I dont really care for the mall now that Im older, but I dont have a problem going to the anchor stores and Pennys is such a nice store to buy school clothes. Such good prices and better quality than your regular big box stores. Right now their having a lot of sales. I got what I needed so now I am willing to tell you all that you can come and buy. Lol🙂

A well known department store that has lost alot of its former glory... still a well appointed retailer, just (from observations) considerably less traffic then 5, 10, or even 20 years ago

Shop here all the time. Mall is usually organized and has items in stock. Sephora inside JC Penney is decent as well.

Went to JC Penney optical store for the first time based on a recommendation. It was the best optical shopping experience we ever had. Kim and Heather are so knowledgeable and personable and were extremely helpful. Dr. Porubiansky with his 45 years of experience was also very helpful and knowledgeable and took time to talk to us. Great experience and we would recommend them to anyone. 5 Stars from us!

Been coming here since before I could talk and still come shopping here. Its a meet up spot for my best friend and I when we go shopping at Park City.

I remember shopping an JCPenney my whole life. You can get a wide variety of items here. Prices range but usually pretty affordable. But It was a little disappointing they didnt have more dressing rooms open. I was shopping downstairs so going upstairs and finding one there, it was difficult to run back for additional sizes etc. They should have one open on each floor at least

The clothing for kids has just gotten so expensive, ok so maybe its just me who doesnt want to spend $30 for one shirt when they will grow out of it in a month, but if you sign up for the app, youll get a 25percent off coupon that is not valid on 99% of the clothing. I just wont shop there anymore. I will say that I did like some of their items, just too expensive for me with 4 children.

Had to walk all over the store to go out through the only door opened and the stairs were broken, so same thing, walking all around. Not cool

Very very disappointed. My wife who cant walk distance was purchasing bras. They were on the lower floor and had to go up a floor and across the store to find a dressing room that wasnt closed. Then we went to the entrance we came in and once again had to go back across the store to check out and then back through the store to exit where our car was parked. Has this store forgotten customer that have been shopping at their store for years? Well, we have just forgotten JC Pennys.

My wife and I visited the JCPenney store in Park City mall to get some clothing items. It was the first time I shopped for clothing at JCPenney in a while, and some things had really changed since my last visit. Clothing racks and shelves were fairly neat but not categorized by size, due in part, I suspect, to rummaging by shoppers. I did not see sales staff in the department. The overall experience is an upgrade from our last visit when apparel was left in messy piles in their shelves and tablesIt has a much more orderly appearance.Staffing appears to be a problem. As I indicated, no department staff was around that I could see. Additionally, Penney has eliminated some checkout counters and placed only two checkout counters on the main floor--one near the exit to parking and one near the mall exit. Consequently there is usually a line of shoppers waiting to check out. Patience is a must here. Checkout clerks were friendly and helpful to customers.I find Penneys Stafford apparel for men to be of decent quality generally and reasonably priced. It is likely that we will return to shop in the future, despite the search for correct sizes and wait for checkout.

I went in to get a few stocking stuffers for Christmas. I was looking for some nice wool socks for my father in law in particular - which I found👍 I also wanted to note that the store had a public restroom that guests could use (good to know/just in case). Overall, I found what I was looking for & will be back for future gift purchases

Clean store. Love the old department stores and these never seen to change. We always get our childrens photos taken here and there never disappoint. Would recommend them to anybody!

Drove from Reading Pa with the wife to do some shopping and obviously to get out of the house from this quarantine stopped in Jc Pennys Lancaster Pa and while shopping I lost my phone there looked all over for it and nothing before we left we went and asked at the customer service desk and nothing so we left and went home bummed out my wife tells me to call the next day so I did and spoke to a manager named Kurt he was very understanding of my situation he went and looked in what I think is there lost and found box and nothing so he took my name and a contact number he asked me where did I think I lost it and I told him the areas I was at then he asked for my description of the phone and we left it there not really expecting for him to call back but hold and behold about 1 hour later the dude called me to say that he believed that they found it it was cool cause he didnt take credit for finding it he said that they found it meaning as a group and for that I am very great full and he and the staff have earned my respect and I will continue to drive almost an hour just to come here and shop oh by the way that day I did spend over $300.00 on my Jc Pennys card so you Kurt and your staff thanks a lot bro. I hope this goes all the way up head quarters awsome job to go look for it.

Reasonable prices during sales can be gotten. Place still a bit unorganized and a few more available associates and managers needed. Got a great price on a 50 dollar shirt for 8.50, but took about 15 minutes for override on price cause wasnt marked down properly.

Went to JCP to get family Christmas photos done with a 6 month old and they did a great job at getting him to smile and be happy for the pictures. We will be going back again in the future for family photos.

I always seem to find a bargain atJCPenny! Their selection and quality of curtains was way better than anywhere else I shopped. Their colors and styles are modern enough to match todays colors, but classic enough that they wont appear out of date in 5 years. Salespeople were helpful and knowledgeable.
