They sold me bushings for my skateboard. Very nice guy who was behind the counter. However all the package had were the bottoms of the bushings. It wasnt even a complete set. And I found a set at Zumies for cheaper than what they charged me for a half package. And on top of it all they dont accept returns. Poor service if you ask me. Now Im out 7$.

When I first laid my eyes upon CI, I was admittedly a tad bit skeptical of the selection judging by the size of the store. However, upon walking into this fine establishment I was met with a variety of different records, apparel, and skate items to choose from. I was truly blown away, and not to mention the staff was also very nice and helpful. This was one of my favorite stores to stop into whilst taking a stroll around Lancaster city. Definitely worth checking checking out!

U went in for a deck and staff was friendly and it was surprisingly cheap I def recommend shopping for skate stuff here.

I was, admittedly, underwhelmed by this store. The vinyl selection was really small and very over-priced. The clerk on site seemed to not know much about music in general, actually. There are several record stores within a 2-3 block radius that are well-stocked, well-priced, and have knowledgeable staff. They might be better served by just being a folk-art and clothing store.

First this place shouldnt even be labeled a record store. There is only two small sections containing less than maybe sixty different records, which were all priced high for what they were. As for the clothing it was pretty forgettable. All of this would been made a little better if the person working there had greeted me or said or did anything other than sit with their feet on the counter watching YouTube videos of children playing Minecraft loudly while chewing ice with an open mouth ( yeah this really happened). I really wanted to like and support an independent small business. But this place has no right to be open in a such a small town especially when there are two or three other really great legit record stores in walking distance.

I ordered online from them back in late April. Order arrived and was missing one of the records. I have tried contacting them 5 times (basically once a week) since everything else came and have not received a response. The two items I got were great, just unfortunate that it’s so difficult to get in touch with them if something is wrong with an order.

Great store. Fun clothes and a great, but small, collection of vinyl. Definitely worth a visit.
