This location had my car all summer because my air conditioning was out. They claimed they fixed it multiple times only to have me drive an hour to come get my car, turn it on, and have the air not working. After TWO MONTHS of claiming they fixed the problem they finally said they had to order a part that would definitely fix the issue. They said they would order the part but it would take awhile to get there. They never gave a price and when asked said they could not determine the cost yet. Once the part arrived another Month later they let us know that it arrived and they had put it in my car and were going to test it to make sure it worked. Mind you we hadnt been able to get ahold of ANYONE in the service area this entire time because they were never available and never returned calls.They then let us know the price AFTER the fact which was over $700- not including all the labor and parts I had already paid for that did not fix the issue.When I went to get my car I learned they tested the air on the first cold day since May. This meant that they couldnt accurately tell if it was working. I drove the car off the lot after paying only to discover out that they had damaged a mechanism in my wipers and they were no longer functioning. I turned around and came directly back. They checked my car and told me the issue but said that it would be another $400 to fix when it had no wiper issues when I dropped it off FOUR MONTHS ago. I said I couldnt afford to leave my car there any longer or pay for another service and that it was my expectation THEY would fix it since they damaged it.On top of all of that my air went out the second on got on the highway and has gone right back to the same issues it had before I paid nearly a 1k for the work.So dont go to this place if you dont want a huge headache and find a trusted shop instead.
I am reiterating most of the post I see on Maps and Yelp where this place rates a two star Not 4 1/2 stars like on Facebook . Most of it dealing with service after purchasing the vehicle. I also found this out firsthand. If you can get hold of Service you go to voicemail to call you back ….Good luck. It’s hard to get someone to answer the phone. Now if you call sales someone will answer the phone right away.They treat you really good when you’re buying the car.
Melissa Gerber was great to work with and very attentive. I purchased a 2022 Telluride from her while living in Indianapolis. I couldn’t get the level of service that she provided here. Great experience at Matt Taylor KIA. Josh contacted me the same day, even though they were closed, and was very helpful. Everyone at Matt Taylor KIA was friendly and professional. The car was a great deal and I plan on looking for my next car there even though it’s an hour from my home.
It was easy to get a service appointment the same day. Upon arrival, I was promptly approached, logged in, and advised regarding when the vehicle would be ready. While enjoying a snack and drink, I was updated regarding progress. I was also advised, in written form, of what the cost for similar service would be when my free service expired. Every individual encountered was friendly, informative and caring.
They claimed the vehicle had no mechanical issues, and that they did a thorough inspection. Less than a month later it started grabbing on the final downshift at stoplights, etc. Then the check engine light comes on. Took a week to get it in to the mechanic. Timing chain replacement code. OK, no problem. Took six weeks to get the quote and parts: Mechanic goes to replace the timing chain, and finds a brand new one in place. More searching: It needs a complete new motor. And, bonus!: there are none available.I would not buy from this dealership ever again, nor recommend anyone else do so. Lack of integrity.Update: over $6k in repairs, parts $5,500 alone, to fix this engine issue, which was an issue before I purchased it 4 months ago. I called Matt Taylor Kia to give them an opportunity to make this right. Will update when I receive a call back with their response.
Everything and everyone was first rate about this service experience, except for the free car wash! I am the proud owner of a 2021 KIA Telluride, and it is Blackcopper in color. After the free wash it was covered in water spots. A quick toweling off could have earned a 5 star rating ! Afterr returning home I was left with a clean up . All in all I was treated well and work was completed on time.

Overall a good experience so far. I despise car dealerships in general so was not happy to go. However it was time for a new car. They treated us very well throughout the entire process. Car deals take forever anyway and this was not different. It was 3 hours but they were very busy and only have two finance folks doing paperwork and 10+ salespeople all of which had customers. Yes would recommend them for a buying experience let’s hope they are as good with taking care of customers after the purchase. So far would recommend.

Ok so I got me a nice 2014 ram there last year did great till recently the transmission went out now 4 weeks later im still without my truck no rental car no idea when its even going to be fixed I bought this truck for work and to get my 4 children to school alot of good that did to pay the money I did for this truck and have it breaking down after only a year Ive been patient with the dealership about this but now Im out of time no more vacation time and school started back yesterday now I have to pay for help to het them to school when I cant even get to work to make any money but yet they have all these cars sitting in there lot not 1 of them can be used as a rental I dont get it how do you keep people coming back if you dont take care of them in the first place

The service department is outstanding. Service personnel are friendly and they let you know the progress of your vehicle. I like that they wash the car and sweep the carpet inside your vehicle and bring your car to you. Will defiantly go back for service!!

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Called about a car and they said they had it arriving the first week of July. They had me put 1000 down and they ran my credit 5 times. My car never showed before my terms expired. It came July 21st and they wouldn’t let me come get it until July 22nd. Refused to send me a copy of my terms all 5 of my attempts to get it emailed to me. I kept calling asking for the sales manager and he never was available or never would call me back. The girl I was working with quit her job during my deal and they would not honor the price I had worked out with her. I was already paying over MSRP and then they surprised me by telling me I agreed to pay another 3000 over MSRP which I did not. Once my car finally did arrive they didn’t contact me and thankfully I called to inquire because they were in a deal selling my vehicle as I called. My car was supposed to be off the truck and it appears it was test driven because it has 18 miles on it when I arrived to get it. They said if I didn’t want it then they will just sell it to the people who came to buy it the day before and make 2000 more off them. Horrible experience and I do not recommend dealing with this place. They put me through the ringer and then didn’t want to work with me on the deal even though I had such a bad experience. Word is traveling fast from my social media and family and friends about my experience so I feel good knowing I could potentially save some other people some strife.

The service advisor Zach is always friendly and helpful and immediately greeted my daughter and I when we arrived and knew exactly what we were there for. Drinks/snacks we’re provided while we waited and about halfway through he came through to update me on when they would be done and when they finished he brought my car back to me washed as well

Bought a used car. Missing remote, they said no problem well get it for you. Never got it, its been 3 weeks. Called and texted several times. I told them within 30 minutes after leaving the lot I think there is a bearing issue, they said, too bad, you bought it as is. Cost me $350 to fix that. Not sure Id use them again. Buyer Beware.

They were nice when I bought the car but I paid a lot of money and I have only had it about two months and have put 100s of dollars into it because every time I get one thing fixed something else breaks and it only has 33,000 miles on it. One problem they shouldve found when they filled it up with gas but they didnt tell me so it broke down the very next day and I drove all the way from Charleston, WV!!! Will not buy another car from them.Edit** called the owner he never called me back. 24 hours after purchasing had to replace two parts, a day later a key fob and programming, a week later another part, two weeks later two tires when they told me they had just been replaced but when they took them off due to losing air they found dry rot all around the tires so they wouldnt hold air and last week 1800 for all new AC lines. They lie!!

I had to bring my Kia in for a recall on a fuse box. I got in early… I spent my time in a really nice waiting area. Comfy chairs .. big tv.. snacks .. drinks etc. I was finished in less than an hour. Very friendly service associates! Im very satisfied!!!

So much so, that when it was time to get a new car, I wanted to buy one from there, because I wanted my future car to be serviced by Todd and his team. James, the Managing partner saw to it personally that I had the best possible service throughout the entire process and he was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. Would be 5 stars if not for Steve.Went in to see about trading 2 of our vehicles and purchasing a Kia K5 with salesman Steve on Thursday. He was nice to us, said he wanted to help us out in any way he could. We specified we needed all wheel drive as there were 2 in the color we wanted available one was FWD the other was AWD. Steve said he understood and said he would show us the all wheel drive model. This model had red leather interior and a sunroof and all kinds of bells and whistles. We loved it. We went through with starting the application to purchase it, under the vin number it listed “FWD” so we called Steve over to bring it to his attention. He waved it off and said “oh no that’s just for the dealership to look at they put it in wrong sometimes. You’ve got the all wheel drive.”We purchased the car and drove it through the weekend to work, noticed it slid on our driveway, ALSO noticed we weren’t given a temporary tag. We came back in on Monday, on the way my fiancé noticed the window sticker in the glove box said “front wheel drive” which is not what we were told. We ended up bringing it up to the salesman that approached us at the door, I never caught his name but he was very kind. He looked stunned, he calmly informed us that red interior isn’t available on the all wheel drive vehicle and that we had been sold the wrong car. He called Steve in to talk to us and immediately Steve was on the defense. When we explained “we told you we NEED all wheel drive” he huffed and said “well YOU misunderstood me. Red interior and the premium package aren’t available on all wheel drive.” When we tried to discuss that we both were told BY HIM we were GETTING the four wheel drive he threw his hands up, rolled his eyes and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. We tried being calm with him, we were extremely upset but we kept as calm as we could be when finding out you just spent 29k+ on a car you can’t even keep. The salesman Aaron came over to help address the situation and was super understanding and kind. He got the all wheel drive car ready and let us test drive it and explained how sorry he was for what had happened and that he would do everything he could to fix this. We decided to switch to the car we needed over the fancier fwd option as long as Steve was NOT involved. When we came back Steve was all nice and kind “did you like it? Are you going with that?” Probably cause he wanted our business.Thank you to Ivy and Aaron for making things right and being so kind to us. I do NOT recommend buying a car through Steve. He lied to us and when it was addressed he tried to flip it on us and basically called us liars. But I highly recommend buying through Aaron or anyone else. All the other salespeople were so kind to us and welcoming. Steve’s only nice to you when he wants your money.
I had brake issues and all these auto places kept giving me the run around about how much it would cost. One place said 1800$ for rotary and brakes. But then I remember that Matt Taylor Kia did my wife car for ALOT less. Took my truck their and saved over 1000$. They even told what I didnt need like other car places did. I will be taking both cars back to them for now on!
Tyler Johnson was excellent! He was not pushy and never made me feel any pressure to buy. He had the vehicles I was interested in ready to go when we got there and was very thorough explaining the bells and whistles to us.
Traded in my car that had an extended warranty purchased for it, was told I’d receive the refund for it in the mail in 6-8 weeks.. that was in November. Called dealership today and was told that was not the case and somehow the dealership added it to the trade in balance, when on my bill of sales it says the trade in amount is exactly what we agreed to… prior to them knowing about the service contract. If you do business with this dealership do yourself a favor and cancel your extended warranties and GAP yourself before trading in a vehicle.Update:Before I hit 5000 miles my car had almost no oil showing on the dipstick, figured it was just because it was new and everything was getting broke in. Checked oil again before having routine oil change and low and behold, NO OIL. The car is a 2021… it shouldn’t be burning oil like this. There’s less than 12k miles on it.

Todd will be the best service manager I ever known.He is always in the garage waiting for customers. Clearly, he know every customer by their name. Thats dedication work ethic. So I didnt purchase a car here at all. Normally the dealer will welcome a customer who purchased a car in their place.And this is my first time go to this KIA Dealer.I used to be a Honda-Lover and have experience dealing with Audi/Toyota/Honda/Chevy dealers about maintenance and service.This is my best experience. Similar to the other KIA dealer I went to.I did a maintenance package as advertised price on internet. Absolutely zero hassle. They are professional and they completely understand my request of specific type of oil. I think they reward a 5 star just because they did what I want as most other dealer will try to break the whole package into different independent service In order to charge more. I never thought they will give me full synthetic oil at all. All other dealer will double the price if you ask for full synthetic. Even Kias standard is just synthetic blend. But I got a full synthetic oil change at an amazing price. And with my price point, it is even cheaper than brought the oil at walmart/costco and change it myself. This is amazing. I will Recommend KIA to everyone. This brand is making amazing work, as well as the KIA dealers. They really doing a professional and honest work. 5 star for sure.If a dealer do service well, they must be a good dealer. Because service/maintenance not really brings profit. It reflects how this dealer treat customer.With this type of service and maintenance price and quality, I think whoever purchase a car here can just follow the schedule of this Dealer and do all maintenance/service here. I used to not like to do any service at dealership. But I now will do All my services at KIA dealer. Because they simply the best.

I have been using the service department at Matt Taylor since i purchased my car ( brand new ). I did not purchase my car here but thought the convenience and customer service was much better. I have since taken my car in every 7,500 miles as recommended as well as when there have been concerns. So as always we call to schedule this regular maintenance, which as most of us know you must leave a voicemail and have someone get back with you. This is fine i understand I am NOT the only customer. We decide this time I also need 4 new tires along with my service. We are told they need to order the tires they will call when they come in. Great except no call, had to call them to see if tires came in. Ok they did they schedule the appointment for Tuesday .....call when you get to work we will come pick your vehicle up ( leave you stranded at work ) and bring it back when completed. Great !!!! Except guess what when we call we get voicemail... it is now Wednesday still no call back. Apparently they are so busy they no longer need our business, makes sense how they missed an oil leak even though they are the only ones that have ever worked on my car since day one, just to busy. Good thing they are NOT the only KIA dealer for sure
The timing and friendliness of the service department at Matt Taylor Kia is great! My wait was set for 4 hours, yet it only took them an hour and a half to complete the service required for my recall notice.However, the employees failed to wear facial coverings properly. This is a really unprofessional practice to maintain, considering we are in the midst of a deadly pandemic that has killed hundreds of thousands of Americans. I get that its a minor inconvenience, but when lives are at stake, it needs to be taken. If these precautions were taken, this review would be 5 stars. Hopefully the person who reads these for the dealership takes this seriously.
Inventory was low and didnt seem interested in helping us find a vehicle. We spoke to an associate online before going into the dealership, and we ended up speaking to a different salesperson in person. They both said very conflicting things to us and we left very unsatisfied. When asked about our experience later, the associate did not apologize and did not want to try to work with us.

My family always goes to Matt Taylor for service needs. The staff is phenomenal! Their customer service is always great and they have gone above and beyond to make us comfortable while we wait, especially when I’ve waited with my 1 year old. Everyone in there is polite and smiling, you can tell they enjoy their coworkers and job. They have never tried to sell me something I don’t want and are thoughtful about my car needs. For example, being honest when my car didn’t need new filters just to make some extra bucks. So I trust them, too. I highly recommend them.
Went for the first time to Matt Taylor Kia in Lancaster for an oil change. What a great experience! Zachary was one the most polite, friendly service persons we have ever met. He explained everything that would be done. Escorted us to one of the nicest waiting rooms ever. They think of every little detail to make your wait while your car is worked on so pleasant. Then Zachary came and updated us on how much longer it would be. You would not normally be so happy getting an oil change but we were. Stopped in to just take a peek at a few cars and bought one! Staff was great, the manager went way Way WAY out of his way to get us financed. Before we drove away the sales person noted a few very light scuffs in the paint and had the service department touch it up and buff the entire car. Looks amazing.

Flew from Chicago to Ohio to pick Up our new 2021 Kia Telluride. I had done all the research and test driving back home, so I knew exactly what I wanted and they had it in stock. From the Time I found car at their store and booked airfare, I was less than a week. Pretty quick buying process overall. There was one dealer in Illinois that I could have gotten it just a little bit cheaper but we didn’t have the time to wait for factory order. We are extremely happy with this vehicle. The only issue we had was that the salesman for what ever reason decided to pick my wife and I up in my vehicle I was purchasing. Not really clean, no floor mats inside and your risking stone chips and adding unnecessary miles. I wanted that “WOW MOMENT” when you are walked back to all new car cleaned up. Word of advice to other sales associates who pick up out of town guest for vehicle purchases...Drive a dealership vehicle or loaner. Not the guest new car!
