I had a quick drive by inspection for a small accident I was involved in. Very quick and easy process. A couple pictures and car milage and I was good to go.Friendly receptionist and appraiser. Also a very clean inner lobby.

Very very nice people. they went out of their way to help me. My car got fixed a week before promised time. Even during the holiday, they performed a superb job. Very customer oriented. Stephanie is a wonderful person. i was paying for my own rental during my car repair time. she did her best to minimize the time it took my car to get fixed.

Had an accident from a GEICO client and used this service through them for body and paint repair. Was extremely happy with the results and the overall experience. Although I wish it never happened, Im very glad about the service they provided.

I had the best experience. I got rear ended on Tuesday. They took my car in the shop on Thursday and had a rental car waiting for me. They estimated about 7 days, but my car was done one day later on Friday! I was unable to pick up the car on Friday, so I picked it up Saturday and one of the office ppl came in to close my account on Saturday so I was not charged for rental car another day even though they were closed. The bumper repair looked great. My car was washed and the inside was vacuumed and wiped down. They exceeded my expectations in all areas!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Beyond my expectations! A+++ customer service and workmanship was superb. Communication was excellent! John and his team were professional...my car was immediately taken in on drop off and worked on so in less than 3 days it was fixed and painted! No stress..Stef sent updates and made me feel like a valued customer! Highly recommend this shop! Thank you also to the people behind the scene that worked on my car too!

Great company I’ve used them three times through my geico and start to finish they take care of you! Steph at the desk was so welcoming and friendly and kept in touch with me during the whole process! The work on my car all three times has always been fantastic and looking like new!

My car was hit and this was their recommended repair shop. This place (in addition to GEICO and Enterprise car rental) is like a well oiled machine. Everything was taken care of!! My car was returned to me cleaned on the inside and outside. Exceeded my expectations!!

My review is typed on the review they text me. Overall with all that’s going on they were professional, fast, did a great job, like the text updates. The Enterprise dude was nice but could have chilled a little with his rushing around. The receptionist well-she showed up and that’s half the battle. If she sends the updates out they were prompt and saved me a lot of back and forth update calls. Glad I didn’t have to make bc I’d imagine I’d get annoyed very quickly. If you are going to run the front line of a business weekend or not look and act the part...bc if you don’t as a customer (especially 1st time) it makes you begin to wonder if everything will really be alright with your vehicle.

I did write a bad review before but I may have judged too quickly. Despite, they have taken some time to repair which I was annoyed with. But the quality of work was definitely good. So changing from 1star to 4 stars.

Grace, at the front desk, was caring and kind. She could see that I was upset about getting the news regarding my car status. I was concerned that my car was going to be totaled, and Tom, the GEICO adjuster, explained what was going on every step if the way. Grace set me up for an appointment to repair my car, and she set up a rental for me. Overall, great experience.

Went to sell my car and realized they put things in car fax that were not true. Do not use these people they will take advantage of the situation. I will never use them again or recommend to anyone else.

The collision part was very easy and fast. Then the geico part took about 10 minutes and the enterprise rental car part took another 15-20 minutes. So all in all it took about 40 minutes which isnt too bad.

I am very happy with my experience with Signature Collision after having damage from being hit on the driver side rear. Staff I made contact with at Signature Collision were very nice and professional. The representative from Geico was also professional and efficient in handling my claim. Timely and complete repair and kept me up to date with progress. Car was returned clean inside and out. Enterprise representative was also very nice and professional. 👍👍

Horrible experience here. I came here for the gieco quote but also decided to get the car fixed here. I was promised the car would be cleaned inside as well after getting fixed. They didn’t clean the car. Bad finishing work for the exterior as well. I went back to them again to tell show them the work was done incomplete, however their employees are very rude. Will not go back here. They need to pay more attention to detail in their work.

Horrible experience all around. Employees were angry, short, and disrespectful. I had many items go missing after I got my truck back. The price they quoted me in person was 500 dollars more then original and would not budge in any way then, smugly asked me if I had anything in writing. I felt scammed and manipulated. Would not recommend unless you like abuse

Quick service good job

I was referred to Signature Collision by GEICO. I was apprehensive about their recommendation since I thought theyd look for the cheapest place to get the job done since they were covering the cost.I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I scheduled an appointment to have my cars damage evaluated and also to leave it behind for repair and pick-up the rental. The drop-off and pick-up of the rental probably took around half hour to 45-minutes as they went over the damage and explained the work theyd do. Once I handed over my car key I talked to the car rental and they had me sign some papers and I was off with the rental. GEICOs personnel called and gave me an estimate on the time it would take to get the car ready and inspected by them and the collision center gave me regular updates on the estimated time on completion of the work. It worked out very nicely. I didnt have to make one single phone call to find out when the car will be ready. When there was a delay they informed my via text, email, and phone to let me know the revised pick-up date and they made sure my life wouldnt be disrupted in any way. After I picked up my car I accidentally left my turnpike transponder and a blue tooth device in the rental and when I called the collision center the receptionist was more than happy to go and search the rental car and find the devices. I greatly appreciate the effort, thank you!I have only had the car for a day so I cant comment on the quality of the work yet but from looks it appears to have been done well. Also, they took the time to clean the interior of the car and I didnt expect that.As much hassle it is to get the car repaired, GEICO and Signature Collision did their best to make this experience as pleasant as possible.Nothing less than a 5-star!!!

Repair took longer than estimated.

I was hit from behind sitting at a stop light. The damage to my Honda Odyssey was minimal, but I still wanted it repaired. The other persons insurance was under Geico and they sent me to Signature for the work. Mind you, I had already gone to three other shops getting estimates. I was a little hesitant thinking an insurance company is going to cut corners to save money.I was PLEASANTLY surprised! The whole experience from start to finish was quick and informative. I dropped my van off on a Saturday and had it back Tuesday. They even cleaned it inside and out. Thats no small feat considering my kids wreak havoc on the interior. The staff (Geico, Enterprise and Signature) were all very helpful and had me in and out with barely a hiccup in my schedule.As for the actual repair? Perfection. I really tried to find a problem with it. I took a flash light and went over everything looking for bad paint or body work. It looks like it a brand new bumper!

Friendly staff, fast service. I only used them for getting an estimate for car repairs and got work elsewhere, but I wouldnt hesitate to use them in the future.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Not only was the work subpar but the service was even worse.. They had my car for over 4 weeks for minor work, lied about the price, lied about reaching out to my insurance and company and refused to stand by their word. Dave, was agumentive and aggresive.

1 stop repair shop. Geico agent available most days and enterprise for rentals.
