A very pleasant shopping experience. The staff was very cordial and helpful. All I had to do was pick out the items I wanted and they did the rest. Tasteful packaging and a nice atmosphere. Thank you to both of the ladies that helped me out.

We walked into the store in Park city, just looking around at the purses. We were asked if we had masks. We said we cannot wear them because of medical issues and we were told to leave the store because there were signs everywhere. I looked and all I saw were signs of social distancing. I am never shopping at Michael Kors again because of the rude service

The little petite girl (Angela) that worked with me was great. My issues is with the quality of the product. The one handle has messed up threads and there is some kind of glue like substance on the other. I drove 45 minutes to get to this store since there are none near me. I was looking for a certain bag that nobody local had. I work 6 days a week and have no time to go back to exchange any time soon. Paying as much as these bags cost, I shouldnt have to worry about quality. I guess even when purchasing designer items we as consumers need to check the quality before leaving the stores.Update: I was able to make time to go back in just before the 30 day return/exchange policy ended. I was greeted by two young ladies. The one that helped me was great. Very friendly staff. I would still caution everyone to check their items before leaving though. The first replacement bag had a small issue also. Up to 3 stars from 2 for the awesome staff. Though I like the bag, Ill always be concerned about quality from the brand.

The one thing I like about the Park City Michael Kors store is the kind and helpful staff. It’s very unlike the outlet one in Hershey. I prefer Park City MK any day. They find you the size you need and discuss different options for gifts if that’s what you’re there for. Never had a bad experience there.

Extremely rude woman working the register. Turned me away from getting my watch sized after havring me wait in line for 10 minutes. Gave me an attitude when I asked her what the reason was. (The reason being store was too busy. LOL. There was about 10 people in the store. I used to work retail. You don’t turn customers away like that. And if you must, you DEFINITELY don’t do so in tone she used.

I bought my first Michael Kors purse at Park City. I love it! Beautiful fall color this Oxblood. And the style I got is perfect for me. Thank you to the staff who helped me decide which one to get!
