Zephyr Thomas did a great job converting our screened porch to a 3 season room. Installed quality doors and windows. Work was done in the time projected. The installers were professional as well as nice. They were very patient with us in doing the finishing work to my wifes satisfaction.

We couldnt be happier with our addition. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. One example is how they tied the roof lines together. You would never know it was an addition The whole team was amazing to work with. What do you do when you are new to a community and have an urgent issue and everywhere you call people are saying, we can fit you in sometime next year? ... You keep calling. Zephyrs initial response was the same, but when I explained the situation more fully to the receptionist, she compassionately said, let me see what I can do.Issue: New floors being put into the Master Bedroom (another company) and found sub-flooring rotten and dry rot on structural members below. I kept on calling, but 45 minutes later I went upstairs to see how things were going and there was a gentleman from Zephyr there (came in with the flooring workers) on the phone talking to their estimator. We discussed the situation further and he recognized that we couldnt live with a hole in the floor until winter. By that afternoon, I had a very reasonable estimate signed and work began and ended on the next business day.Zephyr made a gap in their schedule and fixed the problem before many other contractors returned my call to say, next springtime we can fit you in. I am nothing but pleased. This was above and beyond.

They turned our screened in porch, that we could only use when it was not cold and not hot into a four seasons room with just the additions of windows and an insulated door. Zephyr Thomas recently did an extraordinary job of installing a drop ceiling and recessed lighting in my basement. The project turned out even better than I had hoped. I used Thomas Zephyr in the past for renovating my garage, and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

After a visit for an estimate we were informed that it would take approximately a week to receive something from them. After over a week I reached out 3 times, no response twice and a third time the individual indicated they would check on it....then nothing. My husband called after two weeks and individual told him they would try and have it completed within a few days.....still nothing. Very unprofessional to not follow up with potential customers, wasnt a small job either. Very disappointed after wasting so much time ~

We had storm doors installed last Thursday. Everyone from Kim at the showroom (is wonderful answered many questions), Matt the salesman and the installers, were professional and friendly. The installers were meticulous, they took their time making sure all went well. And they cleaned up and took all trash with them. Any home improvement needs give them a call.

Ive contracted with this company two different times to do window installations, repair work and vinyl installation on my almost 100 year home. Their work crews were the best. On-time, respectful and their work and clean-up was impeccable. I felt so bad for my salesman, Matt, who had to deal with Columbias HARB board. He was persistent and really went the extra mile for me, giving up several evenings to attend meetings to get approval and the permit.

We had a leak in our roof around the chimney chase and called 3 roofing contractors to repair. All 3 were absolutely useless and clueless. I saw a ad for Zephyr Thomas and figured I try contractor number 4. Boy, are we glad we did. John came out and looked area the area and gave us a complete explanation what was happening. Within 2 weeks he and his two sons came back and spent the day completely repairing the roof and chimney area. It seems the roofer who installed a complete new roof 2 years ago never flashed the chimney area and did a horrible job ! Of course the other contractors I had come out to check the leak over the past year were just as incompetent ! Thankfully Zephyr Thomas stepped up and knew how to fix the problem correctly. We have nothing but praise for John and his sons for their workmanship and professionalism. By the way, the cost was also very reasonable and they guarantee their work. We highly recommend Zephyr Thomas !!!!

After reading reviews online my wife and I decided to have Zephyr Thomas come out and provide a consultation for an existing deck on a house we just purchased. The previous owners did not make the necessary improvements to the deck in order to keep it updated and safe. We wanted to have a professional look at the current quality of the deck and make improvements within a budget. Brad came to the house, looked the deck over, and provided recommendations to extend the decks longevity. We sat down and he was able to work close to my budget to make improvements on the existing deck. He answered all questions and provided a step-by-step of how the entire process would go, when the work would be done, and how to take care of the newer portions of the deck afterward.A few weeks later I received a call that the deck would be worked on the following week. Zephyr Thomas worked with our municipality to obtain all permits required for the job. The office staff answered any questions I had before the deck work began and was always prompt in getting back to me or leaving a message.When the deck was finished the Installation Professionals answered any and all questions I had and explained why they did what they did to each aspect of the deck. They had to make some on-the-day decisions, however, they explained them to me and those decisions were based on safety and the existing structure of the deck.Brad called the next day and went through the questions I asked the Installation Professionals as well as additional questions that came up, and answered all of them. He even had one of his Installation Professional come back to the house and move up the handrail on the stairs based on my request.Overall, I appreciate how the team at Zephyr Thomas worked to ensure my deck was done correctly so that my family and friends can enjoy a maintained, safe deck this coming Spring and Summer.

Zephyr Thomas came in to replace a front Storm Door that a terrible wind storm took hold of and ripped it off its hinges! It was awful. The owner came and talked to us. We choose an upgraded new door, were very happy with the service too. We had used them many years before for new siding and windows as well. This was during the Co-Vid19 Pandemic so we werent sure when this would get done, although we were listed as an emergency. Some weeks later, the door was in-house and the men were here to do the job. They were clean, on time, efficient, knowledgeable and we couldnt have been happier with the finished product! We have other projects coming up and will certainly be using Zephyr Thomas for those as well.

Were thrilled with our bathroom remodel. We had our old whirlpool/jacuzzi taken out and an amazing beautiful walk in shower put in its place. Bill and Jack did a wonderful job...from the removal of the tile, tub and old shower to building the shower and a closet, and the tile work was outstanding. We recommend them highly!July 2018...and Zephyr Thomas did work on my deck which included removing several deck boards and several hundreds of screws. I was so pleased with the job and mostly with the clean up! Its an area where we people dont wear shoes, and there was not one screw left on the ground. I highly recommend Zephyr Thomas employees and their work. I needed a custom exterior door for a 1910 house. Daryel, the salesman, and I worked through several options (such as figuring out how to handle the transom and the type of door) before settling on a great plan. Then Doug and Dave spent two days installing the door, a bit longer than anticipated because of challenges related to the age of the house. Their work was very professional and detail-oriented -- and the door looks stunning. They were also friendly and pleasant to have around. I contacted Zephyr Thomas regarding replacing my front door. My experience with Matt during the sales process led me to choose Zephyr Thomas over other companies I had consulted with. My good experience continued on installation day with Donnie and Steve. They took care with protecting my home during removal of the old door, kept the area clean throughout the process, and made sure that the new door was installed properly. I appreciated the extra steps they took to allow me to reuse existing trim, original to my home, and make it look like the door has always been there. It was truly a great experience.

Two years ago we had Zephyr Thomas replace all of our upstairs windows and loved them so much that we had them back this year to replace all of our downstairs windows. The windows are awesome quality and we noticed the difference immediately not only in the curbside appeal but also the improved temperature and sound control from traffic outside. I called several companies to get an estimate for a porch replacement. Zephyr Thomas promptly returned my call and set up an appointment to visit my home. When Matt came out to my home, he is the only one to actually look under my porch to see what was going on. I did NOT need my porch replaced, I only required minor repairs. The other two companies were going to replace the entire porch. Thanks to Matts thorough inspection, honesty and integrity, I had enough money left in my budget to replace my basement windows and fix the window wells. Matt was involved in the entire process from estimating, to measuring for windows, to getting the permit from the borough and showing up the day the work started to make sure the crew understood the job. Ive used Zephyr Thomas for a couple of projects (windows, two patio doors and they sheathed the trim on my garage with aluminum) and can say without reservation these guys do a great job. They pay attention to quality and details, true craftsmanship. Id recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right, you can probably find cheaper but you probably wont find better. I would say book your project early they are super busy and you will probably be a few weeks out at least that was my experience.

We recently had Zephyr Thomas complete two jobs for us - replacement of a concrete pad through a third party contractor and replacement of some siding which they did. We replaced our wood deck and the entire project could not have gone better! Matt Davies (no relation) was our sales person and he was a complete professional. He did not over-sell and addressed all of our concerns and questions. He told us the job schedule and it was met. The crew was also professional. Job site was left clean. Work was completed without any issues. Matt had told us that the crew would bring a truck to the back of the house to load up the debris and drop off the new supplies. Because of the summer rains, they elected to hand-carry all materials, both old and new. They were concerned about tearing up the lawn! The job was completed to our compete and total satisfactory and we recommend Zephry Thomas without reservation.

Very pleased with my experience. They were prompt in giving me an estimate on a job that was beyond my realm of ability, the estimate was lower than that from another company, the staff was courteous, and I was very pleased with the aesthetics of the end result.

Best group of people you could work with. This is the 2nd project theyve done for us. A deck, now had our windows replaced. Had 2 other estimates done 1st & Zephyr Thomas had the most reasonable estimate and best price. We went with the product recommended by Brad as he knows how particular my husband is. Its nice that they have the same guys working on our project as did our deck. We are so happy with our windows. It is so quiet in our home, and its so nice to open our windows & have screens! Our builder left us with 4 screens for the entire house. I highly recommend Zephyr Thomas. You cant go wrong. If youre getting windows, make sure you get an estimate from them before going with Anderson or Pella & compare the quality.

Brad the salesman was great. Did a great job of explaining about the Provia sliding glass door that we bought. Was very friendly and helpful. Came to our house and correctly measured the opening to order the door. Actually came during a snow storm which was the worst storm of the year. Thomas and Brian did a fantastic job of installing the door. They were very professional and helpful. They paid very close attention to detail and made sure that the door operated correctly and made sure that the installation met my complete satisfaction. Great company to work with. It all started when we had to have a window replaced and Coy came to our house. He was so nice and informed us of all the home improvements that they do. We decided to use them to have new gutters installed and couldnt be happier with the installation. Matt was a pleasure to work with. Hoping to have them do some more work for us in the future. I will NEVER call them again. I thought it was going to be a good thing. I called them and they were out the next day. Then NOTHING. I never received a quote. I called them 7 days after the guy came and they told me that it could take up to 10 days to get a quote and that the guy would call me. NOTHING I never heard ANYTHING after that. I guess my house needs were too small for them. My house was left in shambles longer then it had to be because they didnt have the decency to call me and let me know they didnt want the job after they told me how long it would take to do the job just had to get the quote through.I had the job done by Helpful Hands Handyman. I would suggest them to anyone.

The work and the workman from Zephyr Thomas were professional and the work was excellent. It is nice to have a deck cover over the front door and gutters on the house again. I will be looking forward to giving them a nod in the future for work that I need.
