I ordered labels for my small business via online. About an hour after placing the order, I received an email that the order had been cancelled. I called the store to see why it had been cancelled. I spoke with an associate who wasn’t entirely sure why, but was able to bring up the order and reprocess it for me. An hour later, the associate called me back to let me know it was ready (even though the initial order wasn’t supposed to be ready until the following day). It was so helpful and quick! And the labels look really good - much better than what I had been printing at home.

NEVER going here again! I have a Disability and needed help faxing paperwork and making a copy of my papers. I explained this to the woman at the counter and she said sorry I cant help you. I struggled but somehow completed the task. While I struggled to work with the machine an Amish man went up to the counter and asked for help with copies. He too was told the same thing...if you live in Lancaster County you know the Amish do not use technology. The lack of compassion and good customer service is very poor here. Next time I will go to the UPS store where they have excellent customer service and have always helped me. So frustrating.

I have been going to the Office Max in Lancaster PA for quite some time now. I did a lot of research and with the help of one of the sales associates decided to make a decision on a Laser Printer. Long story short, I unfortunately got a lemon. I had tried everything before taking it back to the store. I was very nervous that they would tell me no and I had spent A LOT of money on a paperweight!! I spoke with Tina, one of the managers of the store and she was AMAZING. Not only did she listen to my long story but she was extremely helpful and assured me I could bring it back for a refund. Wonderful customer service and they have a customer for life!!! Thank you Tina and thank you for being open during this time!! ❤❤

I always shopped at office max for its knowledge of items and compatibility and needs of equipment. Went to the store today and bought a printer that needs to be Bluetooth. Bought the printer and of course you can’t be near a register to see the new rules and not informed of them as a curtesy. The new rules I found out later that day when the item was not what was needed and only then did I find out that they are not accepting returns until the end of the month. Very poor service. We’re all in uncertain financial times and this creates yet another hardship. Very disappointed

Wow. Talk about a disappointment. Went to the print center and there were 2 employees having a conversation. I stood at the register and they never even acknowledged me or said they will be a minute. I guess Ill start purchasing my office supplies from Amazon and find a print website for my printing services.

Went in at 2:10pm on a wed asking for something to be printed. I had photos on my phone. Girl said it takes UP TO 48 hours. I said if it can’t be done sooner I will go somewhere else. She said let me ask the supervisor. Across the room I hear her say she needs it by Friday morning. He said “that’s not 48 hours” he came out talked to me for a minute and said No it can’t be done. I told him 3 hrs ago I went to the same place to have something done for a funeral and they did it no problem this time I go in for another funeral and he WONT HELP. I know it could be done. I went to staples and by 2:47pm she was printing it for me. YOU KNOW WHERE MY BUSINESS GOES FROM NOW ON! That supervisor is so rude and has no compassion

HiDisabled Veteran and just looking for a print job. Young lady and staff due to inexperience pass me from one to another not able to find a box of labels after 15 min found out they were out of stock. Print department then charge me $224 for a job that cost me previously for $50. Staff is untrained manager us plain rude and insulting. Avoid this store shop at your peril.

I went in last night for an alarm clock. I asked the associate at a register (with no customers in line) where they were. He looked at his little handheld scanner and told me an aisle location. I went there and they were not there. I went back to tell him and he made a call to someone else (again no customers were present) and told me a different aisle location. Never once did he offer to help in any way. Needless to say the alarm clocks were not at that location either. I was about to leave the store when I happened to pass the alarm clocks in a completely different location. I bought one only because I needed it so badly. The same person checked me out that had given me 2 wrong locations. He never asked where I found it or any type of follow up. I will never do business with this location again with such poor customer service.

I first went in to this Office Max to purchase a Lenovo Flex 5 because it was on sale (great deal by the way! $250 off retail price, could not find a better deal elsewhere). They priced matched the active pen that I wanted along with it, but when they could not find the exact pen that I was looking for, they brought out a better one and sold it to me for the same price match although it had a higher retail price. Although they said it was compatible, I come to find out that it actually was not, so I had to return it. Even though they still did not have the pen I wanted in stock, the sales manager offered to cut the retail price 50% and ship it straight to my house!!! Shout out to Abdul who helped me with this whole thing. He was very courteous and helpful. Although it was a bummer to have to make another trip out to try to exchange the pen, they made up for it with an unbeatable deal.

Large selection of electronics, computers, iPad etc. Failed to mention that some of the ipads do not allow you to download all applications. You have to go to a specific site, not the app store. The box came with no manual, had to go online to read the manual.
