I love that everything is vegan and that you can build your own bun! I’ve had vegan cinnamon buns at other bakeries but Cinnaholic’s are the best. Not too sweet, but they satisfy the craving. They served it warm and the staff was super friendly. I like that they have a rewards system. I had the Lancaster bun. My only wish is that the coffee icing was more flavorful. Otherwise, it was an excellent bun and I would go back to try more! I love the decor of the place. It’s a fun atmosphere. Well done!

The cinnamon rolls tasted great, but I wish that it was a bit less dry. Pictured are customized cinnamon rolls. One is cream cheese icing, fresh strawberries, and pie crumbles. The other is cream cheese icing, cookie dough, chocolate chips, and oreo cookies.

Kaylie, Cathy, and Angelique were so friendly and helpful. They were sweet as the great vegan treats in the store. I was referred by Kate from Root ( vegan restuarant and bar) use google to find current address. Maps on iphone sucked. I ordered two cinnamon buns with baby buns. Nice and sweet vegan treat. Ample parking, good hours, clean location, great customer service, and prices were reasonable.

Was very excited to try this place out. The new location on Oregon Pike is pretty small though. When we noticed the line, we decided to place our order online for pickup which was a nice option. They had our order of 4 rolls ready in about 15 minutes.Unfortunately when we received our order, we were very disappointed - it seemed like they skimped on the frosting and toppings. The cherry cheesecake couldve had more cherries too :(

The “Lancaster” loaded Cinnamon Bun at @cinnaholic.lancaster is Coffee Icing, Pie Crust Crumbles, Walnuts, Chocolate Chips, and Chocolate Syrup. EVERYTHING here is 100% Vegan! They have over 50 locations across the United States. Way better than Cinnabon. Give them a Google search to see the closest location to you 🌱

The roll itself is wonderful. The bread isnt too sweet, so when you get the cinnamon sugar and the frosting it melds together in just the right way. I wish I lived closer so I could come back daily!!

I stopped here to avoif walking all the way to the center of the mall for Cinnabon. Their pastry was dry, very little cinnamon, icing is not up to par. I feel like i can bake pilsbury grands at home and have the same experience for 20% of rhe cost.

Super yummy! I ordered two dozen mini buns for a co-workers bridal shower and everyone loved them. Honestly, we inhaled them!

They moved to a new location but man, we love this place. We drive over 40 minutes just to come here. Everything is vegan. Cinnamon buns, cookies, brownies, the works. My favorite is the blueberry pie one. So good. If youre vegetarian or vegan and would love to experience cinnabuns this is the joint.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The young man behind the counter kindly explained to me how to order since it was my first time here. You can get a classic cinnamon bun, you can customize, or pick a set up from the display. Glad to know theres lots of options for vegans and they also have Silk Almond Milk which is awesome for lactose intolerant people. I have a number of vegan and lactose intolerant friends Ill be recommending this place to. (The picture is of the Cookie Monster cinnamon bun.)

Excited to go here, but didnt understand this store once I got there. Wasnt much inside, didnt even smell like cinnamon! The roll I bought was doughy and lacked the overt gooiness I was craving.

They were very good, the original had a very rich buttery flavor. So I was impressed with them being vegan. Other flavors are great as well.

I went into Cinnaholic the other Saturday (early July) and waited 20 mins for my order to be taken after I walked in. That is fine, I am glad they were busy. BUT the staff (who saw me walk in) did not say hello, we will be right with you etc.... Then someone else walked in behind me and they kept their heads down for her too. Everyone was ignored that walked in. Newest person asked me where the line was and I told her I was the next one to have my order taken and I had not been acknowledged yet. She also was ignored and proceed to announce that she drove 45 mins to get there and she left. Once my order was finally taken.... I waited an additional 20 mins to have my plain cinnamon rolls put into a container with icing on the side. I asked why they did not have containers for on the side icing ready to go and the young lady just shrugged her shoulders at me.Also, if you are going to be a vegan bakery; please choose a different to go container. Foam is not a sustainable choice. There are plenty of paper/recycled cardboard options to select.Cinnabon is a better choice, less money, and taste better.

In Washington state, we only have Cinnabon, so when i found Cinnaholic, I had to try if. Wow! Amazing flavor! I ordered the Raspberry Cheesecake, and boy was it good. They topped it with real raspberries, which added some tart and made it even better. Love it! Thank you Cinnaholic!

I knew this place would be a little price but I wasnt expecting to pay as much as we did. I got a sugar cookie and my wife got the cookie dough and it cost us over 12 dollars. It took them over 12 minutes to get us our buns with only 4 people in front of us. They were very good but not worth the price. We were glad we tried it but will not being going back.

I got the Lancaster cinnamon roll. It was fresh from the oven, so everything was deliciously goey and melted. The cinnamon rolls with special toppings are incredibly rich, and I think next time Ill stick to just a normal cinnamon roll. The coffee was good, and they had almond milk creamer which was a plus! Still feels rather expensive for pastry...

Wow. Ive been waiting for months for Cinnaholic to open, so of course I was willing to wait in line for vegan cinnamon buns. I can tell you, it was well worth the wait. They are out of this world delicious.They also have chocolate chip cookies (also delicious), brownies, cookie dough by the container, and coffee drinks with vegan creamers. I was very happy with everything I tasted. Ill definitely be back for more.I made this cookie dough topped bun into a bit of a mess while driving home, but my goodness is it still awesome.

Today we drove an hr just to try these tasty vegan cinnabons. They were very delicious. The customer service was awesome. We will be coming back soon.

EDIT: I’m adding to my star rating here because my star rating got a response from the owner. Here is more in depth about my rating:I have visited this location 3 times. I feel like the product is consistent in both flavor, and presentation. Also that the staff has always been friendly, and provided good service. There are many options to choose from. I’ve tried 6 combinations, though I couldn’t tell you all of them. 3 of my own choosing for each visit, and whichever 3 my partner chose. I did not like any one I’ve tried. I have no interest in returning as I just do not believe these rolls are for me. I don’t doubt many people enjoy them. It’s a point of preference. I’ve left 2 stars for the consistency, and customer service, and subtracted 3 for not liking the product at all.

YUMMYAnything else you need to know?? Nope.However, They do have loads of options for those of you not a purist.the icing was good but I prefer a lighter coating. The staff was very friendly and I desperately want to go back!!

My parents got me a cinnacake for my birthday. I eat a vegan diet so Ive had a variety of vegan cakes, most just ok. I was impressed that they found Cinnaholic. Ive never experienced it but had heard about it. Wow was this delicious!! Cinnamon rolls with almond icing, slivered almonds and fresh and delicious strawberries and blueberries. What a heavenly birthday cake for me! My dad (not vegan) tried it and even he liked it. The only issue was he said he told the store he would puck up before noon and they heard at noon so he had to wait for it when he went to pick it up.

Alarmingly delicious. Go out of your way to check this place out. P. S. I had no idea it was vegan for over a year, fooled me.

We love this place. First saw them on Shark Tank and then visited the original store in CA. Was so happy when they opened one on PA about an hour from us. Anytime we have guests stay with us we bring them out to try a roll. Highly recommended!

My mom and I went today and our experience was amazing!! I got a classic cinnamon roll with vanilla icing and my mom got a classic cinnamon roll with banana cream frosting. Both of ours were delicious and a good size. The young guy at the counter was very friendly and a lady checked on us as we were eating to make sure everything was okay! I love your cinnamon rolls and I love that theyre vegan being as though I am vegan. Keep up the great work and I cant wait to come back.

Im not vegan, in fact Im the farthest thing from one but these cinnamon buns make me want to eat more vegan food.The place is really clean and the staff is very nice too. My wife loves it here. Great cinnamon rolls, with some crazy delicious topping choices. The staff is always excellent, and the facilities are always clean. We have never had a poor experience here.

The lady at the counter was very helpful. It was my first time there and recommended a fruit to go along with the frosting i wanted. The cinnamon roll was good and tasted fresh. I wish they put more strawbery topping but other than that it was perfect!

I drove all the way from Michigan to try this place and it did not disappoint. I even brought non-vegans friends with me and they loved it! From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. They walk you through the menu and even let you sample frosting flavors so you can pick the perfect one! They have plenty of flavors and toppings to create the perfect bun! Extremely clean and far exceeded my expectations...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my cinnamon roll at Cinnaholic! Wow, I didnt know you could be so creative with all the styles and flavors of a cinnamon roll. It was perfect in flavor and texture! On top of that I found out afterwards that it was vegan! I would have never guessed!

Finally made the trip! I havent been to one since my San Diego trip last year and it was every bit as delicious as I remember. I ordered the blueberry pie with pecans and vacuumed that sweet sucker down like I stole it.There need to be more locations! Id mortgage the house if I knew one thing about running a franchise but alas, I dont.

So dangerously delicious. I was relieved to find a place with vegan food out here in Lancaster, PA. Nonetheless exactly the baked goods full of cinnamon I have been craving so badly since Ive been pregnant! I am so grateful for this places existence. This could not have come through in the clutch any better!! After driving for 6 hours from pittsburgh, I am out here passing through on my way to a wedding in west chester and find this beautiful oasis for a vegan. I was thinking that I would starve but all of my longings were fulfilled by this small vegan bakery... now if I can only get one in my hometown, Pittsburgh!Also, employees were kind and service was great. We were waiting for our daughters at Snapology tonight and after dinner, we had some time to kill so we stopped in to Cinnaholic. We met the owner, Veronica, who could not have been nicer. We got to talking and just really fell in love with the place and the amazing dairy free decadent cinnamon rolls she makes fresh every day. It was right at closing. What’s crazy is when we left, my wife forgot her purse. Don’t you know, Veronica brought it over to Snapology and included two little treats for our daughters?! How awesome. You can’t go wrong with this place! Great food, great owner, and great atmosphere!

Would have gone lower if it wasnt for noticing it was vegan. Had we seen it was vegan we never would have wasted the money. We thought it would be close to Cinnabon, but you cant get that kind of flavor without quality ingredients.

Ive been hearing great things about this place in Facebook groups since it opened, and Im glad it didnt disappoint. Its such a well-executed concept that Im guessing many who visit dont even know its 100% vegan, since the only giveaway I saw was the two non-dairy coffee creamer choices. I hope they continue to have the traffic volume I saw on a Sunday afternoon, and can expand to new locations in the region.

Can’t believe these cinnamon rolls are VEGAN! They’re so delicious. I got the Old Fashioned and it was perfect. No idea how it tasted so buttery and creamy...without the BUTTER. Saw these rolls on Shark Tank and looked them up to find that there was one 20 minutes from our home! Great service, great rolls.

Super excited to try these cinnamon rolls, we ended up getting 3 for the two of us. The Chocolate Coconut, Cookie Monster and one was a build your own. So many options and flavors, we will be back before we go back to Arizona.

The cinnamon rolls are always tasty and pretty infinitely customizable. The staff is friendly.If youre not in the mood for a cinnamon roll, you can have a cookie or brownie - with or without icing - and those are delicious too.And everything is vegan! You cant go wrong stopping in here.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. There arent a ton of strictly vegan places in the area, and this place does it with class. They dont throw it in your face that they are plant-based, which I think really helps clients warm up to the idea. The cinnamon bun itself is to die for, then with all the toppings?? Wow, I go every time I come home from school. It is incredible.

We drive hours to come here, and it’s well worth it. My favorite by far is amaretto and raspberries! Cinnamon rolls were always a favorite of mine....and something I missed when I went vegan, but these far surpass any non-vegan cinnamon rolls.

Great aroma when you walk in..a little expensive, 5 bucks each roughly. Nice treat for every once in a while. Large selection of toppings and icing flavors. Nothing was overly sweet unless you make it that way...

I love the product but the staff and service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait 25 minutes for one cinnamon roll, I understand that they are made to serve but I find that a little ridiculous. I’ve taken my rolls to go and gotten home and had no toppings or frosting but paid for them. Also, had to pay for topping when I used my buy one get one coupon even though it isn’t stated that way on the coupon. They just don’t work with the customer in mind.

My first vegan experience was delicious! I got the baby buns with banana icing and it was fresh and tasty. The lady inside was friendly too.

These were delicious!!!! I seriously wish we had one closer to where I live. I drove an hr each way to get these for family dinner. They were still delicious even eating them 4 hrs after I picked them up. I got 12, all different flavors and they labeled the box! Small things matter.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Cinnaholic! Thank you for making my visit to the Hershey/ Lancaster area even sweeter! The staff was kind enough to wait after closing for me to get there because they knew I was an outta town visitor desperate to try their cinnamon rolls. It was totally worth the 30 minute drive to get there from the park. The rolls are sinfully delicious! When are you franchising out to the Philadelphia area?!? I sincerely hope you do!

For calling themselves cinnaholic there is barely any cinnamon filling, the rolls themselves are bland, I guess its just all about the toppings here. Ridiculously overpriced (almost 18 dollars for 2 cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing, a brownie, a cookie, and a coffee) service was very pleasant though.
