Cozy little coffee shop / cafe. The Mexican rice bowl was large and delicious! Loved the pumpkin spice latte.

Love it here! I’ve been here pretty many times but just recently decided to review. I love the food here, including pastries, quesadillas, smoothies, Nutella toast, etc. it’s all delicious and although the prices are a bit high, the taste & quality of the food is totally worth it. Keep up the amazing customer service & baking skills!

I finally made it into this coffee shop after wanting to go for the last few months and was not disappointed! I had a Cinnabon latte and my husband had a salted caramel latte and both were fantastic! The atmosphere is so cozy and modern with the plants and fireplace and was perfect for a brisk Fall morning. We will be back for sure and can’t wait to try out the New Holland location.

This place is fire. Atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The house blend coffee is hot, smooth, and fresh.. However, what sealed it for me, was the blueberry scone. Rich and dense, but moist at the same time. One of the best I’ve ever tasted. Too bad I’m rarely in Lancaster or I’d be back for sure.

This is by far my favorite local coffee shop in Lancaster City! I’m pretty much a regular & am obsessed with their açaí bowls. I’ve gone to several other places & there’s just something about this particular location that keeps me coming back!The staff are always so kind & friendly. When ordering online my order is always on time and often times ready prior to the time of completion given. Their coffee is delicious & other food items on the menu will not disappoint! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the area!

Stopped by this morning while staying at Marriott across the street for a quick breakfast before heading to work…. So glad I did!!! Had an amazing pumpkin spice latte and a bowl of baked oatmeal with strawberries. If you are in the area definitely make this a priority stop!

Love this place! Pictured is the salmon avocado toast: 10 out of 10. Its outstanding. Great value. Tons of salmon, perfectly matched to creamy avocado, soft and substantive rosemary bread, topped by the perfect fried egg with a smooth layer of cream cheese. Come and get it!

Not only is this a beautiful coffee shop, but the food is amazing! I recommend the Mediterranean Greek Bowl, any flavor scone (they are oversized and slathered with icing!), and any smoothie. I always get a macaroon as well. Staff are very helpful. I always feel like I can decompress or talk to a friend for a while here. I have a baby and I have always felt like she was welcome here. This place definitely deserves five stars!

Loved my time at New Holland Coffee Co. this morning. Great atmosphere and their house coffee is delicious (plus they give free refills). Would highly recommend this place if you need to get some focused work in.

This is a fairly small place with mainly larger tables and so not too many seats for people to dine in (unless you want to bump elbows with a stranger). I have been going there every day for my lunch hour this past week and always see people sitting at the tables on their laptops. That’s fine if it’s just a coffee shop but when you serve actual food you need to be able to provide a place for people to dine in (if dine in is an option). It’s truly frustrating for me to have to spend a decent amount of money for my meal and not be able to sit down and eat because 4-5 tables are taken by people on their laptops who are probably drinking the same coffee that they were an hour ago.If it were up to me (I know it isn’t) I would put a time limit for dining. A reasonable time limit but this would prevent people from just using up space that they really don’t need but that others do.I also know that I am not the only customer who feels this way. Every time I go there (while in line/waiting for my food) I constantly glance around the room hoping for someone to leave so that I can sit and eat. I’ve noticed that other customer’s in line do this as well. It’s a lot of frustration for everyone who is waiting for a table to have to just stand there are stare at others who aren’t even eating/drinking coffee but instead are on their computers.So my recommendation is that time limits be set to ensure that all customers have a chance to sit and enjoy their meal. This will prevent those on their laptops from table hogging.

There is a little bit of everything at NHCC. The menu and customer service are sublime! They do a great job at creating a welcoming and friendly environment at both locations! Rockstars of the coffee industry.

So glad New Holland Coffee is now downtown! Great location and beautiful establishment and decor is gorgeous! Friendly staff! We were here last weekend, delicious drinks! We were not disappointed at all. Can’t wait to be back this weekend!

Having recently moved to the Lancaster area, New Holland Coffee Co. has quickly become one of my favorite spots for coffee and breakfast in the city. The employees are always kind and helpful (especially when you are not well versed in the world of coffee drinks, *ahem*). I recommend the California breakfast sandwich on an asiago bagel; one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the city.

Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Lancaster. This location has vegan and vegetarian options. As well as non vegan food that is easy to veganize I wish the New Holland location had more plant based friendly options. Its absolutely beautiful inside and the staff somehow knows its me when I call and order coffee over the phone.

I truly loved the atmosphere of this place. Its so beautiful and well designed. It feels a bit homier and welcoming than their New Holland location [it probably helps its quite a bit smaller].I ordered a chai latte and cant say I was overly impressed. Not the worst chai of my life, but I also wouldnt want to come back for it. My roommates didnt love their lattes or espresso here either...so Im not exactly sure what a good go-to drink would be.Still would recommend it over other city coffee shops based on the layout and atmosphere.

I have had a scone and cheese danish, both were excellent. The house coffee I got was just ok . Not much flavor and a little weak. Location and atmosphere is perfect.

The have a wonderful selection of food and an amazing aesthetic. The gluten free bread has a lovely flavor and they serve breakfast all day! Great for small groups of people and has a nice indoor and outside dinning experience. Will probably be my new favorite hangout spot!

Generally a big fan! Whether alone or in a small group, New Holland Coffee Co. is a fantastic place to grind through work with the aid of unlimited coffee. The atmosphere and service are both great. The only reason this isnt a five star review is due to a personal gripe, that being the music. Typically its quite good, but recently the theme has been Christian radio (based on whose shift it is, I imagine), which isnt really what Im looking for in a place that I regularly visit to do work or lightly socialize. If I am alone, I just pop in my headphones and tune it out, but it would be nice (and easy) to have some more secular background noise.

The fries here are amazing.They also have good salads,service is great too!

So happy there’s finally a Lancaster location. There Americano is my go-to drink! They make the best espresso in town!

My wife and I visited Lancaster for a few days and we spent a lot of our time at this coffee shop. The setting is warm and inviting, great coffee (cortado) and we both loved the salmon lox sandwich. Downtown and convenient!

It was tops. Why?A. Coffee. My americano was quality.B. Food. My quiche was also quality.C. Good service friendly people.D. Cute place.

Highly recommend! The atmosphere is so so cozy and the baristas were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. My drink was delish as well. Will definitely be back!!

Its warm and cozy. Good place to do some studying and grab a coffee.

Terrible. There were almost 20 people inside and only ONE was wearing a mask. Even a barista serving people wasnt wearing a mask. Most people were not even eating or drinking. I was looking forward to nice coffee on a cold day, instead I was met with a vector of disease disguised as a coffee shop.

Great atmosphere, quality, and service. Can tickle any fancy you may be looking for at the moment, whether it be breakfast or lunch. The coffee and teas can be made anyway you like and can accommodate anyone with any allergies.

Ordered the Salmon toast, I didn’t expect the salmon to be basically raw (which is fine to me I also eat sashimi & raw sushi so my stomach is used to raw) but would’ve helped if it was listed as raw on the menu cause it says “Smoked salmon” I thought it would’ve been cooked, had the Bacon & herb guiche which was tasty.

Not a 5 out of 5 coffee shop as current rating says. (Caution: Im a hard grader and will compare with shops around the country, not other local shops).I review coffee shops on a 1 to 10 scale with the following rubric: 5 possible points for coffee quality, 3 possible for environment, 2 possible for customer service. Coffee didnt impress me but wasnt by any means bad (I had a drip and nitro, so verdict still out on latte game): so well go with 3 out of 5. Environment was great; thankful they housed me during COVID: 2 out of 3. Customer services phenomenal: 2 out of 2. Putting them at (3+2+2)/2 = 3.5, but Ill round up on google because their food is really good (I dont normally include food in rating, but hey).Would recommend.

I love the outdoor seating. The cafe itself is beautifully decorated. A real treasure for Lancaster.

Been here a few times and I’m happy it’s so close by. Food and coffee are fantastic. Salmon toast absolutely slaps.

Definitely agree with Tyler (other review, below) that this is not a 5/5 coffee shop.Espresso needs some serious work here. Very burnt/ashy taste to the point where my girlfriend and I joked if they roasted coffee beans or charcoal briquettes.Sandwiches were alright (tried both the avo toast and shroom toast) but somewhat underwhelming due to bread choice and not being toasted well. We actually wondered if they were toasted for a minute. But really the espresso was the main contributor to our bad experience... especially considering how they tout their coffee on the website. We came in with decent expectations.Hopefully it was a one-off experience, but I know other local roasters that actually serve up quality espresso and wouldn’t let something like that go out to a customer. Couldn’t taste any flavor profile bc of how charred it tasted. Definitely seemed to be the beans/roasting and not that the shot was pulled incorrectly. So I’m thinking that must be standard of their espresso? Maybe someone can tell me different. Customer service is was fine and took back the espresso.
