Jim was friendly & likeable. I enjoyed talking with him. I needed to strings on my Taylor guitar which is something I no longer do for myself. He made a couple of other improvements & put me onto great electronic tuner which by the way he doesnt sell. Price was very reasonable. I will gladly go back again.

Have been going to Jim with all of my stringed instruments now for about 18 years. And I was never disappointed he does amazing work. Once I brought in my strat with a case that only had one working buckle and he took it apon himself to fix the other two good as new.
