My experience at 5 below was excellent and everything was easy to find and the service was great

I always find a lot of nice items for $5.00 or less. While it is a discount store, its nothing like the 99 cent experience. It is always well staffed with friendly and helpful staff. The store is always clean and well organized. The store sells quality merchandise and if you are not satisfied you can return your item with no problems. I have never seen anything priced for more than $5.00 at Five Below. It is true to its name! (Unlike other stores)

Random and good finds, for a very good price. They have mini drones, Bluetooth headphones and wireless speakers, you cant beat $5 for those items even if they are limited in quality. Better than a dollar tree, however if youre here for party decorations or other similar things I recommend going elsewhere. All in all, I like coming here and will likely be back

Love the different things for under $5. Makeup, shoes, Keychain, beach stuff, books, games, and toys just to name a few.

If you need a cheap toy, games for the park, or accessories for your phone. Everything is 5 dollars or less. Great store and staff is very friendly and professional.

False advertising! If your T shirts are going to sale for $5.95 then you should add that price on the tag or case the T shirts are displayed on. Other items have $3 displayed and $1 displayed on the shelves. So just for the convenience of the teens and tweens that go into the store with exact allowance know what they can afford.

I always am amazed at what I find in this store. They have a great selection of arts and crafts supplies, and stuff for the kids..I find so much every time I go.

Bless the cashier who helped me figure out how to use my gift card. Was his first day on the register but held his smile and patience through the many times I tried the card. Always a pleasure with the possible things to buy

Lots of random stuff for a good price. I some how walked by, and ended up spending 150 bucks. Ill be back for sure

Lots of cheap gifts for high school kids or younger and some old fashioned board games. A few cool books but all together an ok store.They do have cellphone accessories and plugs,cases ect.

It is always full of fun items for summertime and things we need.

This store is so fun and I always want to spend about $60 just because I want everything!

Cool place to get little items for a good deal

They have a little bit of everything. Not always .99 cents anymore, but still a value none the less.

First, its a lie that they even call themself Five Below. There are things in there that cost $10 and $15. And the majority of the things under $5 are are definitely dollar store items. I refuse to shop there anymore because of always having to return the $10 and $15 items that end up literally just being junk. They are no different than the 99 Cents Only Stores that also lie about being 99 cents only. Which I also refuse to shop at because of that reason. Five Below (Lie) is always clean, and does have nice employees though if you want to continue to shop there and pay more for junk that you can get at any dollar store. The best, cleanest, friendliest dollar store, is Dollar Tree. Five Below needs to change their deceiving name to Fifteen Below.

Took my 14 year old daughter there and she lived it. found everything she was looking for and more. hahaI liked the prices and deals.

I love stopping by when I’m in town because they have so many different things to look for and the prices are wonderful. I also love that they are always changing their merchandise and updating their inventory. All items in the store at $5 and below with things like backpacks, electronic items for cellphone accessories, LED lights for PCs, TVs cosmetics and accessories, skin care, Seasonal clothing like tank tops, shorts, swimwear and sleepwear along with summer sandals. You can even pick up beach towels, outdoor games and activities with pool and beach equipment like rafts, inner tubes, water wings, floaties, beach chairs, sunglasses, ice chests. The list goes on and on. They have things to offer for almost any room in the house. Bedroom, kitchen, office, bathrooms, living room as well as extras like candy, soda machine, office supplies. Wow, basically a lot of pretty decent merchandise all for under $5 within a easy to navigate smaller location, yet packed with things you couldn’t imagine until you see it for yourself. The only thing I don’t like, is that there are not enough locations. I know they are in the process of opening more, and of course that process is a lot slower now with this virus. But I hope it happens soon because it’s a great place to do inexpensive, good quality shopping.

This place is tight its like good stuff cheapskates even leaves wife cart of stuff seem to keep the same inventory though and havent seen anything new in a while but I like shopping n looking around

Always something nice to find. Exercise equipment is always cheap and well worth it. They have a large assortment of phone covers, cords, and the like. A great selection of kids arts and crafts.

I was counting my items in my cart (the kind of cart they use you must kneel down to look at your stuff) to make sure I was not going over budget, when I was accused by employee for attempting to shoplift. Horrible Customer Service, but store does have good variety amd cute items

These store is decent. I saw at least 4 people shoplifting on my last trip. No loss prevention efforts. Kind of sad.

I dont like self checkout and the fact that now they sell stuff over 5 dollars liked it better when I could just pick up anything and knew it was 5 dollars mot anymore

Its not as neat as other stores and asking for help was almost impossible but I love this store.

My son loves this place, me, not so much. Seems like a bargain when you first go in till you realize that certain things are more than $5 and not everything is clearly marked with prices.

The store has so many great deals. Even when busy, they always keep it very clean. Went in tonight and every worker I saw was moving and gave a smile. Especially great was our cashier. I cant recall his name but my 2 yr old was crying, my 5yr old and 8 yr old were hyper and especially loud and full of questions and he was so nice and wonderful through it all. Gave the kids some attention and smiles and did not at all seem annoyed as most would with my loud, energetic children. He was a super sweet young man.

As for the actual store... Its cool I guess... Just another Family Dollar type store except nothing over $5 and with a much more trendier and appealing theme... Employees seem nice... Pretty clean and organized..

This store has such a great section of merchandise for $5 and under. From clothes, toys, sporting goods, books, craft stuff, makeup and more. Whenever my kids get spending money this is where they want to go. I got a few things for Christmas from here and those presents were among the favorites like an RC Lego car base, a hatchimals puzzle that comes in its own egg and a couple pop-up books. They even get a nice selection of holiday items! The store is always clean and well stocked and the staff friendly.
