I called them earlier today to see of they would fix the posts for the gate on our aluminum fence. The woman asked who installed the fence and where I purchased the materials. I told her it was all through Home Depot. She tells me that i get what I paid for. She was pretty rude about it. I was told that they likely wouldnt be able to fix it, but she would ask. I just received a message saying that they refuse to do it. Now I could completely understand this if they werent being paid for the job. Im not asking for free service. A fencing contractor that claims they provide quality service, wouldnt deny someone like me for this reason.

I cannot be more pleased with this company. Sam and Matt which is in training are extremely good in putting up vinyl. Everything is straight and level and looks fantastic. The neighbors are really impressed and are going to request quotes. You CANNOT go wrong with this company. Matt, the owner, gave me a tour of his facility and it was impressive. Believe me, you don’t need to check with any other fence company. If quality is what your looking for, look no further. Try to request Sam and Matt.

We used Fence Solutions about 15 years ago at previous house. I was happy with it and wanted to have them out to fence our current yard. So, it isnt like me to leave bad comments about a business on here. Everyone can have a bad day. However, I would never, ever recommend Fence Solutions to do ANY work. We had them out to give ideas and an estimate to fence our yard. We are aware that the yard is difficult. It is tiered, wooded, and rocky.1. He came out 30 mins before our scheduled time. My daughter told him I was less 10 mins away. He told her he would go take a look.2. He went down the rock steps to the backyard. No we cannot fence the rock steps. We know that. I would have take him around the other, flat, grassy side.3. He left before I even made it out of the parking lot at work.I called him to see what we could do for the yard. He YELLED at me about how impossible it is to fence our yard. Full on scolding me as if I should have known better than to waste his time coming out to discuss this yard.He did not even give me the opportunity to tell him that we will be clearing the yard to make it more accessible. We have a clear path wide enough to drive a car down the side of our house, but he said he cant get equipment back there. We are planning to remove the trees, shrubs, whatever, to get it ready. We just needed to know exactly what needs done. He hung up on me saying (and I quote) it is an impossible job and good luck finding someone.

I spent $10,000 on a white vinyl fence and now have a problem with a post leaning. I thought Matt was an upstanding business owner but only if you are buying not if you have a problem. He has been promising to fix my fence for 5 months and now says he’s to busy so if I want it fixed I’ll have to find someone else!! Very disappointed. He was right here when I asked for a quote and installed it. I hope you don’t have any problems after installation ......

This company did a very nice job on our fencing. Addressed all concerns regarding containment of small dogs. Great attention to detail.

I contacted Matt Thompson at Fence Solutions after I had gotten a new puppy. I live on a very busy street and was concerned for her safety. Matt came out right away to give me an estimate, and understood my concerns for the dog. I felt his estimate was very fair and wanted to begin right away. He put me on their schedule promptly, and had my fence installed less than two weeks later. Matt was able to customize my fence and gates as I wished to accommodate my dog. Pricey...

The receptionist was rude when I called about purchasing gates. She said everyone was busy, took a message, and asked for my address. Then preceded to tell me I didn’t need that many or size of gate in a belittling manner. How would she know what it was for and if that were true? They never returned my call and I took my business elsewhere. I’m very disappointed in the customer service.

My husband and I are so pleased with the elegant, very useful fence that Fence Solutions installed on our historic property. Our neighbors, who share the fence, enjoy the beauty and privacy as much as we do. Thanks Matt for being a creative perfectionist.
