I have had a great experience with my Beltone Amaze hearing aids. At first I was not sure I liked the microphone being over my ear. But once I realized the best way to put them on was to place the ear piece on first, then insert the part into the ear canal, it has been no problem at all. I actually wear a necklace to remind me that I have my hearing aids on. They are so comfortable, I forget. If my necklace is on, my hearing aids are in. I was worried at first that I would not get used to the sound of my voice. It was a great leap of faith to pay the expense of the aids and trust that I would get used to them. But, as promised, that echo soon went away. Now the sound I hear is a very normal quality. I am so pleased with my purchase. The care I have received has been excellent.

I have had two other hearing aid services with unsatisfactory results. So I tried Beltone on the recommendation of a local physician and my experience has been very good. My in-the-ear hearing aids fit so well that I forget they are there. The sound is quite good and the local service team does a great job.

Every thing was good

I had a problem with my first pair of hearing aids. Amanda and Jackie were tireless in resolving the issues until I was satisfied. Im very happy with my new instruments, especially the bluetooth device for my TV that streams directly into my ears. And the portable rechargeable unit is fabulous, lasts for days and recharges quickly. No handling those tiny batteries. Great people and great products. I highly recommend this office and Beltone products.
