Unbelievable excellent experience. After UPS corporate lost my packages, then found them and sent them back then manager of this store overnighted them at no cost to me! I wont go to any other store!
I ship packages multiple times a week. This is the only ups that I have ever had problems with 4 packages within one week has been either stolen or taken out of the box and sealed back up. I will never use this ups again. And I would advise anyone that is shipping anything that’s valuable not to use this location.
While staff is friendly, they do not take any precautions to stop the spread of the corona virus. No masks or plastic barriers between the customers and employees. Even though UPS police mandates all employees wear a mask.Update: I was contacted by the owner of this location, Mr. Gilmore, and have been assured that the issue is being handled. Thanks for listening to my concerns and correcting the issue.
Just happened today! Not customer friendly at all, I walked in the store and was never greeted another staff member I assume was attempting to come and assist me but the telephone rang and they answered it and still was never greeted once they got off the phone the other employee asked for some assistance they proceeded to help that employee and not the customer standing in the store. I will not be using this UPS if I could only give negative Stars I would.

I visited on 07/15/20, needed to have copies made for next day mail delivery which needed a label made. Staff is very informative, kind and helpful. Will definitely go again.

Very concerning how the staff doesnt seem caring about the need to wear masks.I went today and none of the employees were wearing them.An older customer who was wearing one addressed it with them.They just smiled about it and disregarded what she said.And still didnt wear them.We are in a pandemic and this is place is not recommended if they dont care about the safety of their customers .
Always have a great experience in this store. Today Steven helped me send back 2 large boxes! I was prepared to have to go through a lot to get them ready to be shipped back, but he handled everything for me & advised the best way to ship them back. Great employees!!
My experience with this store was nothing short of perfect! Not only do they help you with anything you may need, you really feel at home with this store. I am always greeted with a smile and I never worry about anything because they are very professional and you can tell they are all well trained! If you need business cards, this is the place to go. I have my own business and needed some new cards. I asked and boy did they deliver, Anna designed them for me and I couldnt have asked for anything better. She understood everything I wanted and created my exact vision PLUS more. I can not wait to start handing them out
I went in with a picture that I needed enlarged. I wasnt expecting to get it until the next day. Anna went right to work on it and enlarged it to the perfect size on the first try. I was totally amazed at her efficiency. Im thinking she is new to this store, but i want Mike to know how impressed I was with her work expertise. The best part of it was that I didnt have to come back the next day. Only took about 5 min. Anna is a keeper!! Morgan was also very friendly. That certainly makes a difference to the customer!!
The experience I had with this store was phenomenal. All of the associates are so well mannered and really make you feel at home! It doesnt matter if Im printing, or shipping with them they always provide the best service any customer could ask for. They always go above and beyond for me and I would never go to or trust anyone else! Go find out for yourself! Love these guys!

We love the convenience of them being next door to us. Anytime we need copies, flyers made, packages shipped, they are our go to! Morgan, Anna, Tyler and Colton ALWAYS pitch in and work like a team when we have a larger situation and need more than one persons help. Today, Morgan and Anna both helped me ship a package. Anna, created business cards for me and the quality and design was excellent just like I asked for, and the card where finished in the time I was promised.I have been coming to the store, since the new management took over and I have always been very satisfied with their mailbox services, printing, UPS shipping and receiving mail and packages from UPS Fe-Dex and US mail.
I came in this past Saturday inquiring about some flyers and banners for my upcoming church event. I had the pleasure of meeting the store Manager, Anna. She was so pleasant and really helped me with everything I needed. I was also faxing off some important documents as well and she took care of everything so fast and efficient! Morgan was great.. had several boxes to ship, insured, was kind of pricey but it had to be done.. didn’t mind the cost since Morgan was awesome, friendly and very helpful.

I went in today and spoke with Morgan about my brochures I needed for my business. Morgan helped me come up with a plan and shortly after lunch emailed me and got everything set up. Later this afternoon I picked everything up. All in under one business day and I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality!

My experience with this store has been great. The management has gone above and beyond to be sure the product I wanted was exactly the way I had thought it should be. Wow this place is quite pricey. Came in a couple of weeks ago to get a quote on shipping. It was $21.00+, so I went to USPS, same package shipped PRIORITY for less than $10.00. Thought nothing of it. Came back today(2/7/18) for a box. Plain, empty, shipping box. The box itself was over $10.00. Needless to say, I wont be giving this place a third visit. If you use this place, you are definitely wasting money, in my opinion.
I would give it a 0 but that isn’t an option . Sent a box of 3 custom Easter baskets to my grandkids near Chicago. Each one heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned inside a heavy duty moving box. The box was new and securely taped. My shipping label indicated I was charged for 17 Lbs. and I was assured it would be to the destination in 4 days. When it didn’t arrive I checked the tracking and saw it would be delivered the next day..no big deal. The next day my son calls and says the box only contained 2 wrapped baskets. When he sent me a picture..the packing box was a completely different one than I sent and the weight was 12 lbs on his scale. This is where the DELIGHTFUL service with Anna at the Lancaster, SC store began. Her list of excuses boggles the mind...first she tried to tell me “they weren’t UPS”...it just says that on the storefront...REALLY???? then she says my box must have been poorly wrapped and flimsy and came apart and contents were scattered and lost...REALLY??? Then she tried telling me it must have been thrown off the conveyor belt at the distribution center and they did the best they could to send it on....REALLY??? Then she told me about other customers who pack poorly and she had to file claims all the time...REALLY???? She finally said she could file a claim but it probably won’t help. She then started to hang up and I asked if you are going to file a claim wouldn’t you need my information? Oh yeah she says...what is it? REALLY??? She tells me she will follow up the next day. I call back later and speak to Morgan...give him a message for Anna that I would like to know WHERE this box was repacked and was assured she would call me first thing in the morning...TWO DAYS later I have to call the Lancaster store back because GUESS WHAT...no one called with follow up!!! I get Anna on the first try...OH JOY... she says yeah I filed a claim. I asked her about my message to call me...no response...I ask about the weight discrepancy and she says I pay the same because it’s a RANGE of weights that are price tiered...she has no other information nor offer of any type of follow up process...I tell her that unless she can provide information in the location of my repack I can only assume the Lancaster, SC UPS store opened my package...removed what was clearly an expensive custom Easter basket for a little boy...put the 2 equally customized Easter baskets for little girls into a smaller box and sent them on...because I’m thinking that if the original box suffered some kind of catastrophic damage as Anna indicated it must have then it surely is an Easter miracle all it’s own that the two other baskets are in perfect pristine condition....Anna seemed unconcerned that I thought the Lancaster SC store did some shopping out of my box so perhaps it’s common place for them....at any rate...I put together another basket minus a great present we had gotten at the beach and can’t replace, went to FedEx and was helped by an awesome person who got the replacement to its destination in less than 24 hours for less than UPS charged for 3-4 days...if there was an award for the WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...Anna and the Lancaster, SC store deserve highest honors...oh And by the way...asked to be put in touch with Mike Gilmore, the owner and was told he owned a few stores and was very busy and they had no way to contact or know where he was...gosh let’s hope there’s never an emergency and they need to get ahold of him

Always rude and short staffed. I vowed never to return. No matter how quickly I need to shop something, I’ll pay extra and find another UPS store or pay extra with Fedex. They are unprofessional. I think Morgan is the worst to be waited on by. She acts like she’s ready for you to leave the minute you walk in. You hear staff working in the back. Instead of coming out and helping; they rather have you wait. This location is worthless!
I get tons of my pictures copied and printed here. They do a great job and are also very friendly. Will always be my go to store

The shipping is horrible I dont see how a package regardless if its a no hurry package can sit in Columbia for a day and a half that isnt but a hour and a half away from its delivery spot but on a holiday still gets taken to the next facility 30 minutes from me its ridiculous
The girl with the long pony tail had no manners. She talked to other people while she was supposed to be waiting on me and even took a phone call causing more delay. I had a free Amazon return and after I paid her 3.50 to make a label she then tells how I could have returned it for free! I will avoid using Lancaster office anymore!
