No BS, in and out, great prices, good options on hand. I had a great experience and will be returning. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. When I initially called in they had lots of options for me and where happy to discuss the differences and make suggestions. Best of all after service the explained everything they did and explained things they did to optimize my tire use and wear. This was a no hassle purchase and I really appreciate it. They deserve their Google reviews rating.

Amazing small business. In the past a family member bought new set of tires very very affordable. Not to mention was able to make $20 payments at a time for them. I had stopped in today looking for a used tire. I had already been told No luck at another well know tire shop near me. The gentleman working was waiting for his last appointment of the day and it was 30 mins until the shop closed. He took the time to talk to us, ask questions and then offered to look at our issue. Within 10-15 mins he had our problem figured out, fixed and saved us so much money. All with a smile on his face making us feel extremely welcome. Did i mention another couple( walk-in customers) came in during this time as lo and he was able to help them also. Never skipping a beat. If all customer service could be like this, I mean seriously. Thank you so much, our family is grateful and will be loyal customers in the future.

Something to be said about a locally owned business versus the big chain stores. Better customer service, will go out of his way to make sure you have the best experience and get what you need asap. Better prices than the bigger stores. He sells you what you need and doesnt try to over sell you on something you dont. Treats like a good friend or family member versus a no named customer.

Owner seems genuine . Very knowledgeable . Good selection of new and used tires .pros . Great tire prices . Cons he competes with some tire shops in town 25.00 dollars to change a tire out . . If they would charge 10.00 to 15.00 and the word got out this place could make a killing . There is one shop that only charges only 7.00 a tire I can have them change all 4 tires for 28.00 . I will not name the place . . So if the owner finds it in his heart to help out the people here in Lancaster alot of people struggle here 100 . To change out 4 tires is alot of cash for us less fortunate people. Thank u

Every time we have gone to The Tire Shop he has gone above and beyond to take care of us. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. He has always explained every option and always been honest. I’ve never felt pressured into services that weren’t nessicary and he has always had exactly what I’ve needed and taken care of it so quickly! I can’t express enough how personable his service is. The Tire Shop is the only place to go.

When I came to Lancaster, I was driving on a donut and had been for months. Thats when I learned of The Tire Shop. 19 years later and I am still a customer. There are somethings that box chains cant provide and that is quality work by caring people. You know who is working on your vehicle and it isnt new faces every time you go.
