Prompt, friendly service. Tested and diagnosed the battery I brought into the store to confirm its condition. Once we confirmed the batterys demise we moved on to obtain its replacement. In and out less than 10 minutes.

Justin went above and beyond at my local Batteries Plus Bulbs on Columbia Ave. in Lancaster. My car battery died while sitting at the Lowes store. I called Batteries Plus & asked if a technician could drive down the street to replace my battery. They said they could. However, my neighbor was able to give me a jump so I could bring it to the store directly. Batteries Plus replaced my battery with no installation cost - and the battery price was very reasonable. Best of all is their customer service - they quickly replaced it right away! Thanks, guys! You turned a rough day into a great one!

A young man name Jeremy waited on me. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He offered to help me with another service and even gave me a written quote. He is an exceptional employee. I have always had positive experiences with associates. They will help with any item that you need that they carry in stock and order it if it is out of stock. Two young associates, Jeremy and Jared went out of their way to go above and beyond to ensure I was able to embark on a weekend trip. These two gentlemen stayed late and took time out of their Friday Evenings just to help me out. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends. I did not know they fix cracked phones, well they do, as I needed mine fixed. They did a great job. The guys are so friendly and knowledgeable. You need to check this store out, as it has so much more then I ever thought. Flashlights, every kind of battery from car to tiny ones, bulbs, I even saw wiper blades. Welcomed me when i walked in. There were three others in front of me but took care of me in 5 minutes. Replaced my screen in 40 minutes as they said they would. Good freindly staff to who ever they were dealing with.

I was having difficulty staying my car with my fob. I thought perhaps our was the battery in the fobs. Jared checked the strength of the batteries and they were fine. He walked out to my car and checked the fob. Till all said and done we noticed my battery was corroded. Jared said he could clean it off for $10. As he was doing that, Jeremy checked the status of my car battery and said ir wasnt charging like it should and said I should soon consider a new battery. These 2 young men were so polite and helpful.

The clerk helped me to find the exact bulb I needed for my sewing lamp. It was perfect. I recommend this store very highly! Also, they have a battery replacement plan for car remotes that is extremely reasonable.

I came in for an appointment to fix my phone screen and was quoted around 200 dollars. I have an iPhone XR. I dealt with Justin Troupe, who was quite wonderful. They were all very nice and worked quick to actually repair my screen, replace my battery, and put on a brand new tempered glass screen protector. Suprisingly, I only ended up paying about $185. This place has fantastic customer service and they really know what they are doing.

This is the second time weve worked with Batteries Plus for a phone battery, then a black screen. Over the phone and in-person, the men that work there have been knowledgeable, extremely helpful and absolute gentlemen. Great experience!

I have to say a good job of replacing my broke screen came in the end. That being said, the journey of getting the screen fixed took 7 trips back to this store because there were issues of not having the correct parts or a defect in the service. I had my phone screen cracked for weeks before I came here for service. It worked fine; it was only cracked. Immediately after being serviced here, my phone does not function as it should. It randomly glitches, opening and closing apps at random, starts dialing emergency numbers where Ive almost called 911 because of this issue. An internal component of this phone had been damaged. On the 7th time coming out to this store, they gave up on fixing the problem, and quickly handed me a refund to promptly leave the store.

My iPhone battery was replaced quickly and with no hastle. Sales technician was very helpful and knowledgable.

First I liked ordering a battery for my truck with installation and paying online. Arriving for my appt., for installation which I also made online I was greeted by a friendly professional staff. I was waited on promptly and they installed the new battery. The technition Jarrod was very professional and serviced my truck with care. Beautiful area, very nice visitors center, good place to take kids for some time away from video screens. They have an inside be hive that kids can see bees in their natural setting. There is a new boardwalk into the woods that is good for all. It is wheelchair accessible, very nicely done. If you walk to the tower, there is a great view from the top

Assistant Manager refused to change my watch battery in a Bulova watch, said its too expensive to do if he breaks it. I explained I had their warranty program with the batteries and he refused. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I went to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed and had an appointment at 3 but I came early since I had to work in the evening. I came at 10:30 and in 40 minutes they had my screen completely fixed. It’s like when I had it brand new and even put a screen protector on it and it was affordable. Definitely will be recommending this place to people. Thanks again!

This review is regarding the phone repair portion of the business.I recently cracked the back screen of my iPhone 8 and set up an appointment to have it replaced. After the initial replacement I noticed the upper volume button had stopped working. I took it back to the store and was told there was a gasket missing from the replacement part. They were happy to attempt to correct the problem by using an adhesive but, unfortunately, the next day both the upper and lower volume buttons were now completely stuck and unusable, so I asked for the entire part to be replaced again. They were agreeable and ordered the part and replaced it for no charge. As of now it seems to be working fine, although the front glass does shift back and forth slightly and does not feel like it fits snugly with the replacement back glass.Had this been the only negative experience I likely would plan on giving them another shot but, unfortunately, I had a similar experience a couple years ago when I went to get the front glass replaced on my iPhone. After the repair I noticed that I couldnt hear anyone on the other end of a phone call. I took it back in and they said the ear piece had not been reconnected properly and they fixed it for no charge.After two botched repairs, and several trips to and from the store, it is becoming apparent that there is a lack of consistency and quality in their repair division. Fool me twice shame on me, I suppose.Please note that I have nothing negative to say about the employees or retail portion of the business. Everyone has always been helpful and accommodating and quick to correct any issues, which I appreciate. The problem is that Ive now had back to back negative experiences with repairs so I felt that I should urge prospective customers to proceed with caution. Maybe, and hopefully, youll have better luck than I did, but at this time I dont see myself returning for any repairs.

I took my iphone here to have the screen repaired. When they gave it back to me, the screen did not fully work. I took it back in and they re-installed it. Although the screen technically worked, there was now a blue dot on the screen that wont go away. After a few days, the touch feature of the screen does not fully work. When I type, not all of the letters are sensitive to touch so I have to hit them really hard. My phone actually worked better when the screen was cracked versus how it works now after they repaired it. At this point, I am just going to go somewhere else and pay them to repair it rather than come back to Batteries Plus Bulbs since after 2 repairs with them, the functionality of the phone is worse. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff there is relatively nice.

There was originally an issue with us taking my phone to be fixed and they didnt have the right part. I was frustrated because I indicated which phone I had when I made the appointment, and this caused us having to drive back and forth.I received an email and a call immediately to rectify the situation and they were SO great. The customer service here is phenomenal. They fixed my phone for free because of the issue, and it looks great. We will definitely be returning customers.

This is to review the we fix it side of the store. Initial intake was a bit fumbled when store employee told me 2 hours for a turn around time. I was prompt at 8 am and phone was returned at 11:45 am. a week later while using the phone the screen started to crack in previous location of damaged area. When contacted store the were quick to eval the phone. I was turned down on their warranty. This was based on the opinion of the store manager, that there were exterior damages. I have the phone in a protective case and as there was only a singular crack. One could assume that it would be hard to crack a screen below a protective case. Beware of installer error at this location!

The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and presented different options for my purchase. I had gotten a new key fob made and it was done quickly. Any questions I had he answered.

I called the store at 4pm stating I wanted to get my iPhone screen fixed. They had the screen and could get me in at 5pm. I dropped it off and returned after running errands and it was fixed! They also put a new screen protector on it! Everyone was so nice!

I have always had good customer service. Today, my cordless phone batteries were showing end of life by cutting off. I ordered on line, and within a couple hours, I was notified my order was ready. They encouraged curbside service, but I foolishly arrived at a time that people were getting off work, and when I called for service, I thought I was cut off, and figured they were busy with customers. I went inside (with mask using social distancing, and only had a short wait. Very courteous service and when I was almost home, got a call on my cell seeing what they could do for me. (so I wasnt cut off :-)

They need to have someone out front all of the time and when they say that they will call you when they have finished working on your order, they should call.

The 2 gentlemen who helped me were Justin and Justin at store 187. That morning my iPhone 6 died on me and wouldn’t come back on. I took it to the Apple store and they said the battery was shot and that I would not be able to save any of my data. According to their rules they are not allowed to swap out a battery. It was a liability issue. I then went to this shop and these guys were great they knew what I was going through and within 30min had my battery replaced and my data saved! I recommend if you get turned down by the company that made your device that these guys will take care of you! Thanks again!

Took my Iphone in for battery replacement. The person was polite and courteous and it was a speedy fix. As I was told it would take about a half hour the phone was fixed in about 20 minutes.

My mom and I stopped yesterday with a dead car fob. Philip at Batteries Plus Bulbs put in a new battery and it still didn’t work. So he took the time to reprogram the fob to my moms car! Such amazing customer service!

Not a too bad place. 3 stars.I was quoted $97 for key fob and programing.I drove about 20 miles because it way cheaper than the dealership. When I got there he said he had the wrong price. Its actually $149 for the key and he will do the programing no charge.Disappointed, but I think it might be a little cheaper than the dealer wanted even tho I had 4x as far to drive.Then... a few days later I get a call with an apology! I went to this store with a friend to look for a certain battery but before I could even look at anything in the store they kicked me out for not wearing a mask. I have asthma and can’t breath with anything covering my face but when I explained that to the store they didn’t care and told me to get out. I will never go back there again.
