Awesome complimentary beverages while you wait. Price includes genuine Honda parts so a little up than your mom and pop mechanics. They also do a comprehensive check and recommend things that you might not notice. Overall great experience.

Got my Honda civic today and I couldn’t be any happier. Jeff Miller made my leasing experience as seamless as it can be. He was easily accessible through email this whole time he kept me updated about car’s arrival date (finding a brand new car is not easy these days) but he made sure that I get my car within 14 days.I would also like to mention the Jones Honda dealership in general, my credit score was POOR and I had a repossession on my credit report. I explained the dealership my situation and they fight tooth and nails to get me approved from Honda financial services. Any dealership would welcome someone with excellent credit score, the real test comes when someone like me walks into the dealership with extreme red flags on his credit report and Jones Honda passed that test with flying colors.Me and my family will be Jones Honda customers for LIFE now.

Jordan ( Sales Associate) was extremely helpful and kind. Buying/leasing a car could be an intimidating thing but he made me feel 100% comfortable and I could see he had my best interest in mind. Not once did I feel like he was being pushy or trying to sell a car just for the profit of it. I’ve been having problems with my monthly payment being higher than I signed the contract for and he’s been kind enough to help me with any issues.

I dont ever make time to write reviews but i have to say something .This review is for the Honda parts department and specifically to the rude, unprofessional, non customer friendly Eric. listen ERIC, if you dont like your job, quit it .Im sure Jones Honda doesnt want to loose business because of you and your attitude.Called in for a part and ERIC made me regret i did. ended up getting the same part from APPLE HONDA in YORK for $50 less but above all with a very pleasant experience.

My husband came today to his appointment to the labor and parts department and wasn’t acknowledged at all. It’s like he wasn’t even there, 5/6 people all running around doing absolutely nothing. I’m not sure why you need 5/6 people helping one old lady? He wasn’t even greeted when he walked in but they looked at him and saw he was there. He said he had a question and was ignored again. He still waited and they were just running around with notepads as the lady even left to get her car. He walked out. we wont be going back, customer service was horrible. It doesn’t take a lot to greet someone that’s giving you business. He went somewhere else and received help once he walked through the doors.

In the last 11 years, I have had two great service advisors; Heistand and Luis. The whole point of having a service advisor is to generate a rapport that helps you maximize the service you receive from a company. I am grateful that every time I bring my Honda in for service, I am valued as a customer and I have a consistent service advisor that understands my expectations and my needs. I know when I think something is wrong with my vehicle, Luis will make sure that my concerns are addressed and catch any future potential issues. I also enjoy the fact that I am respected as a valued customer.

Hard to explain here but there are reasons this place only gets 2 1/2 stars on yelp. For some reason every problem in the cars electronics is caused by upgrades to your phone. Condescending attitude as they dance around issues assuming everyone is computer illiterate.

I bought my 2018 hrv from Jones hondas used lot. Since then Ive taken it for an oil change. A month later the plastic cover underneath the engine fell off on the highway. This would be a bad review, but Frank at Jones Honda got me taken care of. The ordered the replacement parts no cost to me. Mistakes happen, but it takes a really great company to admit a mistake and make things right to the customer. Im young and Im sure I will need a lot of cars in the future, and I know where Ill be going to pick up my next ride!

Ive had wonderful service from the Jones Honda Service department until I brought my 2019 Civic in for a fuel pump recall and oil change on 7/27/20. Not only did they not perform the fuel pump replacement properly (the car was delivered leaking fuel, with the fuel gauge non-functional and tire pressure problems), but when I returned to have them fix the issue, they (a) damaged my front wheel and (b) ended up needing to keep my car from Friday morning until the following Monday morning to fix all of my issues. Their Service Director, Joe K. refused to take responsibility for the wheel damage even though the service manager for my car said that they would split the cost of repair. I tried to communicate to both President of Operations Don S. and General Manager Kris J. on several occasions to work out a fair solution, but received no response or even an acknowledgement. I am now forced to file a civil complaint to recover the cost of the wheel damage. If you bring your auto in for service, I highly recommend taking a timestamped video walk around of your car before turning your keys over to the service rep and again when you pick up your auto after service. I feel bad giving this poor of a rating because the Service Manager who typically handles my car (Luis) is fantastic (a big reason why we just purchased a 2020 Civic Sport from this dealer), but I am extremely disappointed with the Jones Honda service managements total lack of responsiveness, their inability to take responsibility for my car while it was under their care, and the general disregard for the customer that was displayed throughout this experience. For this I give them a well-deserved zero stars (although I need to choose 1 to post).In response to owner: I gave you every opportunity to resolve this issue when the damage was first discovered (I had my car in multiple times over the 2 week period because you could not perform the fuel pump recall service properly the first time; I ended up with my car leaking fuel and my fuel gauge/TPMS gauge non-functional.). I sent multiple emails and received absolutely no response - either via email or call - despite your claim that you did. Funny how your service staff can reach me via phone and text but your management team cant... Perhaps you used the wrong phone number? Whats more, when I went to get the wheel repaired (different vendor), the tech there noticed that in total three of my wheels were damaged in the same fashion. I went back on 8/17 to speak with Joe Keener and he replied to me that the damage was not his responsibility (telling me it couldnt have happened on your lot - although my guess is that it occurred during a test drive of the car after repair of the fuel pump and didnt occur on your lot but under your watch). Joe also indicated that he never said that you would pay for half of the damages and that it was a Jones tech who made this mistake - some kind of communication error. So - who is correct here? Did you agree to pay for half of the damage or not? I have it in writing here that you did, but Joe claims he never agreed to this. Perhaps you should get your story straight before publishing in a public forum. So, I have been in your shop multiple times, sent multiple emails, spoke with Joe Keener twice, and you have been unable to negotiate or even attempt to come to some kind of resolution. What other choice do I have but to file a civil complaint? Someone on your staff knows what happened to my car while it was in your care.

Everyone was cordial and attentive. The repair has remained fine since done. The dipstick holder had detached. Social distancing and masking are happening. The shuttle drivers also mask up if you will need to leave your car. There is, thankfully, absolutely no pressure to buy a Honda or other car.

Long story short Jones Honda not only found those repairs I had no clue about prior but was so nice understanding and just outright made me feel like Ive been apart of the Jones family for years! They have my full trust, and I trust no one as I went to school for automotive but dont have time now to do the work.

I was a first-time car buyer, and was expecting to be eaten alive by car salespeople. I was dismayed to find the opposite was true, any place I walked into, the sales folks barely seemed to give me the time of day. Half didnt introduce themselves. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, it troubled me. FINALLY when I went to Jones Honda, it felt like the real deal. I had contacted them the day before, and Duane (who I wish I could give 10 stars to instead of 5) followed up immediately, without being overbearing. I changed around my schedule, and he texted me throughout the day if I had questions. When I showed up, he had the car I was looking at ready to go and clean as a whistle. He offered something to drink while he got the paperwork, and joined me on my test drive. He knew I was in a hurry and looking with very specific parameters, and didnt even both trying to upsell me with newer models. Unfortunately, much as I loved Duane and the car, I found two others in colors I wanted with less mileage on Car Gurus closely. When I told Duane I was looking at them, he looked up the Carfax for me, advised me against the one, and said the other checked out, and to let him know if I needed any other help. He and the dealer also offered money off the original asking price. He was amazing, professional, and friendly without being pushy. The only bad part about getting the great car I ended up with at another dealer was that Duane didnt receive the commission for it. Great folks and great spot.

Bought my first brand new car from this dealership and after everything was said and done I am glad that this was my first experience. Miguel Diaz- Rojas greeted me as soon as I walked in and set me up right away with a test drive of the car I was interested in. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable but also a super genuine person to talk to during the test drive. When it came to setting everything up for sale he was completely transparent and patient in that process. When setting up warranties and additional insurances Kyle Jones was just as clear and concise about everything there was to offer and helped to make my monthly more flexible. I couldnt have asked for a better more simple experience. I want to thank everyone at Jones Honda who helped make it possible for me. Totally regret buying my son a 2015 Acura TLX from Jones Honda/Acura in Lancaster, PA. The vehicle was, supposedly, fully inspected for an entire year. Two weeks after buying the car, it stopped in the middle of driving because of a programming issue. The dealership wanted to charge me $800 to fix it. After a heated back and forth with a terrible manager, they agreed to cover a majority of the cost. Two months into owning the car, we’ve had to replace the breaks for a car that was recently inspected. I had great experiences buying brand new vehicles from Jones Honda, but would NOT recommend buying their used vehicles.

UPDATE: After what I believe was a misunderstanding and a lack of communication, Joe Keener, service manager at Jones Honda, followed through with what he said he would do. I hope his staff can follow his example of communicating with a customer respectfully and following through because that is the No. 1 thing a business can do to earn trust and respect. I have upgraded my review to 5 stars. I am attaching the after photos of the work that Jones did to help make things right, as Mr. Keener put it. Joe Keener is a kind, respectful, and honorable man, and I am very happy he called me and that we were able to work things out.---------------------I removed original negative review because Joe Keener remedied the situation. I have added the after photos. I will be honest and say I have no idea what the inside of the door panel looked like when I took the car to Jones. I did take the car somewhere else, where they removed the speaker that was hanging from masking tape and causing the radio to not work because the metal from an attachment piece on the speaker wire was hitting the metal of the car door. It was later that Mr. Keener called me, and then I recently returned to Jones, as promised Jones put in a new speaker and moisture barrier and did a couple of other things at no cost to me. I also have a credit for the cost of me having to pay someone else to remove the old speaker causing the problem. I guess I was driving around with my speaker taped in the way it shows in the photo, and when Jones replaced the window regulator, the speaker shifted and caused the radio to no longer work. You can see the great work they did in the photos. I left the old photos up to show the contrast.Earlier postUpdate: I just posted this review today, a few hours ago. The service manager just called me, as soon as he was made aware of the review, and he is working with me to correct the problems. We have agreed on what would be fair. I am not removing what I originally wrote, yet. But I did upgrade my star rating to a three because I believe Mr. Keener is making a genuinely caring effort to make things better. I will make another update after he has taken care of what he has promised to do. I took my vehicle in to have it repaired and to have the oil changed and I received excellent service from Luis V.! I needed to have it done in a certain timeframe and Luis worked hard to make that happen. He also made efforts to ensure that I had the transportation needed when my car was in their shop and made great recommendations for additional serviced that I needed that saved me an extra trip. Worst service center. I tried to called to set an appointment for inspection and oil change, somebody will assist u and then after they transfer the call u are done. They will disconnect your call. If I could new this before I brought the car, I would have never come here.

After receiving a recall letter from Honda the week prior, notifying me that the driveshafts on my car could prematurely corrode and break, I had a driveshaft snap on my 2010 Fit Sport. Honda claimed they had no replacement parts available!My service coordinator Phil from Jones Honda apologized, while informing me that my options were to a.) leave the vehicle at the dealership until parts became available (up to 3 month wait), or b.) spend $350.00 to have an aftermarket driveshaft installed.Neither of these options were acceptable to me, since Honda North America should be responsible to pay for any replacement of a recalled part that has failed.Phil was very understanding, and even let me talk to the Service Manager to explain my issue. After a few days of calling back and forth between me and Phil, I was finally informed that the Service Manager had worked something out with Honda over the weekend to get the parts shipped and installed, and for Honda NA to cover the cost under the recall.I am thankful that the Service Department at Jones Honda actually worked for ME (the customer), and found a solution directly between them and Honda (the brand they represent). This type of customer service makes me feel valued as a client.When I was able to get my car back after almost 1 week, I waited in line to meet my service coordinator Phil, and personally thank him for his patience and help in getting this done under the recall. I didn’t get to thank Jim, the Service Manager, in person though. So, thanks Jim, wherever your office is located! 😉

I am 22 and this is my first time leasing a car I was trying to be in the process of buying but learned that leasing was the better option for now which was great I was already in despair because I had been to so many dealerships and had been told no. I was losing hope thank God I went and decided to give Jones Honda a try it was my last resort before I gave up. Me being young and having no experience with credit people don’t really want to take a chance on you. I work really hard and make enough the issue was my credit and I didn’t have anybody to rely on as a co signer but Courtney made it work to where I walked out leasing a 2020 Honda Civic with no co signer mind you I did build a little bit of credit from a credit card and I could be more happy with the dedication and effort and kindness that she put into my case I absolutely love the car and in 3 years I look forward to going back to either buy the car im leasing or to get the Honda Accord or Sport I was looking at 😊

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I bought a new car from there less then a week ago and it’s already having engine problems then when I call the shop they told me I’m not covered because I didn’t buy a warranty. Either way I didn’t drive over 100 miles since I got it. They should give me free service also the car has bad front breaks and rotors and will need to be replaced. Worst car dealership in Lancaster. Just trying to make a quick buck off people . I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping here.

Took our 15 year old CR-V in for air conditioner eval and inspection. They recommended we not fix the A/C, refused to pass it for inspection and gave us a $7000 estimate to get it fixed. Enough said. Got it repaired and inspected at our regular mechanic a week later for under $300.

Jones Honda Used Hondas dealership is wonderful! Their staff is amazingly easy to deal with. I was in contact with Chad Martin through text. He texted me photos of the car even though they werent up yet online because they just got the car the day before. He answered all my questions through text even though we had already spoken on the phone, which I really appreciated. I just had to text him a couple of things and my husband and I were able to test drive the car. I just got a car from them yesterday, 6/2/20, and they couldnt have made it any smoother. They got me approved for financing even though I have a less than average income. Glen gave them the go ahead to sweeten the deal by taking off the tiny pin stripes that are along the sides of the car for no charge! I dont mind it too much but my husband absolutely hates the pin stripes. I would definitely buy my next car from this dealership and Ill recommended them to my friends and family. Very happy customer! :)

Great ServiceMy son unfortunately experienced a flat tire and needed one put on due to the fact he was headed out of town. Matt from Service told me to come right in and Tim greated and took care of me efficiently and quickly. Tim went out of his way to make things happen. Although they didnt have the right tire for him they put a tire on of equal quality to get my son through the weekend at no charge and said they will have a tire waiting for him when he returns.I have never experienced such friendly helpful service, made my day a little brighter.

I was in the market for a new Honda CRV. Wasnt necessarily in need of one, but with the offer Jones Honda made it was hard to turn down. Their sales team was super friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions. More importantly, I was impressed by their thoughtful and mindful adherence to regulations and restrictions during COVID-19. Salesman Jared was great to work with, but when he handed me off to...a gentleman with the power to negotiate (cant remember his name), things really went off the rails. I was spoken to condescendingly, and when I told him I didnt want to make a decision right then and there he demanded to know why not. Price was really bad too. Again, Jared seemed like a good dude, but this just isnt where I parked my car.

My review is based strictly off of the service center, I havent had any interaction with the other departments. It really depends on how busy it is and whether you make an appointment or just show up in the express lane. I was just here today and they were all extremely nice. I had an appointment for an oil change and decided to wait in the waiting area, they recommended a transmission flush so I got that as well, I only waited about an hour or an hour and a half and they still said thank you for your patience. The time before this it was extremely crowded and the waiting area was crammed, it took about 2 hours for an oil change but I did not have an appointment. This time was much nicer simply because it was less busy, and I cant blame them for having a lot of customers!

Nice staff but... Test drove several of their pre-owned cars. Talked on the phone and agreed upon price. Drove back in to buy and was informed that someone was test driving the car. I presented in person with money in hand and was told that the person driving would get first dibs if they wanted it, even though their offer came nearly 45 minutes later. Not a professional way to do business.

10/10 Jones Honda is now my go-to! Dwayne(idk if this is the correct spelling) was OUTSTANDING!!! I HIGHLY recommend him! This was the first time I’ve ever been to a dealership to buy a car for myself, and he made the entire process easy & fast! My credit is not the best & he got me approved for an interest rate that was lower than what I expected! His manager (I unfortunately forgot his name) was also very helpful! Cant say enough great things about Jones Honda, their service department and the people working there. I have leased and purchased 6 cars and each time has been an excellent experience. I have had the worst luck with nails getting in my tires and they have worked so patiently with me and not once took advantage of trying to unnecessarily up-sell me on additional tires or other services. They have also been open and honest about which tires I should get and staying within my budget. I am thrilled to have a quality service center that I can trust.

I showed up to Jones Honda pre-owned knowing exactly what I wanted. Markus was polite and had extensive knowledge of many different types of vehicles on their lot. Before trying to push a different type of car on me, he asked if he could show me a few other options. He did not try to persuade me into buying something that I did not want. Overall, the service was great, and I am happy with the vehicle I purchased.

I saw a used vehicle on the Jones Honda website. Good looking car with a fair price. I drove in to look at it and sure enough it was sold. Of course, my name and phone number was inquired so I can be notified when other cars fitting my specs come in. Normal good sales practice.The thing is ... after a week, the same sold car is still on the website. That was when I knew I was baited. The car probably was never there or has been sold for a long time. It was deliberately left there as a bait for dummies like myself to come in or to inquire so they can get my info to sell other cars.Well, THAT is a turn-off for me. I, as a consumer, do not like to be played. Once I lose that trust, I wont deal with the dealer at any cost. So my interaction with the dealer is minimal, but it was enough for me to walk away. Anyway, beware of baits from this dealership.

Heard an unusual noise from our CR-V on our way to Lancaster this morning, so diverted to Jones Honda. Service consultant was very helpful, rode the car with me and diagnosed a large bolt in the front tire!. Unfortunately the hole was too near the sidewall to make a plug practical or safe so they replaced the tire. We were back on the road in just over an hour, and were saved from a likely flat or worse a blowout at speed. Would happily use Jones Honda again.

I would like to give kudos to Brian and Amos and the Jones Honda sales team. I wanted to purchase a 2019 Honda Odyssey for my family and I opened my search up to 11 Honda dealerships. As a busy professional with young children, I didnt have time to go to all 11 dealerships. With some research, I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and just needed a dealership with which to work. Several of the dealerships only tried to get me to come in and wouldnt give me quotes over the internet. Several more dealerships quotes were not competitive. One dealership that had the best initial quote wasted my time by bringing me in and then when I went to finalize numbers, added accessories at high prices that I didnt want and they wouldnt take off. Jones initial offer was pretty competitive but their willingness to work with me to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted with no hidden extras that I didnt want is what sold me on Jones Honda. They didnt even have the vehicle with the colors I wanted in stock but went out and got it from another dealership just for me. That is customer service! I didnt even have to come into Jones until the day I bought and picked up the Odyssey! Amos worked very hard for my business and was great to work with. I will also say it was a team effort as sales manager Brian was willing to work with Amos and myself to get the deal done. I am very happy with the Odyssey. It is a great vehicle for my family. I would say give Jones Honda a shot and see what they can do for you! If you work with Amos, tell him I sent you!

Bought a 2018 Honda Pilot Touring Used 21k miles CPODuane was the person that helped me (very good see below)The car was ready on time topped off and fully detailed looked and smelled brand new. Car was exactly as advertised in the ad ive had it for about 2 months now. Duane did a fantastic job helping me with my first car purchase and they took care of everything for me (plates and registration arrived in the mail I literally did nothing). They offered some extras but he was not pushy and fully explained everything and worked with me so I could make an educated decision about what I was buying. As it turns out I had to drive 3 hours down there from NY to get the car as mine broke down on short notice and this was by far the best deal on what I wanted. Duane offered to pick me up from the car rental place/airport/bus station so I could get there and worked with me holding the car for a extra day so we could figure it out (after a down payment of course).Highly recommended
