Couldn’t be more disappointed with my order. I spent a lot of money and the quality of my purchase did NOT match with the cost. I didn’t even receive a box for my arrangement, it was placed in a bag which slide around the car on the drive home, chocolate all over the bag. My “dozen fresh baked” cookies, only received eleven, were so small I though they had forgotten to give them to me. Also the bag the cookies were placed in was smeared with chocolate and dirty. Unprofessional. Overall, I’m underwhelmed and will not be wasting my money here again.

I had an arrangement made up while I waited, it was worth the wait. I got a fruit arrangement for my sisters congratulations on a new job position and retirement.

I spoke to someone on the phone to get some information because I have never been to that place before and I wanted to do something special for my husband unfortunately the person over the phone had an attitude and didnt help at all with my questions and thank God I dont have to make it to the store after that experience and I wont ever

For the money it should have arrive before 7:20pm and the balloons I paid for didnt arrive. Hopefully the fruit is good. I wish I would have known in advance delivery would be so late would have ordered somewhere else. Updated to two starts from one because the fruit is/was good! I will purchase again but not delivery.

I made an order with them two weeks before Valentine’s Day and told them it had to be at her business before 3 because that’s what time she gets off. She hasn’t gotten it yet so I call there and they say we are sorry sir it wasn’t put in correctly it won’t be there by 3. Unbelievable how much they cost and they can’t even make a certain time line.

They went above and beyond, very happy with the service and product.

An arrangement was ordered for my step mom as a surprise and unfortunately she was not home when they tried to deliver it (on a Friday). She called them since she was away all weekend and they delivered it Monday. The driver was friendly and brought a fresh bouquet. The fruit tasted delicious and the customer service met all our expectations!

A slight mixup occurred with a phone order. When I went to pickup the order they corrected the error, no charge to me. Excellent service!

I just had an excellent experience. I have placed orders at this store in the past/recent past, so I know their product is Delicious!! My most recent experience was over and above expectations. Their Driver called me after delivery to explain that no one was home to take the order but a neighbor/friend of the recipients saw her truck, pulled over to talk to her and explained which was the best site to place the order (back door, that is the door they use and it would definitely be found there.)I was saddened at the negativity of the other reviews here.

I am not even going to waist my time explaining why the one star. I run a business and I can not even imagine talking to my costumers the way the manager talked to me. They are definitely in no need of costumers.

My bouquet from my children on mothers day was a disappointment. The strawberries were unripe & one was barely pink, even the ones dipped in choc were unripe. The cantaloupe had green on some peices. Leaving me w pineapple & grapes, the rest went in the trash. Check your bouquet before accepting it if you pick it up... $60 down the drain😒

I worked her for a month and it was the worst place I have ever worked. They let their employees do whatever they want and they have no rules or guidelines for them. They let the fruit sit out in the display and do not change it. I will never work here again. I would of gave no stars but i had to give at least one. You also have to get a check if you use anything else your bank account will go in the negative.

The parent company of this business wants to hide behind legal words and unfair practicesDont buy from this company they dont honor their free deals and coupons...This location is a great location but the Company itself is a a greedy not telling the truth company...Wont ever buy another arrangement...

No sense of business! I went there for chocolate covered strawberries and they said they stopped production and are closing in 10 mins when Google says they close in 1 hour. She said she told the manager and the manager obviously has no idea what they are doing. They are lacking in their business

Poor service. Paid for an order of strawberries on Valentine’s Day and they claim there was no record in the system. Now I lost $30, strawberries, and a smile from my girlfriend.
