If I could score lower I would, horrible disgruntled employees in the pharmacy. And they do not care because there will be no consequences for their behavior, because we are Black people in the hood and we don’t deserve great service even though we pay for it. Especially something as sensitive as having prescriptions filled or medical concerns, Horrible, I have not had this experience with all Walgreens however the one on blue Grove Plaza horrible

I wished I could give zero stars. Customer service is lacking in the pharmacy. All I ask is for some sort of communication about whether my prescription was able to be filled or not. They wait till you come to pick it up and say oh by the way your insurance isnt accepted here. A text, a call anything could have worked.
One of the worst walgreens Ive ever been to. Do not come here for prescriptions if you dont intend on waiting for hours. Customer service is non existent and the pharmacy tech does everything in her power to ignore what you say to her.
This store is so unorganized....My prescription was on auto refill and I struggled to get it refill. They kept sending emails that they were processing. I finally called after checking website and they placed my refill. An hour later, they called and said they did not have. So, they referred me to Red Oak.This store can use a good cleaning. Unkept!
I’m a Truck Driver and I reside in Houston Texas. Just so happens I was away from home and needed my prescription refilled. Putting in the request was a breeze, but upon arrival I ran into expired coupon code I normally use. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Rhonda K. Let me tell you, she is a gem to the company. She exudes patience and compassion. We went back and forth with phone calls but after a short while, I was able to get what I need. Now I can continue to serve and deliver goods that we desperately need in these trying times! Mrs. Rhonda, it’s workers like yourself that keep me coming back to Walgreen’s!!!!! Darlene was very helpful on Saturday and her customer service was unmatched. She was knowledgeable about the products and was willing to go above an beyond. I am grateful for the short time in the store with a person who I felt like cared about me and what I needed.
Bar far one of the most unhelpful pharmacies Ive dealt with. Ive been using CVS for most of my life as a type 1 diabetic. This store has been dealing with my prescriptions for a year and they still cannot notify me of refills, even though I ask and give them my number every month. The drive through is never fully open. The staff arent welcoming if you have questions or want to know if theres another department that can help me. The wait time on the phone is so long that I can never get through. Overall terrible service no matter how nice I am.

Call yesterday to the pharmacist to check on my sons medicine ask the pharmacist am I going to have any issues by turning a new prescription it she said no apparently you have to record everybody in Lancaster because this flip flop and lie,my brother went up there to turn the prescription in she said that she cant take it until tomorrow apparently the Apple doesnt fall far from the tree in this town, but my brother is right and we have it on several recordings that this town is discriminating disables and racist towards minorities, and yesterday proved it when they didnt want to fill my son medicine at this store. Every time I come to this location the wait time in the drive through and inside is ridiculous !!! I’ve been waiting already 25 minutes to pick a prescription up!!! One car is in front of me . Then they have one side designated for drop offs in the drive through Yet they still allow people to also pick up prescription in that line!! If that’s the case both lines should allow drop offs and pickup!!! Get together Walgreens!!! Like seriously!!!

The pharmacy department lacks total customer service skills.They are young and need to practice the basics. May I help you? Be right with you. How can I help you?I hear the phone ringing and the pharmacy techs didnt answer the phone and they stare at their computer screens, not acknowledging the people in line or on the phone. Im sure they know how to fill the medications and do their jobs well. But how about consideration to customers needs even when you busy. Walgreens needs more staff members working to help with customer demand especially when its busy. The next time I get a prescription filled Im going to Walmart first only if they dont have my meds will I go to Walgreens.

I have lived in Lancaster for 4 years and this walgreens has always been incredibly slow - it has gotten even worse in the last several months. (The CVS is just as bad!!!) The wait is always, at least, 25-30 minutes. Avoid.
This pharmacy is the WORST! They have poor customer service and don’t seem to care at all about their customers! I don’t understand carelessness from this store considering CVS is right across the street! From picking up the phone and hanging up in your face while trying to refill to just not putting in the prescription... it’s horrible! They are losing a loyal customer and don’t deserve the 1 star I was forced to give.
They dont even deserve the 1 star! Worst customer service ever, they are rude and very disrespectful. They dont put your prescription in and if there is more than one medication on the prescription they only enter the first one they see and than tell you the doctor never submitted the other medication, which is obviously a lie. They dont ever call you to tell you your prescription is ready or to let you know that they dont have it available. If like all that wasnt enough they make fun of the customers picking up their prescription or talk negative about customers waiting around. Do not waste your time here or your money.
Worst pharmacy ever!!! They don’t know left from right or up from down. I have lived in Lancaster for 3 years and have used this special ed for pharmacies the whole time. I can’t get my regular BP meds that Walgreens send reminders for and I confirm for pick up. They never have it ready nor see it in their system, even though I get emails and voicemails from them saying it is ready. They don’t seem to know how HSA cards work. Also they are slower than molasses dripping in a snowstorm. They should be ashamed of themselves and the pharmacist should have their license pulled

I left the CVS across the street to come to this nightmare. I stood in a 30-minute line multiple times to pick up a prescription. They kept saying it hadnt been called in yet. After the third time, they admitted they were having a computer problem. Horrible place!
Ordered a canvas print through the app and received a confirmation email that the order was being processed with the pick up time. Pick up time comes I call to ask if its ready and guess what........THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED ON IT!!! Their response.....we dont even know if we have the canvas?? Hello, that would have been nice to know before I waited the whole time for them to make the order. Pathetic!! Dont waste your time.
This is the WORST pharmacy! They are rude the pharmacy techs hangs up in your face and blame it on the system. They complain about being short staffed but I wonder why...
They dont even deserve 1 star to be honest. EVERY single visit it never fails, something is an issue for them. This last time I went to drop off a prescription and the lady said the date looked altered and would have to call it in (it was Sunday) so she wouldnt know anything until Monday. The script I was turning in was the same one they have been getting for my child for the last year but now its a problem...I asked for my prescription back and went to CVS, they filled it with NO problem! Not to mention their wait for drive thru and inside is at least 30 mins long every time you go! Do yourself a favor and avoid them.

Horrible Pharmacy. You act as it my time isnt valuable! Ive been in 4 FOUR times to pick my daughters prenatal vitamins when YOU told me it would be ready. Finally, AFTER TWO WEEKS WAITING, you said you would text me. I received a text MONDAY and came in THAT THURSDAY and now you PUT IT BACK because I took too long. SMH! Then you ask me for her insurance which was already given. You had me WAIT while you RE-filled it then you have the audacity to tell me her doctor has to call the insurance company for PRE-AUTHORIZATION. Please know Im going to negatively blast you and your matter of fact, lack of empathy and unprofessional selves, on top of everything else. Its not like this is needed for my grandbabys well-being or anything so please take your time. Thanks for nothing!
Dont trust this pharmacy with your medication. They did not have the decency to call and let me know my prescription was not in stock until I showed up to pick it up. I request to get my prescription back and waited 10mins to just to get my paper back. While i was waiting, i over heard another customer complaining about them not having his meds ready after his Dr called and they told him it was ready for pick up. Terrible service!
Dropped my rx off March 5 called back 3 days later the text kept hanging up on me, I called back asked for the pharmacist who said she lost my prescription! They all need to be fired!

Walgreens is the worst. Drs agree. If you dont need blood pressure meds before you go to Walgreens you will need them after due to stress levels at this Walgreens and they have you wait for an hour, two hours or come back 5 hours later to have to wait another hour. Every single month and 2 locations I changed to a 24 hour and it was even worse.

I hardly ever take the time to write reviews but this is the worse Walgreens ive ever been to! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The cashiers are so ghetto and rude and the pharmacy techs are even worse. So mad that this is my neighborhood Walgreens. I hope whoever owns this store actually read these reviews as i see im not the only ons that HATES this store. Its sad because most of the time you enter this store your sick or a family member is sick and it makes it even worse to put up with attitudes and horrible cust service when your in that predicament.

This pharmacy is ATROCIOUS. My doctor sent my prescription there electronically and after a month it was STILL not filled. I called about it 5 separate times and each time they left me on hold for over 20 minutes to no avail. They never made any progress and sincerely didnt seem to care about doing their jobs at all. Finally, I just gave up and had the prescription transfered to a Kroger pharmacy. The Kroger pharmacy had my prescription ready for pick up about 3 days later. These people at Walgreens are the worst. If you can avoid them please do so at all costs. Youll certainly regret it if you dont.
