAZON... they have a 30 DAY return no matter what brand you purchase. This is the second time this happened to us. We forgot about the first time, because that time the oven we ordered was too big and because we were doing renovations installation took a week after delivery. Oven was never opened. And our contractor read the dimensions and it wouldn’t fit. $7000.00+ would have been lost/burned. Had to fight, but they took it back and charged us a hefty restocking fee, but it was better than losing out on $7000+. So the next oven wall combo we purchased was an LG from Amazon. We have no affiliation with Amazon all I know is that Amazon has a 30 day return policy and Home Depot has a 48 hour one. Which one would you want 30 day or 2 today?That’s all I’m saying...LOOK AT Home Depot‘s RETURN POLICY!!You don’t have to believe my story, but if you care about your hard earned $$$$$$ READ what their return policy is on any appliance!!

I ordered a stove, a range microwave, and a dishwasher. All were to be delivered and installed ( I paid much more to be done by professionals).The company Home Depot uses for the delivery/install service is “Temco logistics”. I would expect a large known company like home depot to research and use and better and higher rated delivery company but I guess they prefer cheap services. After waiting 3 weeks from my purchase date I refused my damaged microwave and now have to wait another 3 weeks and treated with no respect for a problem they caused. I paid $120 service fee with my order and since the service was never performed I would expect a refund. I would NOT recommend Home Depot delivery service since they use a company with a 1.6 google review. I expected more from Home Depot.

Hi! We stopped by for an online-order we picked up. It was fast service and there were plenty of staff that evening, just half an hour before they closed. We sort of walked around because there are plenty of early Black-Friday items on sale. Plenty or stock items and fast service. Great!

The staff is extremely helpful, but there are a few times where you might get led in circles from staff who might not know where to find the stuff youre looking for, but thats more of a corporate plan-o-gram problem than staff.So long as you are patient, the staff will help you for as long as you still need help.

Store is always clean and well organized. They have a nice selection of indoor and outdoor plants/trees/shrubs and also seeds. Employees can be standoffish and seem to do the minimum to answer questions. Of the many times Ive shopped this location, there was one gentleman who was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly...I wish I had gotten his name so I could give credit where credit is due.They are always well stocked - Ive never gone in for an item and had to leave empty handed because it was sold out.Ample ♿ parking is available, but can be hard to score during early morning shopping hours on the weekend.4 ☆s due to staff.

The trip of horror. When we arrived I was very happy to see no lines out front. We went in to get 2 particular items. First item we found no problem. The second item said it was located on aisle 99 bay 35 (okay should be easy to find NOT). Talked to first employee said it was in garden section (wrong). Second employee said they would have someone meet us all the way back on aisle one to help (never showed). Third employee didnt have any idea where the item was but led us to a fourth employee who did. I dont expect every employee to know where everything is located in such a large store, however I do expect someone to be able to figure out where it is. I also expect to get the right information from the app. The employees were friendly but 2 out of 4 were not helpful at all. Finally 30 min later we found our item and left.Went back to return a item and purchase a few things. They gave us a refund as store credit. Tried to use store credit 20 minutes later. They wouldnt accept it because my ID didnt match. An employee came over and tried to help us and she said there was no money on the card. Went to customer service and they said it was frozen because we tried to use it. Basically they were no help at all. Also went to get a refrigerator filter they said they had 4 in stock ( they lied) I would advise trying a different home depot. I wish I could give negative stars. Extremely disappointed in this store.
