This is a good dessert place to share with friends and family. We ordered the bubble waffle wrap with S’mores and cookies and cream ice cream topped with chocolate cereal, cookie dough, and Oreo crumble. The spoons even change color from the cold. There is outdoor seating at the moment. The service is really good and they are open for questions.

Love this place! One of the best frozen desert locations within 50 miles. Patrick, the owner, has done an amazing job with this store. Customer service is excellent. The frozen custard comes in the standard chocolate and vanilla flavors, but also a variety of unique flavors and blends that change regularly. If you have never tried frozen custard, it is creamier than ice cream and delicious.

I found Zero Degrees while visiting Lancaster. Proper food handling and a clean business are top priority and Zero Degrees ticked both boxes. I tried a combo of the chocolate custard ice cream and strawberry ice layered in a cup. Both were yummy. The person scooping ice cream was helpful, cheerful, and easy to interact with. Zero Degrees is a little gem.

While in the area I was looking for a cold treat and found this great spot. I love Ritas custard and Italian ice, so I was very interested. I ended up getting a mix of Cappuccino and vanilla custard. So creamy and tasty. I will be back! The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Small place with flavorful Italian ice and creamy candy filled ice cream. Flavors had no names. So you either asked or picked based on looks. You can tell the regular customers cause all their orders looked so delicious. Compared to the first time customers like myself whos order looked basic af. Crepes are avaliable and made to order in front of you with different fruit or chocolate filing options. Price is 5 to 15 a person. Funny enough if your out getting ice cream and forgot to pick up your cbd products for the week. No worries they sell it all here. Looks to be a newer business. Place was full of customers. Wait time was approx 10-15min... If your thinking about cold stones but thought hey lets support a local business with sweet flavor choices this is the spot.

This was a great place with a wonderful manager who will let you customize the crepes in any unique ways. The crepes were really great and the ice cream side really made it unique. I especially enjoyed the collection of various treats along the wall that you can bag and buy while waiting for your food to be prepared.

Frozen custard and countless toppings await you when you visit. Many specialty items as well as simple cones, even double cones and waffle cones. A fun atmosphere with friendly people to help you and make suggestions when you cant decide. EVerything is nice.

Zero degrees is a great place for a quick bite and great dessert. With a wide menu and great desert choices from soft serve to Italian ice. I purchased an ice cream cotton candy dessert burrito. Zero degrees has a wall lined with candy and the most adorable and unique knick knacks. Definitely worth paying a visit.

Been here several times, but tonight we tried something that weve never had: my wife had a creme brulee crepe, and I had a bubble wrap. Both were delicious! Dont get the young mans name who was working, but he was very informative, and polite. Great service, young man! We always recommend this place for awesome deserts!

Came here based on reviews and I wasnt disappointed. The custard was very creamy, the waffle itself was very tasty. The staff was friendly and was very cool to talk too.I was HOT then god said let there be Italian Ice. Yum I had raspberry passion and watermelon fun so good $3 for a small cup. Friendly service and lots of great creations for a good price. Ive tried the bubble wrap and a crepe. Both are big enough to share. I like their kitschy things to buy or peruse while you wait for your sweets. Im looking forward to coming back and supporting small business owners in my community.

I love that they host Cedar Open Mic to allow it to stay local and on the BLVD. I also found it super convenient to be able to quickly buy a grilled cheese and it was only $2 which is very cheap for something on the blvd honestly. I didnt really care for the atmosphere, lighting, or staff though and like others actually felt ignored by particular employees (although not enough for me to leave). Everything I ordered was very good quality and I would definitely order from them again.

This is one of my favorite places to stop at in Lancaster when visiting family. Its on the Blvd which is a small, fun downtown area. The frozen custard is really creamy and an arctic combo is delicious!

We came here today and left without buying anything. There was 1 person ahead of us and 1 guy working. He didnt acknowledge or greet us. After helping them he went to the back and didnt come out for 5 minutes. When he came out he continued ignoring us. Never made eye contact or anything. Wish wed got his name so we could put him on blast on here. We left and got dessert across the street where we had much better service.

This is the best place to go on a hot sunny day to get ice cream shakes or custard but my personal fav is the smoothies those are just so tasty. Also when its cold I like to get the grilled cheese sandwiches for 2$.

Ice cream is good but a lil pricey. We ordered 4 different types since there was 4 of us and took almost 20 plus minutes to get them all. By the time my kids got there ice cream ours was almost melted.

This was a weird visit as I have been here before. The staff ignored my family and took the orders of people who came in after us. Staff members would make eye contact and then walk to the back and come out to help people who came in after us. One staff member was instructed to help my family but instead passed us up and went to the back of the store and once again came out and help other people who came in after us. This is not how you keep people coming back. We will back to speak with the manager in the morning as it appeared the staff tonight was more concerned with socializing with friends that came in the store than actually doing the jib they are being paid to do.

Gosh!!!!! 😋😋😋So, I am allergic to food dye red #40, so when I go out for ice cream 99% of the time I get something chocolate/coffee flavored bc its least likely to have the dreaded food dye.Well today I went to zero degree on Lancaster Blvd, we spoke with Patrick who was working the counter (he was great and super friendly and gave out huge samples!) He tried to give me a sample of something that was VERY red and I asked if he knew if it had the dye. His response made me SO HAPPY!!! His sister makes the ice cream/italian ice/custard and doesnt put ALL THE JUNK in it!!! I got a cup of black cherry custard with watermelon and berry italian ice on top!!!! My cup was SOOOOO PINK!!!!! I have most definitely found my new favorite ice cream spot!!!! 😁😁😁Oh, and bonus... The spoons change colors! 😄

I really really like this place I really love the ice cream types and how they change the flavors almost everyday and the people that work there are awesome but my favorite people that works there is Patrick he is like super nice you know the candies that are on the side at 0 degrees that you can buy he lets us get them each one for $0.01 so hes awesome and also hes a very good guy he actually gave us like everything and he gave us one of the waffle cones right after their burn but 0 degrees is an ice cream shop but its good and delicious I really like it and I hope you guys go and give this place five stars,awsome staff special Patrick

So tonight we were walking around pokemon go hunting and stopped for treats. My kid wanted frozen custard and i asked if there was any way in hell they knew the carb count. They ask the manager who isnt sure and i explain why i am asking (T1D kid) and he got on the phone with the lady who makes all of their custard. She in turn got on her computer and figured out the carbs per 4 oz serving AND told me how many ounces the cups hold. My kid was able to eat treats like any other kid in the world and not worry about if we guessed the carbs right or not and was getting the exact amount of insulin needed. This is HUGE for us. Thank you SO much.
