Nice sized outlet with a good selection of Lee and Wrangler Jeans. Some of the prices were a little high for an outlet but I managed to find a couple of pairs of Lee jeans in size 33 x 29. 29 inch length can be difficult to find but I actually bought 3 pair. Service was just okay but like many stores nowadays we were ushered out ahead of the closing time. I guess 8 pm means the help gets to leave at that time so shoppers need to be out of the store 10 to 15 minutes before closing. Certainly not the way that Id do business.

This is nothing like the old vanity fair in Reading. Those were the days when outlets were really outlets! They no longer have nautica clothes. They no longer have majestic sportswear. The stuff they do have used to sell for about half the price when they were located in reading. The reading store closed. We stopped here on a trip to landcaster and bid ado to Vanity Fair... its not the same as it once was... I dont see us going back. Further I believe its in the Rockdale section of outlets in Lancaster which are about 90% closed ...its depressing and sad and I often wonder what will become of the area.

The building is very large with great selection of discounted apparels. This probably is the only place in the area where you can find some second quality deep discounted brand name clothing since the closure of the Reading Outlet.

A good replacement for the Reading Vanity Fair store that closed. Smaller of course but thats too be expected

I am disappointed in the Lee Wrangler stores since they closed stores & restructured last December. Prices are higher & selection is poorer. Ive been in 3 different locations (all 3 hundreds of miles from my home since all the stores in my state were closed) since December. I guess I have to accept that the great deals & selection are now a bygone era.

Our last couple of visits to this store were so disappointing. Staff needs educated and updated in their customer services skills. Yes, these are trying and difficult times for everyone. If you’re not ready to deal with the public right now, then close your doors. They definitely don’t want you shopping here during this pandemic. The manager Sherry will definitely make you aware of the inconvenience you’re causing her and the staff during your visit. Simply rude and unprofessional. Do better...

This store offers a wide variety of Lee & Wrangler jeans for men & ladies. Prices are reasonable compared to other retailers such as JCPenney’s or Kohl’s.

Mask police woman inside the front door made our visit very unpleasant. My wife and I both had masks on but not our children (10 and under) she said they need masks if theyre over 2. So my wife goes out to the car and finds a mask for everyone but the 4 yr old. you cant come in if he doesnt have a mask no apology, sorry for the inconvenience, just get out theres a lot of places that dont enforce the mask anymore much less a child having to wear one. And going so far as to tell you it has to be over your nose. I was a mere second from telling her we can take our business somewhere else but desperately needed pants. Will not be returning anytime soon!!!!

Offered hand sanitizer at entrance & cleaned carts after customer use. Plus - we found some shorts & a jean jacket that was it. Nice staff, sanitized after each patron in dressing room.

The place needs to get a more courteous staff and a better credit card server every time go in it say card declined as credit card

I usually visit this store every time I visit PA. This time I took my son who is visiting from Cali. We made a huge purchase and one of the item was charged at regular price when I came from PA. I called talked to the manager and she assured me the sign was attached to the right rack. My son and husband disagree and knew they could not argue since they may have moved the sign by now. The difference was almost $21. We were dissapointed of how they handled the situation. Watch out for the signage, it might not be what you pay for. More options for men than women. Will think again when visiting.

If you miss the Vanity Fair big red and big blue outlets for jeans, this is the place to go. Both my husband and I found just what we wanted.

Outlet hours are posted opening at 10 today, got to the store and they don’t open until noon. We could have planned our trip completely differently if your information was correct. I’m never coming here again. Restaurants close at 6 pm on the weekend, even though their site’s say 7 or 8. Everything is closed. Don’t bother coming.

This place is very picky about the mask! Wont even let you in the door if you dont have something to cover your face. I will not be returning!

I have been shopping Vanity Fair Outlets since I was a little girl! I love their selections, I always find something! Great store for the whole family!

Went to another store to find long sleeve white shirts. They were $30.00 after 50% off. Cough cough! Stopped at the VF Outlet for Wrangler and Lee brands. Found the best long sleeve shirts for $8.00. Bought two. They had some great buys and it was a TRUE Outlet store. My wife found a number of items as well. Nice staff and clean.

They are very picky about a mask and making sure its over your nose and that little children over 2 also wear one. They made us leave because my 2 yr old, who never had to wear one before at other places, wouldnt let a mask on

While my family enjoys shopping here I am quite disappointed. For some reason they dont carry much in my size. While I wear big-mens clothing Im not an unusual size. And it seems whenever I find pants in my waist size the inseam length is not true to the label and the pants drag on the floor. To have them altered would eliminate any price benefit from purchasing the pants here.This is not a one time occurence, its been this way for years. So unless you fit within the tall and thin template your selection at this place is minimal at best.

It is with regret that I must leave a negative review of this store OSHA regulations and Fire Safety Codes may be annoying, but that is no excuse for ignoring them.

Wrangler outlets that dont stock cowboy cut wranglers need outlawed...lol...but they got everything else!

Very very helpful staff on this Thursday am. Clerk went to the back and found the older style jeans I was looking for. I got them all and at a good price.

You need to wear a mask ! If it is down 1/4 the manager comes up to you. Spent $89.00 on clothes that wouldve been $300. No public bathroom!! Free mask, and hand sanitizer.

On the shelf was a sign, if we do not have your size, go to registers and tell a clerk and we will get your size. They did not have my size, so I went to the registers, told the clerk my size jeans were not on the shelf, can you get my size for me. He checked in back, no we do not have the size you want. I asked can you get them, answer no we can not get them. But according to the sign on the shelf, it says you can get a size, if there is none on the shelf. Again clerk said, no we cannot get themNot really good customer service, when your sign says, if we do not have your size, we will that size you need.Guess they do not care about selling merchandise, making a sale, keep a customer happy.

Not like the old store cant find anything and everything on racks so tight you cant move them to even see sizes i have been going there for years but dont think i will go back i am talking about the vf outlet store. Half of the stores are empty needs to be renovated

I asked for a price check yes she gave it to be, Then she scanned my order, an i paid for it on a charged, Not even to a clue she charged me for a item twice. Then i said she was going to redo order, She didnt She said she credited me for one thing then she charged me again. No im not a happy camper. Bad experence for me
