Found Evans Candy by surprise. Being in California, I shipped some treats over and they came fast and not melted! The double dark truffles are the best texture and flavor. Will definitely buy more in the future!

Evan’s candy is our favorite! The best family with the best chocolate around! We love the peanut butter meltaways (my husband calls it “crack” because once he has one he can’t stop eating them😂). I ordered several beautifully packaged assortment bags of chocolate to give as gifts for the holidays. My kids’ teachers and my coworkers loved it! Perfect gift! Absolutely delightful!!! If you the dont see it, nobody else will have it!! You feel like your 5yrs old and going into a candy store. A LOT of old time favorites (milk choc or dark chocolate peanut butter eggs, all kinds of chocolate figures, crosses, cars, trucks, motorcycles, some Disney characters, ballerinas, school busses, airplanes. We placed a order for Christmas and we’re concerned since we had moved from Lancaster to sunny Florida, that it would take a long time and not arrive a melted mess. We are happy to say that the order arrived within 4 days of placing the order and not a single piece showed any sign of melting. Excellent performance and service. We definitely intend to reorder.

Evans is a small family owned chocolatier. They have so much variety and great prices. They make more than Easter bunnies. Butter creams and truffles are definitely worth a try!

Evans Candy is one of the best places to buy candies in the Lancaster area. Their chocolates are PHENOMENAL, I really cant say enough good things! 1st of all, the taste is amazing, their selection is great (they specialize in chocolates but there are all sorts of different types of candies, nuts, & snacks) the prices are terrific for the amount of product you get and their staff is both helpful & friendly. My friends & family always look forward to Christmas bc I always buy everyone @ least one gift from Evans (they literally remind me in December to not forget!) Evans Candy has the best candy in PA. The salted dark chocolate caramels are my favorite. The texture and flavor of the caramel is a step above any others Ive tried. Next favorite is the squares of white chocolate pretzels, perfect blend of crunchy, salty and sweet. There are chocolate truffles in many flavors, chocolate covered toffee, mmmm, I could go on and on! A true local, family run gem!

The best place for candy! They have been filling my belly for most of my life! The peanut butter and peanut butter fluff are the best! Best high-end chocolate goodies in the area. They take things that you think you might like from the big guys and improve and perfect. You will never be able eat Andes mints again or peppermint patties once you try Evans and also many others. They close during the hot months so check their schedule in advance.

I love Evans Candys! Not only is their chocolate excellent but they are so creative in how they use it. I love that you can buy chocolate in lots of fun shapes and types (chocolate Scottie Dogs! Chocolate covered fruit! Chocolate coins in a bag!) and you can also get chocolate prepared in the more traditional ways (cream filled chocolates- boxed). Its a delicious place but it is also very reasonable. You will always find something for everyone there and you wont break the bank getting it!

By far the best chocolates I have ever tasted!!!!! One of my co-workers brought in a few of the items she purchased and we were hooked. I have well known Candy company near my house and it doesnt even compare to Evans Candy!!!

There is the only place Ive ever gotten correct easy to eat, properly made, peanut brittle. Everyone else in the world makes that peanut brittle thats like eating window pane glass, they make the good stuff. 1st place ever Ive been able to buy it always had a get it from either my mother or grandmother or a lady at my grandmothers church.
