We really like the customer service we received at the Fossil store. Heather was very helpful explaining the different watches to us. We picked out a very nice watch for our daughter and they engraved it while we waited at no extra cost.

Best customer service hands down! My partner and I were interested in purchasing smart watches, and we honestly received the best help at this particular Fossil location! They were very knowledgeable about the products, answered all of our questions, and weren’t being pushy with anything! We ended up getting two watches, and we are extremely happy with the purchase!

Went in on 10/7/18 with a watch that needed repaired & battery. The watch has a lot sentimental value to me and I really wanted to repair it rather than get a new one. Two of the girls (I didnt write down their names, but the one had a lot of tattoos) tag-teamed to get it fixed. Best part was they only charged me for the battery! I was really impressed with their great customer service!

Not a fan of this store. Went in with son so he could get a new band for his smart watch, there were 2 registers but we had to wait to pay because only one register was being used and there were 4 other employees not doing anything. Very poor customer service.

I came and paid cash for something and came to return it when they opened. I couldnt return it because they did not have enough cash in their registers. I understand policies and procedures, but having past sales experience Ive worked places where we had extra cash somewhere in the store just in case. I guess I wint buy anything else from here. Sad because I like fossil but not if I cant return items and get my money back.
