Don’t write reviews often but hope it saves someone from the hassle this place Has caused us. Dropped my mower off for service two months ago. Was told the fix would be two weeks long. Never got phone calls back when promised. Every conversation we have had was us calling them for updates after them promising to call us for updates. Called today and now told another month for a simple relay. Horrible communication skills. Will update review if we actually get our mower back.Update-We have received our mower back and actually delivered it for free. The communication after the review was great so have changed the rating as well

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased Kubota tractor & within days bolts were loosening in various places. Purchased extended warranty but twice now they have had the tractor for 3 MONTHS each time to repair due to staff shortage and various other excuses. Tractor has been sitting in their lot waiting for repairs more than I have had it at my own farm! Will NEVER buy from Allpower OR Kubota again. Horrible experience that is still costing me.

Got a great deal on a backhoe. Manager could answer all questions. The biggest question... If we buy a kabota off the internet. We bring it in for some running condition, we find out it was never completely paid for. Kabota is taking our machinery, we are out any money we paid for it.I decided to buy new.But you can call kabota with the serial number. They will tell you if anything is owed. Dont pay cash. Better get a receipt and ID the seller with a photo id.It is now May 2. I bought the tractor, front bucket, and backhoe on March 4th.We have been waiting for a part to make the chair swivel with extended seatbelt for the backhoe. We finally got the tractor, front bucket and the forks. Monday April 26. We are still waiting for the parts the computer states is sitting at the docks in Kansas, but the computer states it is in transit for weeks from the main corporate offices. This guy Daniel in Lancaster is who owns the Kabota business is caught in the middle. Which is why he gave me the forks.Hes been really trying to keep me happy.Kabota ( corp) just makes excuses. Blames it on Covid. We are losing our window of nice weather. So now we wait for another reason. We are not experienced with this sort of machinery. So trying it in wet weather is suicidal. So we will wait.

I have used this company for years for parts when I owned my mowing service. I have referred many of my old customers and friends to them. After years of patronage my advice would be to find another dealer. Last week a friend wanted to buy a mower. I took him to the store. I advised him on what to buy for years of service. My friend and I were there an hour waiting on the owner to discuss a sale. We left as my friend wanted to compare prices. I believe in the cub cadet brand. After a couple hours we returned to the store where my friend purchased a new zero turn mower with cash. Happy, we left with an expected delivery date of April 11th. That date came and went. No delivery. No phone call, nothing. The next day I drove 60 miles home from my camp site, picked up my friend and drove to the store. The owner, who sold the mower to us informed us he had forgotten to schedule the delivery. He assured us the mower would be delivered by the end of the day. He said he would deliver it himself after 5:30pm. Satisfied, we left. The mower was not delivered. The Owners word means nothing. Unless a purchase is cash and carry, dont buy from this. Company

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They treat you like family. They will not try to sell you something you do not need. I bought a tractor from them and 2 months later I got a bad batch of diesel. I called them instantly and they literally were at my house within 30 minutes to take it back to their shop. If you want to buy a piece of equipment from a company who stands behind their work and products, ALLPOWER is the place.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I bought from this cap place. Bought a utv 3 MONTHS ago and ordered a top along with it. They had to order the top and said it would be a few days for it to be delivered and theyd call when it arrived to schedule a day for install. 2 weeks went by and nothing so I called in and they forgot to even order it. So they apologized said theyd order it immediately and it should be a few days again. A few more weeks go by and again nothing. I call in and they say the shipment is waiting for more parts in the order to be delivered. So, fed up, I said I would just like my money back and they offered me a different top and I refuse so they said we will mail you a check. That was over a month ago and nothing

I have never made a Google review for a business, but I feel obligated to do so after the experience at this business. My wife and I purchased a brand new zero turn mower at All Power in Lancaster six months before this post (end of March 2016). In September I was cutting our grass and halfway through the session the mower engine sounded like it was losing fuel supply and slowing down and then died altogether. After leaving it off it would start again only to die a short time later. We called All Power about the problem and were told it would be nearly a week before they could pick it up to look at it. After they finally got it (with grass growing the entire time that we now were unable to cut) we waited for several days for a reply telling us the problem and eventually had to call ourselves to check on it. We were told that the tech had run the mower for over an hour and that they couldnt find the problem. We were also told that it would now be over $150 for the evaluation and pickup/dropoff....for a problem with a brand new six month old mower that we had just paid them over $10K for! I expressed that I didnt agree with this and Jim advised me that he would reduce the cost to $116 and had to charge us because they couldnt count anything under warranty because they were unable to diagnose the problem (like that was doing a favor for a new warrantied mower). My wife and I were in the hospital with a newborn baby at this time, which I told Jim, and I was not in a place to debate further so I paid over the phone for the fee and asked if he could deliver the mower back to our house (having now paid a fee for the delivery back to our house) so that I could cut our now 2 week uncut yard and then return to the hospital. He stated that he would be able to and that it would be before or at noon that day (it is now 9:00am). He then said he would confirm this with his delivery driver and call me back to confirm with me. After two hours (now 11:00am) of no return call I called them and was told the driver was not in yet and that it may be a little after noon but I would be called when the driver was leaving to drop it off. After no word at all from anyone I called at 5:10pm (they close at 5:30) and again spoke to Jim. He stated very bluntly and unconcerned that he had gotten busy and just didnt call. It was now too late for me to get home from the hospital to cut the grass and return so this was of no help. He could clearly care less about any of this and when I voiced my displeasure (politely) with our entire experience with his company he brushed it off completely and was content to leave a customer disappointed and with no answer to a defective piece of expensive equipment from their business. I told him I would discourage anyone I encountered from ever doing business with them and he did not care at all. Consider this review that warning and go elsewhere for any power equipment needs. I hope they read this and realize they have lost tens of thousands of dollars in referrals due to greed and apathy.

I had Allpower pickup my Toro Zeroturn mower for a drive belt replacement. To save me money and because they do not carry Toro parts, they recommended I purchase the drive belt myself and send it with the mower when it was picked up. I bought the belt from my normal mower repair company who is currently working on another of my mowers and has a several week backlog. The two gentlemen who picked up the mower were friendly enough. They struggled a bit to get the mower on the trailer, it took the three of us to punch it up on the trailer. The mower was started and the deck was turned to to show the mower runs and the deck works, it just doesn’t move due to the drive belt needing replaced. The engine started up with no issues, no smoke, no oil leaks, no oil coming from fuel pump, and the deck functioned normally as well. I was told the repair would most likely take two days. Most places take a minimum of a week in the area, my regular service guy has mowers for several months sometimes. In this case it took a week for a representative to contact me.On 9/25/18, a gentleman called to tell me my head gasket needed to be replaced after they ran a compression check. He informed me the repair would cost $800 in addition to the $240 cost to replace the drive belt.I had this mowers head gasket replaced in April, I asked that they don’t repair it and to just replace the drive belt the mower was sent to Allpower to repair. Mower is home and it is mobile again.

This should have been update several months ago.Daniel Burge contacted me thru both email and phone to apologize and also collect information on the situation. The apology was sincere. Correcting the damage that was inflicted was impossible however I was assured that this was a rare accurance of employees dropping the ball and that the next time I set foot in Allpower the experience would be above my expectations.Original 2 star review below.I am honestly conflicted. I know a couple of customers who praise this company and their continued service. These same individuals can not believe that my experience so far is with the same company. The only difference any of us could come up with is the fact that I bought a SRM266-T with parts and accessorys, the individuals who have received great support bought Kubota tractors. When I was first inquiring about a trimmer the salesman would not call me back no matter how many time I left messages. When I purchased the trimmer a salesman did apologize and stated that it was not an excuse but he had been very busy getting ready for a Kubota event. I accepted the apologie and moved on. With one tank of gas on the trimmer the head litterately flew apart, the guts were spread out all over the weeds. Took close to an hour to find them all. I stopped by the dealer to purchase spare eyelets since I now knew how easy it was for them to come out and asked about the head flying apart while I was there. I was told that the head had I be a fluke because that just doesnt happen, I also asked I purchase a spare NGK spark plug just in case, I was sold a generic plug 😡. Not even half a gallon of gas later the head will not stay together, even at idle while walking for spot to spot it would fly apart and once again I was searching for parts. I was putting this thing back together more than I was trimming. I took the head to the dealer and was told that while they had no idea why it was doing it, it would be covered under warranty, however they would need the entire unit in order to do it. I had the unit in the car but stressed that I still needed it for the brush cutter attachment. All power insisted that they had I have it, I would just have to go without trimming and it would only take a couple of days to fix it. It took weeks to fix it, literally weeks. I lost a good job over Allpower. Six of the eight council members could not justify hiring me when I couldnt even keep my own property cleaned up. I was the top candadit, the only one who had a degree that applied for the job, however I didnt get the job over the maintenance on my property. I called Daniel and explained what Allpower had cost me, and asked why it was taking so long. I was told that it was no big deal, the parts hadnt come in, if I came in a manager might, might let me take the unit home to use the brush cutter to clean things up. I done lost a job that will not be available again for at least two decades until someone retired, what was the point of going in just to be told that loosing a job only three minutes from home was no big deal. I had to call to be told that the unit was done and ready. Allpower doesnt even have the decency to call a customer to tell them that a repair is done. Needless to say when I went to pick the unit up they couldnt even find the paperwork, I received no apology for the damage that has been caused by their practices, not even an explanation on how a couple days turns into a couple of weeks. Honestly I could give them one star out of five, however the unit did get fixed, just cost me a couple grand, thats all. I hope this POS doesnt fly apart again. As far as my experience when a guy goes in and trys to form a good relationship with a dealer, buys a quality string trimmer, overpaid for the brush cutter kit, and spends some cash on oil and some spare parts, I have no choice but to quote Daniel and say that apparently, it was no big deal. I cant help that I dont have twenty grand to pay for good customer support, but for those who can apparently its a good place to do business.
