Closes early on some days, do not go on busy days-lack of servers and business cannot function with crowds.. you will be waiting for a long time. The high teas come in 3 different servings, if you are sharing (3+) then I recommend ordering tea food and pot per person and not sharing, $25 for the sandwiches/scone/assortment of desserts/pot of tea. You are probably off ordering single meals off the menu. Got the Dolly Madison tea- great flavor.
Hosted a bridal shower here after hours. Great rate to have the private room, classy ambiance and atmosphere, delicious food for 30 people (full afternoon tea), AMAZING staff that were orgsnized, flexible and accommodating! Could not say enough good things.... will return often for afternoon tea (we usually go about once a month) and will have other events here in the future!
We arrived to our reservation very late due to a series of unfortunate events. They still had our table ready and sat us for high tea. I loved the two different types of scones and the amaretto tea. We took some of the tea home.
Piccadilly has a warm friendly feeling when you walk in. The people are very nice and hospital
I love Piccadilly and cant wait to visit again. The last time I was there, they were so accommodating. There was a mix up about Afternoon tea on a Sunday (my first time there) and the cook made an exception since I was misinformed. The food and tea were excellent. Love the staff and I can say I will be having more afternoon tea as soon as possible. ( on the appropriate days and times of course)
I intended to order the full afternoon tea set. However, the waiter got confused and added the duchess tea set to my order. The confusion must be due to the fact that I asked for Duchess, a type of tea on the menu here, for my afternoon tea set. The waiter asked me for a second type of tea, to which I asked why two types of tea are needed? Instead of realizing the confusion, the waiter put both tea sets on the order. Adding to the problems is the fact that they mixed my tea set items in with those ordered by my companions. I had no idea what was mine and more uncomfortable confusion ensued. When the bill came I asked why two sets were on the bill. Upon realizing the confusion the waiter made no attempt at reconciliation. To make matters even worse, they added a sharing charge. I ordered two tea sets and shared only with my wife. Upon explaining this, the waiter responded merely with oh and again made no attempt at reconciliation. After all this I left feeling most dissatisfied...And I was still hungry.
Severely understaffed, but the food was good and the tea was also very good. Really cute place! The waitress with the purple hair (sorry I forgot your name!) was very sweet and did well even though there were many people there and only two other waiters.
Great experience. Waiter was patient and knowledgeable. We had high tea. Both tea and food were excellent. Will return.
Wasn’t so great. As per the waitress the picadilly tea was just “English breakfast.” And they don’t give you enough tea. A little overpriced. I got the high tea with tasty sandwiches, but only 1 scone? Also my fiancé didn’t like the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The tomato soup was just like “canned marinara sauce.” As for the food and tea being “just okay I guess,” the atmosphere was decent, and the service was very nice.
Great food and service! Some of the best tea Ive ever had.
The service is impeccable, the servers are the sweetest, the coffee and food is amazing! I was recommended Piccadilly by a friend and he spoke very highly of this coffee & tea house so I thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. Everything that was said about Piccadilly having great coffee and great prices is true! Every time I have been at Piccadilly they have always treated me with the utmost kindness. Thank you for what you have done and continue to do for our community!
Taken the family here a few times. Great food. Plenty of staff on weekends. Nice little place to visit. Sweets are awesome.
Only had te Piccadilly special tea great taste will visit again for breakfast
I love this place. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, and my favorite local place to have afternoon tea. My friend and I have lunch/afternoon tea here every 2-3 weeks or so and the best part is their afternoon tea tiers havent ever been the same any two times. Theres always different sandwiches, scones, and desserts to try. Also, they have excellent lunch and breakfast food and their croissants are amazing. 20/10, I highly recommend it.
I worked at Picadilly and was never paid my hours. Obviously I was new so I was still learning. Therefore my service wasnt the best but I was committed to learning on the job. No pay and no response from Deb. Ill still recommend the place though. No hard feelings.I did get paid in tips. But never for my- needless to say, few hours.
A lovely place! Had lunch here with my Mom and toddler and the staff (Sarah and someone in training) were so nice. Definitely make a reservation for a Saturday. The menu was outstanding and our lunch was delicious. Wonderful ambiance. We cant wait to return!
The food was delicious... take out..but the place looked amazing... when covid is under control.. we will definitely be visiting for tea....
This teahouse was easy to find with plenty of parking available. We had a party of 6 which was easily accommodated. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The high tea was extremely yummy and generous; none of us could eat it all. The pot of tea was delicious although it was served British style ( I assume) with the tea leaves left in the pot, so the last cup or so was very strong. I highly recommend it as a place to visit.
The service person was completely inattentive and I had to repeat my order at least 4 times. In the end she handed me a cup with water and the unidentified bag. I did not check the inside till got home. It was not a Green Macha Tea at all! Please check your order in the cafe, as well as your pocket and request the checks.
Food was amazing, it was a lovely experience. Place looks clean and well orginized and staff and waiterss were so polite! Definitely recommend.
Lovely, affordable experience!I went here for a girls day with my sister and mother-in-law and it was a delight. The food was amazing, the tea was delicious and the shop was adorable! I was worried that it would be more geared towards children, but we had a fun day just the three of us adults.I highly recommend the full afternoon tea, you wont regret it!
I used Piccadilly to cater an English Tea birthday party. The food was so good and the guests just raved, especially about the scones. Debora was easy to work with and got all the details right.
The best environment, quality of service, great meals, following the rules of restrictions, pleasure in wanting to always return.
We were really looking forward to going to this tea house for tea. We arrived one hour and ten minutes before closing and had to stand at the counter for over 5 minutes before someone came out. She told me the kitchen was already closed. I said it is more than an hour before closing time and you are saying we can’t get anything to eat?????? She said no. This is the first and last time we will ever go there. I will go to the tea room in Lititz instead. We have had tea in the Lititz tea room and had a lovely experience. Congrats to Piccadilly, a new tea room who has proven excellent at running off potential new customers. I predict they will be out of business before long with such lack of service as that.
I started working at piccadilly in the beginning of October. At first I loved it. I enjoyed the people. I was away for a event I pre requested off for. After that I realized I wasnt scheduled. So I contacted Deb(owner) and asked if I was going yo be scheduled. No answer. 2 weeks I was ignored and not scheduled, and even on the days I was scheduled I wasnt training. She would have me do a job I wasnt hired for. So I finally got a new job and Made the decision to leave. I told the owner I was leaving because lack of consistency and communication. and i received an okay as a response. After that I finally thought piccadilly was in my past. After I got my paycheck I realized I was paid 9.50 and hour instead of the promised $10-11 we talked about. I received paperwork to verify things for my insurance and had to get a single page form filled out by piccadilly to verify I no longer work there. This is a time sensitive document and piccadilly is closed Monday and Tuesdays. I call early this Wednesday morning to plan im told she would be in by 10. I call then and am told that today a 2 would work best. Then immediately get a call back and am told 2 doesnt work.I reply this is a time sensitive document it wont take very long to fill out can I please come today. Deb replied with I dont understand what paperwork you need from me you dont work here. She was very rude to me then said I could come get the paper filled out. Then had me wait an hour just to tell me she doesnt have to information to fill it outMoral of the story i wouldnt recommend this place for people to work at or to dine at.
My daughters took me for high tea for birthday gift, I felt it was a bit high priced for what was given. One pot of tea and pastries 39.00I did think the server was less than helpful since it was our first time there. Also it would have been much more worth the elevated fee if the servers would have been dressed in english period dress and addressed the table as marm or madam. Just saying these little things would enhance the experience...
Today have ordered Green Macha Tea. Was charged $5.83The service person was completely inattentive and I had to repeat my order at least 4 times. In the end she handed me a cup with water and the unidentified bag. I did not check the inside till got home. It was not a Green Macha Tea at all! Please check your order in the cafe, as well as your pocket and request the checks.
This place is such a hidden gem! I had a high tea and everything was amazing and the owner was the sweetest! My friends and I came in Lolita/alt fashion and rather than treating us like freaks they were very enthusiastic about our style! I definitely recommend it!
Delicious, authentic English High Tea
The best afternoon tea in Lancaster-Pa. The food and ambience are impressive.
Great amount of food compared to other tea houses high tea. Food was great overall. Mango tea was really good. Service was a little weird as the server wasnt there but the other staff did their best. Tables are super small and I couldnt imagine having more then 2 people at a table ment to sit 4 for high tea.
Total disappointment. Place looks nice however the service is terrible...waitresses are rude and pretty dirty. Def. Place to avoid
The decor was charming, the wait staff was terrific: attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The teas and sweet food for tea were top notch. Savory foods were decent but not exciting. I was a visiting a friend or of town, so unfortunately, I cant become a regular. Otherwise, I would definitely make it a regular stop. Accessibility note: tables and chairs are pretty tightly packed in this small place, I dont think you could maneuver a mobility aid bigger than a cane through here, although outdoor seating was not as closely packed
Great food selection. Great tea selection. Supper friendly wait staff. Fun place to relax and enjoy good meal. Price point is good for portion and taste. Dont forget to check out the dersert selection. I had a classic Ruben with chips and fountain of youth tea. Highly recommended.
Awesome place to get coffee, tea, breakfast lunch. Small business that can sometimes get very busy, so you should definitely try to make a reservation! Great food, great service, English-themed tea house. The scones are outta this world.
I love this place. It is a great place to relax with coffee or to bring my daughter for a full English tea service. They even have hats and accessories to make the time extra special.
We had a reservation on a Saturday afternoon for the afternoon tea. We both decided to try the full afternoon tea which was really fantastic. The sandwiches, scones, desserts, and tea were all delicious. Our only complaint was the service. While our server was incredibly sweet, we had to flag her down to ask for everything (water, the check, to-go boxes). I understand she is probably new, but it definitely put a damper on our experience when we had very high expectations for a formal afternoon tea.
Place looks nice but service is disappointing, at best. Coffee was nothing special but was ok...
First off, I did NOT have tea. I had a delightful salad and strawberry dessert. The portion size was good and the price was fair. It is a rare treat for me to eat lunch out and I felt very well taken care of.
As a lover and frequent patron of tea at the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons this new fresh, classy upscale relaxed friendly environment coffee and tea house gets high marks. The tea choices are well thought out and the food selections are impeccable with wonderful high end presentation. Overall an experience that I will enjoy on a regular basis. Can’t wait to have my next book club meeting and girls day out at Piccadilly’s.
This is a GREAT SPOT!!! As a tea enthusiast, I highly recommend it with two thumbs up!! Great atmosphere for relaxing with a book or meeting business clients. Loved the decor and atmosphere - definitely a welcomed spot that I will frequent!!
This place is excellent! The tea selections are very high quality and the full service experience is delightful. The place is beautifully decorated and has the most charming ambiance. Best tea I’ve had in Lancaster!
Really cute place here!! Loved the meal. Good gluten free options. Will definitely return when my work schedule permits.
Gorgeous atmosphere and delicious food! Phenomenal tea and coffee selection. I cant wait to bring my girls back for afternoon tea!
This place is amazing! there food is spectacular!the place is so elegant and cute definitely recommend going there for some good tea and food!
Great tea house.
It was ok
The staff is wonderful. The food is well thought-out, well prepared, & well presented. Plus you can wear a tiara. They make the best iced peppermint mochas around.
We ordered afternoon tea and decided to share a pot and order between two. They charged an up charge of $7 for sharing a $25 afternoon tea plate, which is very strange since I cant imagine ordering that much food just for one person. Overall the food and tea was good, but overpriced and with the additional charge I would not choose to come here again.
Such a great place all around! Service is on point and genuine and baked goods are made right there! The environment is one that you want to go back to. Will be returning and recommending!
Elegant ambiance, clean place & good food & friendly service
Their teas are unique, but also delicious! Purchased a takeaway of the Chelsea Treasure loose leaf and it is glorious!
First try - good one> I love the place, the ambiance, the tea selection, the little sandwich. I highly recommend this place. It was a great experience
Amazing service and food. The atmosphere is divine as well!!
Nice menu. Staff very nice.
My new spot! The decor and ambiance are very classy. Tea selections are intriguing. Can’t wait to try them all. Piccadilly Coffe and Tea house is a winner!
Very cute English atmosphere. The high tea was served very nicely.
Great food reasonable price friendly staff
Cozy, great food. Fun time. We got the English Tea.
A beautifully decorated venue for a delicious meal. Look forward to a return visit!
Wont be back. Eggs overcooked. Service terrible.
As a mother, what a great place to exhale and take in the ambiance while enjoying the delicacies and wonderful array of teas, or to meet up with friends to decompress. And, for my troop, what a great place to consider exposure for learning about the concept of High Tea.
Delicious food with a warm and welcoming atmosphere !
Excellent food and peaceful atmosphere

A lovely british style tea house
Elegant place. The tea is amazing and the food is delicious!!!
Delicious food and relaxing atmosphere.
Very friendly staff and excellent food!
Little pricey. English teahouse
The tables were a bit crowded and too small for high tea. The food was very nice.
Lovely place and the food was delicious!
Very English tea place. The environment, the timers used for your tea, the little tables and the antique tea cups remind me traditional England
Beautiful place nice staff
Wonderful tea..great pastries
Yum even though my sugar intake was a little higher than usual...it was worth it.
A new favorite spot!
Something caught my attention....
Waited for TEN MINUTES. Told us they would come to seat us and never did. Absolutely horrible service I will never go there again!!
