Dropped off an oxygen regulator to be repaired and was told that it would be around two weeks. Went back two weeks later and it was still sitting in the same spot. It was not sent out for repairs. The person behind the counter said they wait for a few before sending items out for repair. Customer beware, for items being repaired. It could be weeks or months before getting it back. Took the regulator to competitor in Palmdale and they said one week. Talked to manager at Praxair he had no answer. His answer I do not know.

Very rude and incompetent. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
