Very satisfied with the care I received at the Eye and Laser Center. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and now have 20/20 vision. Dr. Nusz was great! Everything was explained well and there were no problems or surprises. Staff was always helpful and courteous too!

This office needs better administrative services. We live 35 min away. All we needed was an appointment to get glasses, we already had a prescription from a specialist (out of pocket) we just needed the glasses processed under insurance. When we arrived to our sons appt, it was for an assessment not glasses. We were told that the glasses are at a different office and that we have to drive back down again for a separate appt at 2pm today. We both work full time and cant simply come back again, plus we need the prescription we brought processed not a different one. This should have been explained to us when we made the appt. We asked for a school excuse note when we arrived and realized when we got home that they never gave it us. I called and was told that I need to drive back down to the office to get it. This is NOT okay, we live 35 min away. They cannot email the letter and in order to have it faxed to the school, they first have to fax an authorization to the school which we have to go in to complete (we are virtual and just found out Tues that someone at the school tested positive for COVID). We then have to have it faxed back to them. So that they can fax a simple letter to the school saying that our son was there for an appt today. This is ridiculous, the letter is not sharing any medical/diagnosis/treatment information. All other doctors the our son has seen have been able to fax when asked without unnecessary and additional hassle. I am a very patient and understanding person, but this is not right. As long as you do not have a unique situation or need assistance with an issue, then you should be fine. If you do, good luck!

I am posting this for my husband who had an appointment today with the eye and laser center. His eyes were checked and he needed a new prescription. I might add this is the reason he went he was aware that his eyesight had grown worse. After his exam he was not given a new prescription, instead he received and paid his bill, he assumed a script was attached. When he got home he called when he discovered there was no prescription and was informed that one must be requested. Now, in what world would you subject yourself to an exam, pay $144 for said exam, be told that your sight had worsened and be sent away without a prescription? Guess he will need to find a new optometrist. Very disappointed!!

What can I say they continue to remove my comment about my mothers cataract surgery Dec 2018.. Horrible Service by Dr. Nunz to be a doctor and continue to operate as a patient is begging you to stop...which by the way is battery. We have not forgotten what you did to her and I hope it haunts you every day of your practice!!

This is the best eye care center, I highly recommend it to anyone. They are very caring and do a wonderful job in the exams. They are very thorough and do all kinds of tests to make sure your eyes are in good condition. Ive been going to them for almost 10 years. If I ever move away from where I live now and go farther away, Id still try to go there. They did my cataract surgery about six years ago and it was excellent. I go to Dr. Frances Story but all the doctors are excellent. The staff is very nice and friendly too.

Dr. Edwards takes the time to answer questions. He is so patient and kind. Thank you Dr Edwards for being so awesome. The staff is just as awesome!!

The doctors are good but when it comes to pay for eye surgery and you tell them that you can’t afford it they don’t offer any help it’s like about the money may as well go blind because of money it’s a shame they try a throw care credit down your throat that most people don’t qualify for it so I will try and find a way to get this done elsewhere or if they really care for people they work it out

Extremely great place! My whole family recently changed eye doctors and we couldn’t have asked for better! All of the staff always has a smile on their face and are very friendly. I drive 30 miles one way to go to The Eye and Laser Center. I am 100% pleased with the doctors and all the staff. I have recommended the center to three friends and they have all been pleased with the doctors and services provided. I would strongly recommend this business to any eye or eye related issues.

My experience with The Eye and Laser Center has always been extraordinary. No matter which doctor you see, you always receive the same high level quality of care. The doctors and staff are always professional yet friendly, and they all demonstrate a genuine concern for their patients. When I experienced a problem with the prescription on my new glasses, they were quick to re-check my vision and reorder a more suitable pair at no additional cost to me. The coating began to wear off the new pair, but they were quick to replace them, again at no cost to me. This office is reliable, honest, and caring, and I cant imagine trusting the vision of my family to any other practice! Thank you Eye and Laser Center for taking such good care of us!

I really like going to Eye and Laser Center in Lancaster. I see Dr. Scott and I feel that he really cares about my eyes. Everyone there seems very nice and treats you well. I recommend them to anyone with any eye problem. They can fix it.

Best emergency service ever.I called on Wed night from Wisconsin, described my eye problem to the receptionist (who was extremely professional and knowledgeable) and was given an appointment at 8 am Friday morning (we got home at 11 pm on Thurs night). My regular ophthalmologist was on vacation and I saw Dr. Story. She immediately diagnosed a very sever detached retina, made a direct call to a retina surgeon, made an appointment for me later that day and at 7:30 Sat morning I had emergency eye surgery. The following Tuesday, my regular ophthalmologist talked to the surgeon, then called to see how I was doing. I could not have asked for better, more professional, individual, concerned care. Dr Scott is one of the best around!

My experiences with the Eye an Laser Center have been great. My most rewarding experience was when I had my eyelids worked on. It really made a difference in my appearance. People said it made me look younger. I would recommend the Eye and Laser Center to anyone and especially Dr. Story.

Dr. Scott and his staff are experts in their field. They have explained well any issues I have had with my eyes by answering all questions. A few years ago my husband and I both had cataract surgery and we are very happy with the results.

I receive the best possible care in the hands of Dr. Todd Scott. He has worked diligently since 2000 to treat my extreme dry-eye issues caused by lupus and Sjogrens Syndrome. Dr. Scott is very knowledgeable of lupus and he advises me accordingly. He always makes me feel that he cares for me as a persn, not only as his patient. My experience with Dr. Malcolm Edwards has always been a positive one! He never seems to be in a hurry, explains every procedure and always asks if I have any questions for him. The nurse or technician who does the initial testing is always polite and friendly! My only complaint is the waiting room staff who dont always act in a professional manner. Ive overheard conversations about patients whove called in that are demeaning, opinions that I feel should be kept private!

Eye and Laser Center and Dr. Todd Andrew Scott gave me my life back!! They have managed my macular degeneration for over 1 year now and recently performed cataract surgery on both my eyes, correcting conflicting vision of 1 nearsighted and 1 farsighted eye. For the first time in over 40 years, I am able to drive without glasses and my love of reading and traveling has been restored. Thank you Eye and Laser Center and Dr. Scott.

I had cataract removal surgery with intraocular lens implants last month. Dr. Nusz and the staff at the center were attentive and informative before the surgery, answering all of my numerous questions.
