This past year I’ve lost over 70 lbs. I needed all new cloths. This Consignment Shop has been a great place to replenish my wardrobe. It is very clean, looks like a boutique, the employees are very nice & it carries all brads that are stylish for the season. I now consign with them. I never go in that I don’t come out with a bag full of items, some with the tags still on them. The prices are spot on for their quality merchandise. I drive from Circleville just to go there & definitely will be back.

Ill definitely be going back soon. The clothes they have are in really good shape for a reuse store. Everything looked new and orderly. Prices are okay some were a little higher than I expected. Very friendly staff nice place.

My wife loves this store! She never gas a problem finding clothes that fit her perfectly. And the prices are awesome! She got 10 Name brand items for under $90.00 ! Im sure she will be back next week!

Usually never have problems here, today was different. They have a sign on the door saying masks are required - people were walking around without masks on or half off of their face including employees. When asked if face masks were required an employee didn’t know the answer and then said “it’s fine to not wear a mask” they go to great lengths to “make you feel safe” yet won’t enforce a mask mandate. disappointing. won’t be returning.Reply: I can’t reply to your comment, but I was there around 3pm on 3/5/2021. I think you should check the cameras before you tell me your employees were wearing their masks properly or that they’re enforcing masks. You’re reply was even more disappointing. You deserve less than a one star rating.

Not too bad for small town not a lot of people live there. They do their best.

The clothes were clean and presented well, felt more like a dress shop than a thrift store, prices were much higher than thrift stores, aimed more at professional women.

They have a great selection of shoes purses pants dresses suits the prices are high for a consignment shop the jewelry is out of sight you couldnt afford it if you wanted it the purse is a pretty high too I dont think Ill go back

I was just here from out of state last weekend, and the facility was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. All of the staff was wearing the correct facial coverings, per Covid-19 guidelines, and there were signs of social distancing awareness all over the store. When Im back in Ohio I will definitely be stopping in again!!!

We had a bit of a purchase selected and only just started shopping when the owner approached us with a hateful attitude making a scene in front of everyone. She ask us to leave since l had a medical exemption and can not wear a mask. She said we must be Apostolic and that looked bad. However we were not but she still categorized us without even knowing us. She said we were going to hurt her business. And she was talking loudly drawing attention us. Very discriminatory and rude. I will never ever return..... Please note that I informed you I could not wear a mask for a medical exemption which is by the way on Mike DeWine’s exemption list. I did not state it was for the reasons you listed below.

Very friendly staff by I think a lot of items are overpriced. I also noticed they moved the plus sizes to the back. I feel that is very degrading and embarrassing so I’ll do my shopping somewhere else and spend a little more money. I most like won’t return.

Got a lot of clothes for the wife and kids and even found a pair of shorts for me today when we were in there they actually had it big section at 75% off so we got like 20 things for 50 bucks always high quality items

Their operation runs quickly, smoothly, and fair. I love spending the little bit of wait time browsing. Seems like I always find a couple things to buy at an excellent price.

Plenty of staff to answer questions, inventory was clean and organized. Told the ladies that they didnt need to fold what I purchased and they did it anyway.. lol

Very disappointed in this business as employees were not wearing their masks properly and they were letting in customers that weren’t wearing masks at all. I am sad to say that my first time is my last.

Got two gorgeous dresses at $11 a piece! One still had the origional tag on it!

Was discriminated and shamed for my health condition and religious beliefs, was just shopping and got called out, told to leave very loudly in the store. Very bad and stressful experience.

I found some nice things. Prices a little high on some the items would probably would have not bought some of the items but they had 20% on the day I went so it was worth it.

While many items reflect recent fashion, there are still several which are suitable for more formal outings such as church service. The quality cant be beat, nor can the prices! If you seek fully lined, conservatively styled skirt or dress suits for business or church, at least in medium sizes, this is the place! My 79 y.o. mother in law could not find traditional, modest, high quality clothing anywhere until she visited us from out of state. The staff was amiable and accommodating. We found no evidence of wear, snags, rips, stains, missing buttons or misaligned zippers in any of the items she tried on. Its like buying new at a very small fraction of the price. We were so very pleased. Thank you, Dress Code!

What a great place to find decent, inexpensive clothes and accessories. Found two pairs of khakis, one Gap, one Eddie Bauer, ten dollars each. Cant beat that! Plus, I have sold plenty of clothes here on consignment. Fantastic store, give it a try.

I always do so well at Dress Code--both buying and selling. I used to sell my clothes to Platos Closet in Reynoldsburg but feel like they hardly take anything these days. Im always so surprised to at what they take and dont take for selling. It seems like Platos is only interested in Forever 21 brands or similar and not higher quality brands. Dress Code has it ALL--they carry wide ranges of brands for all ages, body types, and incomes. The staff is always so sweet and helpful, too! And I have never had a problem with feeling followed as a previous reviewer posted.

The selection, quality, and service behind this store is remarkable. Ive been to numerous thrift stores and consignment stores and often times it is difficult to tell the difference between the too. When people shop consignment, they shop for that middle ground feel between thrifting and retail; which is why you dont see too worn or too old pieces of clothing on the floor. Ive never had a bad experience with the staff, they are courteous, friendly, helpful, and respectful. The store is always clean, in great condition, and the location is perfect.

The women of this lovely establishment are kind and helpful..and they really want to make sure that you enjoy your shopping experience with them. They have BEAUTIFUL things and I highly reccommend this business.

I have shopped at the Dress Code for several years now, and the store just keeps getting bigger and better! The owner has an eye for fashion and knows what the latest trends are. I am impressed with the selection of costume jewelry and the overall design of the store!!!!! I too have taken things in on consignment and have been amazed at how quickly things sell here. I am able to look up my account online to see what has sold and what is remaining. If you want to shop in a second hand store that is clean, well-organized, and affordable, then Dress Code is the store for you. I havent visited their Chillicothe store, but I plan on doing so someday.

Great shop! Well organized and the day I was in they had a $1 sale. I got a couple Talbots dresses for $1!! They have nice labels -- this is a good place for Vera Bradley bags of various sizes in very nice condition. They had one LV bag. I went in looking for a Dooney, no luck, but the $1 sale completely made up for it.

It was fantastic! I bought 3 pair of pants for work and 4 tops for a little over $20!

For one the location is horrible like someone else said its impossible to safely turn back toward Lancaster. You can risk it (I do every time) but sit in that center turn lane cringing as traffic flies by. The prices are a bit high and lots of fake designer handbags which is a little shifty to me, I thought this was illegal but oh well. Its alright for formal wear but not great for everything. No bargains on jeans or tops.

Oh sure, the store looks great and the prices are okay, Its so easy to get ratings from people who come in and shop here, but the bread and butter of this place is how they treat the people who bring items in for consignment.They dont keep in touch with you, ever. No call, no email .No new posts on my consignment link .I hardly ever see or hear of other ppl bringing in their unwanted items so Im beginning to wonder if the bulk of sales arent from doing a little shopping of their own.I dropped off a brand new pair of doc maartens and 3 high end necklaces, they never updated or contacted me so after 7 weeks I went back, it all had been sold and they gave me 18 dollars.Never again.Never.

Blatantly rude attendant>Like many places, they have an 8 pieces per dressing room policy.I and my sister got 1 room, so as not to step out to show every outfit in a crowded store. We took 4 pieces each in, and left our cart with the attendant.We stepped out to swap out the 8 pieces twice (we had a lot). The 2nd time, the girl had EMPTIED OUR CART, and she bound our clothes into groups of 4 with rubberbands around the hangers!In these groups, she mixed clothes wed already tried on with ones we hadnt, AND she took some clothes we hadnt tried yet back to put away. She never apologized.We werent dressed like people would steal (big sunglasses indoors, baggy clothing, large purses, etc), but she treated us like we were going to steal second-hand clothing.I understand people have bad days, but Ive never experienced such unapologetically obnoxious behavior from an attendant before.

In a bad location, high prices and rude attitudes is all you will find here. No bargins to be found. They follow everyone around afraid you might steal their stinky used clothes. Smells like BO and cigarette smoke. Impossible to turn back and get to Lancaster they need a light.
