Very fun place to go to get a very good quality stuffed animal, my son absolutely loves to go there.

Had my daughters 5th birthday party at BAB, she loves the place! All her friends seemed to enjoy it! While we had a lot of fun and the staff was friendly and helpful, the actual company has awful customer service. They couldnt ensure a specific bear would be at her party and encouraged me to cancel if I was worried about it. Not thrilled. Unfortunately my daughter wants to go all the time so I have to be disappointed with their customer service and move on.

I was there for an interview for a job there, then I looked around at the variety of stuffed animals available as well as clothes for the animals to.

The great grandson had two animals to get filled. He had a good time, and the staff was outstanding.

Lots of adorable stuffed animals to choose from, they stuff the animal you choose right there. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Weve made a yearly tradition of getting the kids a new stuffy each December before Christmas.

My daughters have both loved this place! The staff is always so kind and helpful especially this past visit this week. All 3 employees were excellent..minus the fact that they forgot to actually give us the birth certificate but my daughter is 2 and couldnt have cared less anyway. I used the pay your own age day coupon for this visit unlike the first visit with my oldest which cost $68!! I wouldnt go back except to use pay your own age because although the experience is great I think that is an outrageous price for a stuffed animal with 1 outfit. Our second visit with my 2 year old and using pay your own age was $7 👌🏼😌

Tried to call in to ask a simple question about a product being in stock or not. I was put on hold and told that 19 people were ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes before I gave up. I couldn’t get through to customer support either! Really disappointed in this company.

If you are looking for a shopping experience that will put a gigantic smile on your childs face and drain your wallet at the same time this is the place for you! If you want to purchase outfits for your newly created stuffed animal prepare to take out a line of credit! Haha, all-in-all its worth it and my daughter loves it 😊

I liked it. When I brought all four of my kids they loved it. But however be prepared to pay a lot of money if you let your child pick anything for the stuffed doll. Like accessories. But the process of how the doll is made and the options like to have a smell or voice sound, thats pretty cool. We waited for income tax time to take our little ones. And we only went once. If its no one there, your fine. But sometimes if people start showing up a lot of parents lose patience with other people. So if you got some spare money and spare time. But if your in a rush and broke dont go.

Cool experience, kids will definitely like this but it is pricey in my opinion.

Had a great time but waited in line a long time to get to the stuffing the machine. The prices are getting pretty high as well. Overall we had a good time!

This was our first time to a Build-A-Bear and the staff was amazing. They were so good with the kids and made the whole experience great!

Just took my son there for his first bear. He picked the Darth Vader Bear, I couldnt believe it even though he has never seen any of the movies. I was touched and it brought me back to those days I grew up on Star wars. I hope he takes an interest! Was an awesome experience! Everyone should experience Build a bear!!

Very nice place to take someone who would love to make their own stuffed animal. They have all kinds, and its super fun to stuff, dress and name your own special friend.

I want to give a shout-out to employee Frances. She was sweet and did a lot of fun things last evening with our daughter who was there on her 8th birthday. She was patient and made the visit very, very fun for my daughter. The little heart routine, before putting the heart into the bear, was priceless. I have it all on video!

Its is very cute for kids who love stuffed animals!! You pick a animal you can put a voice inside or music or sounds! You also can put a real heart beat and a smell inside of it you stuff your own animal and you can pick out outfits amd things to go with it!! You also make a birth certificate for it as well! And dont for get its box house!! It is pricey and everything you wanna add of course is and extra fee. But it is a good experience seeing your kid get excited!!

I made an Eevee here who has kept his chocolate scent for like, over a year. Im very happy with him. 💖

It was my one year olds birthday we went for the count your candles we had diane or diana something like that she was not friendly did not smile one time didnt say happy birthday it was sad because we were excited to go

We didnt even buy anything (mostly because my son is too young to appreciate the experience) and the employee was still soooooo nice and accommodating. Great job!

Had an amazing experience introducing our child to Build A Bear. The staff tonight were so upbeat and interactive with us. It was a wonderful 1st birthday experience!

First time we went was amazing. The girl helping us make the bear made it exciting and was enthusiastic. She told us about all the options and giving the bear a bath and stuff. The second time was horrible and I questioned why a chick like the one we got this time was working here. She looked miserable. She didn’t even give us the option to put sound in our bear. When I asked she said we hce to come back another time and do it which meant she was lazy to do it and we were literally the only ones in line. She didn’t even do all of the exciting things we did last time. She was bad for buisness...really irritated me that she ruined the whole experience and lower d the expectations.

Granddaughter loves getting gift cards from here to get new stuffed animals or clothes for the ones she has

They have a huge variety of costumes, bears n accessories. They also were able to take my nieces sisters babys heart beat off her voice mail n put it into the heart for her bear. 💖

Juat make sure you have at lease $500 you dont have to spend it all but you might if go crazy. And depending how manyvkids you have with you.Great place and Fun
