This was the easiest, most hassle free major purchase Ive ever made. Ive never owned a tractor and Andy Ramos was very helpful in picking the right one for my needs. He personally delivered the tractor and implements to my home, even though I live 2&1/2 hours from Lancaster. He took the time to walk me through basic operating of the tractor and implements. I thoroughly enjoy working on my property with it. Thanks Andy!

Buying a new tractor. So far happy with the salesman and parts guy.

Andy was my salesman, and unlike Ahern in Oxnard kern machinery knows how to treat customers, I had purchased a 2021 Kubota bx2380 and it turned out to be to small to handle the tasks on my property, I reached out to Andy to see about a JD 3 series and ended up buying a 3032E and could not be happier, kern machinery and Andy did a fantastic job and I will send anyone I know to them! Thanks again guys!

I own a 5075E JD and love it! Unfortunately the same cannot be said about Kern Machinerys Lancaster division. I attempted to replace my broken Gearmore hydraulic top link and was told I would have to wait months. I enquired about perhaps replacing it with a JD part and was told after research that it was not available. I then discovered through my own effort, I could replace the part with a comparable unit albeit not a Gearmore part, from Tractor Supply. Joes response was Kern Lancaster does not provide cheap parts. I reminded him that the part that that failed was Gearmore part. The cost savings was 1/3 the price of the Gearmore and when I received and fitted it it appears to be very well made in fact the hydraulic hoses I ordered from Tractor Supply are very well made and the best hoses on my JD. I could replace this unit 3 times for the price of the Gearmore. The part has been working very well and I am very pleased with my decision. So sad that Parts department could not be more helpful, not the JD standard.

Great customer service and had a hard to find part for an older model John Deere gator amt 626 5 wheeler cheaper than what i found on-line... Store is super clean and organized compared to the motorcycle shop next door that looks like an episode of Hoarders

Well, can’t say much bad here. I needed parts for an old John Deere 1050. They found them for me. The reason for three stars. Because you cannot beat the deals you get out of state. And with trailer included.

Service is fair at best (although I am a big fan of Dannys).I am going to look at Kubotas just because I do not want to rely on this dealer. I am worried that should my equipment need service...I may be waiting for a while (over 2 years on my riding mower), thus making me look bad in the eyes of my customers.Like another review stated...no one is around. Surprised this company is still in business.
